Room was not too bad, but housekeeping accidentally opened my door when I was sleeping... it's me didn't hang the do not disturb tho but still.... breakfast was... worse than street food, looks nice but taste....it's like you haven't had breakfast after have one. Be careful the traffic before go out, always traffic jam on the main road.

Free airport transfer and the check-in was great. Very helpful staff. Clean big room with a very comfortable bed. Massive bathroom with a great rainshower and a tub. The breakfast buffet too was very good. May be they can keep few more free tea and coffee packets in the room.

Whether with family, business or a visit to Bangkok this hotel is great. The rooms were modern, clean and well Appointed. We stayed here overnight upon arrival to Bangkok before moving to the Mandarin Oriental. This is our hotel of choice when arriving and leaving Bangkok as its fairly close to the airport. This hotel has excellent service, beautiful rooms, great restaurant. I recommend you have the buffet breakfast. It’s truly amazing and delicious.

Stayed for 2 nights during December. Arrived at the hotel early morning which were greeted very warmly by the staff. Room is clean but small. Not so closed by the city center but for business trip its a plus as its not far from the airport. I must say thank you to Mr. Dave the chief concierge which went above and beyond his line of duties. Keep up the good work. He is surely an asset to the hotel. Will surely return.

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff were friendly. Only found out on the last day but it’s round the corner from the Baan Sabai Spa which gets good reviews on here. Not much else around and bit of a walk to the train but uber is cheap enough. Got a great deal on pricing so would stay there again. Got an uber from the airport to the hotel but on the return journey we used Grab. Ordered Grab and stated to pay with credit card however the driver asked for cash at the toll booths. We thought strange but couldn’t pay anyway because we had no cash left. When we said credit card and pointed to the phone the driver just shrugged his shoulders. Was clearly just trying it on to get some extra money out of us. Just don’t pay!!!

I stayed in an executive room on the 29th floor. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and felt very new. The breakfast buffet was good and provided plenty of options- noodle bar, omelette station, dim sum, rice porridge, your usual eggs and bacon, sushi, and more. The hotel is located slightly outside the city, so it can take 30 min to an hour just to get into the city depending on traffic. I stayed here for business and traveled outside the city, but if I were traveling for leisure, I would choose to stay in the city for convenience.

Very clean, very quiet, away from all actions and activities in the middle of Bangkok. I stayed here many times and every-time is only getting better. Very nice staffs. Rooms are clean and modern, interesting bathtub view through glass. Excellent breakfast, can not ask for any better than this while you are in Bangkok and it will not break your check book neither.

WOW! When we first pulled up in the taxi, we were very impressed! The entrance is spectacular for the price, and the lobby is beautiful. The disappointment started with being told (after we rented the room) that the room does not have WiFi. "If you want WiFi you must pay $10 extra", we were told by the desk clerk. Then he stated a little harshly "read Agoda! This hotel puts the information on Agoda!" The price on the room was already twice the normal price, but we couldn't find any availability nearby due to a last minute issue, so we took the room, higher price and all. Then they tell us that we have to give them $10 more if we want WiFi? Ridiculous! When we were in the room, my wife looked, and they had a list of items in the bar and fridge that were priced exorbitantly. The issue was, half of those items were listed as being there, but they weren't! The price for a .33 cent bottle of water was $2. If a pen were missing, they would charge us $10. I would NEVER stay there again.

I visit and stay 1st time to this Hotel. Hotel itself is comfortable. And cleanness is good. But location is not convenient. There aren’t shop, restaurant around Hotel. Room fee is reasonable. So Biz usage could be OK.

First off i just want to say that the Managers at this hotel are super nice. They really know the meaning of customer service and I want to say a super thank you. The only problem i had was the internet is supposed to allow you to connect to two devices but often at times I was only able to connect to one, and they made it up to me. Other than that it was a perfect stay. My gf and i stayed here for two weeks, we were going to try different hotels in Bangkok but once we came here we had no reason to look elsewhere. We had everything. A very cozy bed, fast internet, no problems with hot or cold water in the room, great staff, pool on the roof, jacuzzi, there was no need for us to somewhere else. The location was great, just off sukhumvit road and close to the shopping malls and alot of fusion restaurants. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, we tried them all !!! As well as Thai food. We are just so happy we ended up at this place rather than somewhere else in Bangkok. It truly made our experience. I wrote great hotel in 4 languages because they deserve a huge thumbs up, thank you to all the staff for their kindness. As a westerner i really appreciated their effort to make our stay most enjoyable. They even have electric toilets! Enjoy your stay guys!
