The bed and sheets where dirty I requested them to change & the lady who came to change was very rude and angry at us for asking the hotel to change Dont suggest for Couples and windows are closed no fresh air very small rooms

all staff is rude...no sense to how to talk with a client.. poor breakfast with stale food.. and why they are asking 2000 bht for security money..They don't cooperate with the customer. They should learn how to behave with the customer.

Ecotel Hotel is a clean, tidy, beautiful hotel in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. The ambience of the hotel is brilliant. The food is awesome. Rice and prawns are served in breakfast which is complimentary. There are omelettes, salads, milk and cereal flakes as well. Lunch consists of chicken curry, rice. There are Thai dishes as well. Dinner consists of chicken or lamb curry and rice. The hotel is situated at the heart of the town. Anyone can take a tuktuk and do marketing from nearby shops. The behaviour of the staff is very good.

We were a group of 22 staying here fro 22 to 24 april. Rooms were good. Break fast menu was good. Decent spread for the price. No complimentry tea packets or kettle. Best suited for shopping. walking distance from indra market. Mostly indian crowd.recommended for a 2 day stay

good hotel and well located in city area , Indra square shopping mall is walking distances lost of Indian restaurant near by hotel, all rooms r non smoking. rooms are small, i will stay in this hotel many times

I check-in at 3pm, i was bitten by mosquitos at lobby.Staffs not friendly n arrogant.Just anyhow give us room which is smaller n claim it as upgrade. Later even offer to upgrade to junior suite but the living room floor has foot print mark. Full of Indians.. NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

THEY ASKED FOR 100 DOLLOR DIPOSIT..WHICH WAS SENSIBLE...THEY RETURNED IT ALSO... Now a days many hotel ask for deposit.. Good services.. Near is indra market groos 500 meters distance.. They provide good breakfast Good indian food in new garam masala restaurent ..near to it..

Room n hotel looks clean an old hotel with lots of indian guest but hotel bed not nice to sleep n furniture need refurrnish n my frens room got lots of bed bugs itchy all over their body n hotel regulation strict no small bites at lobby mean in the lobby not allow to eat anything like chocolate bar or drink if u need cleaniness pls take care of the bugs in the room after I rent the room tru agoda than I check the reviews than I get to know so many ppl complain of bed bugs than after we stay the truth is there but the room I m staying have no bed buds so pls take care of your cleaniness. Even in 5 star hotel u can eat small bites at the the lobby. Love the receptionist very polite.

The hotel was in the close proximity to town. At the reception they have asked us the deposit of 2000 Bhath, which we were not ready for. As the tour planner has booked we had no option but paying the refundable deposit. It is very hard communicate with them as their fluency in English was very low. The food was ok but not up to the expectation. Quantity was there but taste matters too. Wi-Fi was ok but fluctuations can be experienced. Rooms were clean enough. But noise from the corridor was disturbing us. Overall it’s an average place to stay. Please if you are in BKK don’t fell in to the trap of tuk tuk drivers they are very cunning . Lot of fraud is happening. Beware travel as a team . Bargain. Protect your wallet and belongings. I will never go to Thailand again it is not my type of destination. However taste is different from person to person you may like it sometimes. Take care of your self.

The Only Best part of this hotel is its located near indra market which is very famous for all shopping purpose. The hotel saffs are very annoying they ask 200 US dollars as security during chech in again no tour operator mentions it.Though Rooms hae lockers which are locked and to use them they want another 200 US dollars to provide key as security.Food is very lousy avoid it. Wifi which comes free is useless and does not connect most of the time.No tolitaries apart of Soap Shampoo & conditioners are being provided by this hotel.
