Very friendly and helpful at reception. So much so that I bought them sticky rice as a thank you. Room of a good size and shower great. Appreciated hot water at the basin for shaving. King size bed was comfortable. Slept well as there was little noise from outside. Also appreciated the late check out offered.
Spacious apartment. Lack balcony. Breakfast is ok, but can be better compared to other Bangkok hotel breakfast. Elevators are a bit dark. Easy accessible to nearby shopping malls and lots of restaurants and massage shops around.
My wife and I were steered to the Continent by a friend, and we're glad we took his suggestion! We stayed here for a few days before our son's family arrived. The three of them had a room big enough for them, ridght next to ours. Rooms were comfortable, and we all slept well. The staff, from the GM (a very friendly fellow concerned that our stay be perfect!) to the desk people, the dining staff, and housekeeping were super friendly and helpful. We got to know several by name. The great location allowed us (the old and the young) to travel around the city to see relatives and sigtes so conveniently. Our son got suits made at a shop recommended by the desk staff. Others have raved about the b'fast, and I echo their opinions. Great food, nice people, geat views at breakfast. We know have new email friiends met while eating! Just a fine operation in every way.
The location of the hotel was great and it is just 2 min by walk to Asoke BTS and MRT stations at where you can connect to Sukhumvit & Silom via Siam and other areas of Bangkok, thus it is just perfect location. Also the luxury and great shopping malls of Bangkok such as Central Chidlom, Central Embassy, Emporium Shopping Complex is just few minutes away whether by BTS or by walk (Central Chidlom & Central Embassy by BTS) or Terminal 21 Shopping Mall by 2 minutes walk. The room and the sleep quality was ok and only a bit noisy during the rush hours cause of too many tuk tuk and motorbike noises comes through to your room by outside. Maybe the isolation of the windows would be better. The only major problem with this hotel is the elevators! Because the hotel has 39 floors and only have 2 elevators, you have to wait the elevators and this takes a lot of time in total especially if you stay at higher floors! The rest was ok and especially the Front Desk agent Ms. Grape was very polite and friendly at all times. Thank you for everything and was great to be at this hotel for the New Year!!!
Stayed in the Executive Room. It was suitable for two adults and a young child without any extra bedding. The people at the front counter were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. They also spoke a little Chinese, which was a treat for my wife and daughter. The location is top notch. Lots of good restaurants near by and Terminal 21 is just across the street. We opted for the upgrade to Sky Benefits. This allows you to access the special happy hour that has free flow drinks and snacks for 2 hours. Definitely worth the extra money and if you book early enough you can get a great deal. Also a great pool on the roof with fantastic views. BTW, we booked directly through the hotel website. Would definitely go back. A little on the pricey side, but it's worth it.
We stayed here for a night on our way back home. Connection with BKK airport is excellent and takes about an hour with City Line train and BTS (100THB per person, UBER is about 325-400THB). The hotel met all our expectations. Views from the bar on the 38th/39th floor are amazing. Quality of service was excellent and always willing to make extra mile ( they checked us in earlier than official time). The dinner deal for 999THB (excl. tax) per person at italian restaurant on 35th floor is really amazing! The breakfast had plenty of choice and great views over the city!
This is my first time review in tripadvisor due to our holiday in Bangkok in December, it was impressed in the service of this hotel. There is quite small hotel but clean and luxury service by concierge and other staffs. Especially, mr Nick at concierge was very nice, helpful and good take care us. He was greeting us since we arrived at hotel, during our stay 3 days till end of our holiday here. Mr Nick recommended us many places to visit in Bangkok and nearby, shopping places and night time there. His service let me feel like more than 5 stars service. We were much happy this time. We had friends visit us in hotel while we were not in the hotel, he also take a good care of them while waiting for us even they are not the guest stay at the hotel. My friends also really like him. I would like to say many thanks to him that make our holiday being more happier than ever thought. Will come back here for sure. Kind regards, Jenis
We stayed there for two nights. Nice staff and great food! The room is a bit noisy coz can listen to the traffic noise outside. But the place is very convenient, it is just few minutes walk to ASOK MRT and Terminal 21. With a small kid, it is great to stay near the MRT and a mall with plenty of restaurants.
Beautiful hotel. WiFi is very fast and the views are amazing from the top floors. We were on the 35th floor and you could see all across Bangkok which was phenomenal. The rooms are very modern (loved the bathroom), although the bed was a tad firmer than I'm used to (not as hard as some of the hotels in Thailand I've stayed at). Breakfast was quite an interesting mix - mixture of thai dishes that I'd usually expect to see in lunch or dinner (very nice though!). They also had the usual toast, waffles, omelette and so on as well as fruit and yoghurts so it was nice. Again, excellent morning views over Bangkok which was delightful. Only drawback was that it's quite small so you may have to wait a while for breakfast (would recommend going before 9:30 otherwise you might have to rush breakfast). The hotel is very close to Asok skytrain (10 minutes to Siam which is fantastic for shopping), as well as a short walk to the Terminal 21 shopping centre. Definitely recommend checking out the various food courts in these shopping centres, and if you're going to be doing a lot of travelling on the skytrain consider picking up a Rabbit card (like the Oyster card in the UK). 100thb deposit which you can claim back at the end of your trip. Also a direct train to Mo Chit which is close to Chatchuchak(?) weekend market (strongly recommend going - cheap clothes and everything). 10/10 hotel, would definitely stay here again!

In addition the hotel offers complimentary beer/wine and select drinks with hot canapes nightly between 17:00-19:00 on the 38th floor where chic meets trendy and guests can watch the the sun go down from the top of the hotel which towers over the city with an amzing view and ambience.
