Staff are absolutely fantastic, always willing to help with anything you need. Pool is nice and big and always clean. Gym is well equipped and the trainers are happy to help if needed. Close to shopping And plenty of food choices at the in house restaurants (especially 204) as well as many options nearby. Looking forward to returning soon.

We were greeted with a thai hospitality known for its smiles upon our check-in. The hotel is very elegant and magnificent. The main lobby isnpicture perfect but quite noisy due to an event being held on the upper floor. The check-in process is quick and smooth as we were given the room upon our arrival in the morning. The room assigned to us has a residential view. Also some ammenities are needed to be requested (e.g extra slippers, bathrobe). The shower room is quite old fashioned and the shower itself is inconsistent on its temperature (sometimes hot/cold/warm). Check-out was smooth and they offered us transportation which is a plus but we already booked our uber since we need to arrive in the airport early. The location is a plus as it is located few walks away the train line. But is quite far on some local destinations. I would like to give reaction on the card beside our bed which I found an error in Grammar saying ANTI ALLGIC PILLOW (seen on the picture). Hope this should be corrected as this hotel accommodates international guests. Overall, this hotel os recommended on your next stay in Bangkok.

Very spacious room. Clean carpet. Huge bathroom. Huge lobby area. Cool pool area. Enjoy the hotel very much. Quick check-in process, even though there were alot of people checking-in that time. Will definitely come again. Setback: Abit far from city center.

Good hotel and staff were friendly especially executive lounge staff always provided top service with a smile and special thank to Mr.Kenji he helps me to contact with airlines for reschedule my trip.

This hotel is very well situated in Bangkok. The area is less noisy than others because there is no BTS, but the MRT is very close to visit the rest of the city. The rooms are correct and there is a shower in each bedroom. The breakfast is well furnished but a little bit noisy. Fortunately, there is a wall to separate asian people from occidentals ones.

After a few glitches the last time I stayed here I gave it another go as it is close to BIDC and I hoped my ladtcandid review might see some improvements. I am so glad I did. The staff were really great and especially the crew in the executive lounge which has much improved. Their friendly professionalism was amazing and rely made my stay a joy. The hotel has a lot of great restaurants and if you ever stay there make sure you visit the spa and have a massage from Kitty as she is absolutely amazing! Best massage in all of Thailand and I also had the body scrub beforehand which leaves your skin really smooth and invigorated. It was Chinese new year so the hotel had dragon dancing and lots of celebration activities. Cute little lucky chocolate gold coins were left in the room and I just loved this personal touch. After some serious dental treatment at BIDC I was able to rest in comfort in a beautiful clean room and all amenities electricals etc. working well. Breakfast is fantastic with heaps of choices and all the staff are really polite and lovely. The staff that clean the rooms and the executive lounge do a wonderful job and are extremely hard working. I will be back in Bangkok in 3 months and this is definitely where I will be choosing to stay. There is a station nearby and a handy new shopping complex within about 10 mins walk with good food, a chemist and some great hair and beauty salons. I never thought I would actually be looking forward to my next trip to the dentist so much. Thank you Swissotel and staff for for a thoughrally comfortable and luxurious couple of weeks!

Hotel Room is quite large based on today's standard. Room is very clean and Breakfast is very good. There are also good Chinese restaurant and Japanese Restaurant in the hotel in addition to the nice bar and bakery. Fitness Center is large and full of equipment.

This is a very lovely place to stay, the beds are super comfy. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you would need. I would definitely stay here again. It’s located near the train station and commuting is fairly easy.

We stayed for 5 nights in the executive room on the 21st floor which gave us access to the club lounge and laundry service which was a bonus. The staff there on the executive floor were professional, attentive and friendly and so helpful. The concierge staff too were helpful and friendly and no trouble getting advice from them. Having the MRT station a few metres from the hotel was a bonus as the hotel location was not in the main drag however we travelled with easy taking the MRT then the BTS. The only negative feedback would be the café as I remembered years ago the breakfast buffet was a wide variety of different Asian cuisine however this is now limited and not tasteful! The male staff cooking the eggs did not understand English hence made the wrong type of eggs that my husband wanted and did not apologise when we told him it was wrong, he just looked blank! Overall it was a wonderful stay and will be definitely come back.

The hotel building is large and impressive, with a nice and big lobby. The building is old but refurbished well. It has large rooms, nicely furnished. My room had a large sitting area and glass wall in the front - the view of the busy road was interesting. The hotel is located close to Hwang Kwai MRT station which is about 3 or 4 stops from Asoke and 2 stops from Central stations on overhead train. Reception/Check-in was prompt but impersonal. The person matter of factly processed the check-in, did not care to explain the facilities, executive lounge, breakfast etc. Limited English ability may be the reason. Other than that all staff were friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant, coffee shop and spa was excellent. Breakfast in the lounge was very good. Omlette that I ordered was excellent. Pool and health club area are very nice. The spa is excellent. One thing I disliked is that they seem to be very strict about late check out. For a 2-hour extended check out privilege, they charged me half day's room charge.
