DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED ANY EXTRA HELP OR ACCESSIBILITY! I chose this hotel because it said they had a restaurant. I was leaving the hospital after surgery and I needed a place that had room service. When I arrived the taxi driver told the person at the desk I had just come from the hospital. She said I was at the wrong "tower" and made me walk a block to the other tower (knowing I had just had surgery). When I got to the other tower I asked about room service and they said the restaurant was in the tower I had just left. But, there was a place that would deliver, after 5, and not on Sunday. I asked how I was supposed to eat and got a blank stare. I asked to speak to the manager and was told to call, the phone in my room was broken. This went on and on. I finally looked at the girl behind the desk and asked why she could not just be nice and helpful. I just had surgery. I had to leave. I gave my key to the front desk and said I was leaving. I agreed to pay for one night but asked that the rest be refunded. A week later I got a message saying I had checked out. I'm probably out some money. But, I hope I can save someone the aggravation I went through.
Some of the staff was rude and the properties are separated. Treats customers in the corner as peasants.
Land line phone broken, could not receive an important call. Very fancy in old world sort of way but dated. Nice pool but small and awkward to reach. Bar with DJ awesome sound system.
Very impressed how hotel staff handle problems in professional way, polite, calm and super friendly. Highly recommended!
We stayed at the corner wing and it was hard to use the pool.
This was a lovely tranquil oasis in the heart of Bangkok. The traditional architecture and gardens were a nice change from the more corporate style hotels we looked at. The pool was gorgeous with the fountains and all the surrounding greenery. There are many massage places nearby and if you walk a short distance around the corner you’ll find some great local food options. We had a suite and the rooms were clean and well styled, although the light switches and what they turned on were confusing. Would def stay here again!

Good hotel with nearby accessibility to the mall, restaurants and grocery stores. Helpful concierge and reception desks representatives were excellent. Breakfast can be improved with choices.
About a 20 walk to the BTS. But sidewalks all the way. A good quality hotel with a reasonable price.

Amazing amount of space and architure. This hotel has the most beautiful deco thai spaces in Bangkok. The jr suite would cost over one thousand per night if it were in New York.

I booked this hotel site unseen and was really delighted with how great it was! The room was HUGE and really wonderfully designed with a traditional Thai meets modern chic style. The bathroom had a huge soaking tub and a very futuristic toilet! My room was in the main building. I discovered there were bungalow style rooms in the back by the pool. They were gorgeous structures on stilts resembling a village, albeit a very upscale one. Absolutely everything in the hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend this place! I also liked that it was far away from the hustle and bustle to not be noisy but close enough to walk to the center of town.
