Don’t stay here.

Booked a 1bedroom apartment but was a tiny studio apartment,have had bigger hotel rooms than this so called apartment. Was not allowed to enter building or approach the front desk until a rep from favstay meet us outside who was late meeting us so had to stand in the heat outside. Upon entering there is a sign stating that it is illegal to stay in these apartments for holiday rental and you could be arrested. Room had uncomfortable bed,lounge tv channels only in Thai would not recommend staying here only plus was location.

Don't waste your money on this property. Sure it has a good location but, he service is so poor. I get that this is not a hotel type property & I do support this kind of business but dang, the support group & customer service of this property sucks! First, you only get one key & you cannot get in nor out of the property without that key. They give you one key for four guests & they expect that all of you would just have make it with one key. Though, they gave us another key after how many text messages has been exchanged & pay for a deposit (700THB/21USD). Other than the key issue, the said wifi on their instruction booklet did not work at all. Their was another wifi option but that wasn't written in their booklet of instructions/rules & regulations. Then, their is the hot water on one of the bathroom that doesn't work since day one. They said they will come & fix it but no one came. Lastly, the intermittent noise at one bedroom that was coming from the air conditioning unit from a different apartment. This noise comes & goes in the middle of the night which is impossible for you to get some sleep. Checkout was okay but most of our concerns/problems have not been resolved. So, I would never recommend this place. Oh, one more thing, if you request for an early check-in like, 2hrs earlier than the normal check-in, they will charge you 50% of the whole day rate.

Good location and very kind staff.

It is clean room with all needed facilites and this condominium is located in a nice neighbourhood with a good connections around the city. I can take BTS easily just 5 minutes walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. She helped me to carry my own luggage and give me some advise about Bangkok tourist attraction and reccommend Thai food. If I come back to Bangkok, I will book here again.

nice location but...... the main problem , they only provide you one room card per room but we have two people and need to use the only one room card to scan for the elevator that make things super inconvenient we ask them if they can provide two room card for us and the answer was no also there are lots of ants in the room which makes me crazy

Booked for 3 nights about half a year prior to the stay. I appreciate there was no mention of a baby cot anywhere in the description but it did say toddlers were allowed. Made a request for a cot on booking (half a year early) and did not get any response back. I assumed this was fine. 3 days before the stay got in touch directly with details provided in an automated email. Asked again for the cot and explained 2 adults and a 2 year old can't sleep in a queen bed. Vendor said would try. Contacted day before stay to confirm. No response. When I was in the airport on the way to Bangkok I get a message saying sorry he couldn't get the cot. Had to find a hotel 2 hours before my arrival.

Completely nice apartment

I love a little kitchen with lovely kitchen pantry and a diining table. Around the room is provided highspeed internet and full amenities. I booked this in very low prices but it's so worthwhile.

Poor cleanliness

The cleanliness is very questionable. I saw ants and bugs everywhere and I left with several bug bites on my leg and face. There was a stain on the bed cover too. The air-con unit is not working properly so it was very warm. As it is not a hotel nor serviced apartment, bring your own towels, toiletries etc. However, the staff, not those working at the building, are friendly and sort of helpful.

不理想, 不會再入住!

位置好, 近CHIT LOM BTS站, 方便. 有泳池和健身室, 還可以. 但房間清潔不理想, 有小動物爬行, 螞蟻無處不在. 本人入住是晚間12點, 但入房後發現, 毛巾與枕頭套掛於衣櫃內還沒乾, 不能用. 還好本人是自備用品, 如沒自備都不知如何事好. 公寓接待處只開9:00-18:00, 想取日用品, 需要人在房間送到, 沒人在房不送, 不能放於接待處取. 很不方便. 清潔房間需另收600誅, 過貴.

Located along the BTS (sky train)

The hotel is very conveniently located along the BTS (sky train) which makes it very easy to get around in bangkok and avoid the horrible traffic.

Really like our stay here

Really like our stay here, I would recommend to anyone, looking for a change in the usual hotel setup. Easy access to transport just few minute walk to Skytrain.

Modern room, valued for money.

Spacious modern room at a very good price. Close to Lumpini Park, Bangkok’s central park, and with easy access to BTS Sky train. Quick, easy and cheap way to anywhere in Bangkok center.

Right in the centre of everything - walking distance from Central Chidlom. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished.

Gems in the middle of Bangkok

It's above my expectation.Quiet, clean and nice place. This place is surrounded with big shopping malls and good restaurant. Tips: travel there by skytrain(get off at chidlom station) is the most convenient and fastest during rush hours. You need to firstly find a community mall names The Portico and you will see the restaurant names The Beer Bridge then the place is in a small road next to the restaurant. Come and stay here!!

極失望

入住前幾天已告之CHECK-IN時間在深夜, 房東保證沒問題及會把匙卡存放在保安人員處, 可惜零晨到達時, 發現根本沒有留下匙卡, 無法CHECKＩＮ入住。　保安更不懂英語溝通，　更不讓我們留在大堂等待要在外面處理(被蚊狂叮)。最後擾攘到零晨３時還是解決不到，要帶著行李到別處找地方（零晨３時）。第２天終於成功安排入住，　發現房間有很多螞蟻，洗手間只有一卷紙提供。提供的ＷＩＦＩ不穩定, 經常連接不到. 這是一個很差的服務及一個很差的經歷.
