A fabulous hotel off the main Bangkok thorough fare of Sukhumvit. Ideal hotel to stay for those wishing to explore the Rod Fai Night Market at Ratchada , as it is only 2 station away via the MRT. Loads of dining option opposite the hotel like seafood, Vietnamese food and cafes. Lots of night clubs too, for the those who ply entertainment outlets. Great in-house dining at Loong Foong Chinese Restaurant and Japanese cuisine at Takumi. Rooms are great and comfy and everything work well. Service are great too. Hotel is approximately 40 minutes away from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The Huai Kwang train station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel with Bangkok’s prime tourist attractions, central business district and convention centre just a few train stations away. Also perfect as a MICE hotel with superb facilities. Will stay again at this hotel if the chance arise. 2 thumbs up !
Rooms are updated, love the box next to bed controls eveyrthing in the room. The people that work there are beyond nice, but so is everyone in Thailand! Fitness room and pool are gret as is the restaurant on the first floor, always empty. Stayed there 2 times will stay again every time in Bangkok.
Never get disappointed starting from room booking, check in, front office, executive lounge (best), room service, the best ever! Always remember my requests which my stay an memorable one. Hotel location is very good and convenient to go everywhere.
Your wish becomes order. Excellent rooms, meals, services. The pool has good quality, a lot of sun. The view on BKK was marvellous. It is not in center, but metro makes it easy to go without jam to any place quickly
The staff are excellent here and the facilities are good. Beds are comfortable and security is excellent. The area is not so great but there is easy access to the rest of Bangkok via an MRT station very nearby.
Pool, gym, nice restaurants inside, and local non-English cafeteria at the ground floor. Kindness front clerks, concierge, and door men. We can enjoy pretty nice experience. If you have an experience of backpacking in Thailand in your young age, you should realize your growth when you stay here today. I'm so.
I was recommended to stay in this hotel by two friends. Luckily one of them allowed me to get a cheap price while being upgraded to Executive floor. When I arrived late in the afternoon the service was excellent and they immediately proposed me to check in at the lounge, things were pretty fast and people professional. After a long journey you deserve a break so I got the my suite room. Being tired I wanted to take a bath and the first surprise happened... the bath tube was full of hairs! So I immediately called them and they proposed me another suite room, I went there and when I decided to plug my cell phone I put my hand on the table and it was full of marmalade (or something similar!).... so I called them again and I asked them to ensure the next room is clean... and.... when I arrived there I found a needle on the floor! With all the risks you can imagine! And the bed sheets were not clean!!!!! This was too much! So I called them ask them to leave. But they proposed a new refurbished suite room, new one, and absolutely clean... they verified while I was awaiting at the lounge and I went there you know what I found with the Room Manager? Some hairs again in the bath tube!!!! This was the fourth room! For me it was clear, no way to stay and... being tired and very indulgent! I gave them another suite, I did not want any upgrade but only something clean! And I went for diner because it was already two hours we were looking for a clean room for me. Finally they gave a room, that they cleaned all during my diner and you know what.... they forgot my charger while they moved my stuff from the previous room and again I found some hair in the drawer... I have no word! This is the worst experience ever! I do not recommend this old hotel at all!
This is a nice, clean, upscale hotel in a convenient location [3 minutes walk to Huai Khwang MRT station]. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is the deliberate misinformation on the cost of a metered taxi to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The Concierge told me it was 400 bahts. Having read about the airport taxi scams, I declined the Concierge's offer to call a taxi and walked out of the hotel and hailed a metered taxi. When I arrived at the airport, the cost was 224 bahts. I know that the Concierge gets a kickback from the taxis they call. A hotel like Swissotel should NOT allow this kind of scam to exist on its premises.
the staff in the hotel r friendly and courteous. we had 2 rooms on the executive floors. we thoroughly enjoyed the 4 nights there. the hotel is off the main touristy belt of asoke-sukhumvit areas but it is a place which one can engage more to local fanfare. lots of massage options around. we ended going to lemon grass across the road. MRT is just 5 mins walk away. u can also take bus 73 right in front of hotel to siam paragon. there is also 2 local night markets nearby.
Staffs are very kind and friendly. This location is very convenient.Everytime when we gothink to this hotel we think thishotel is our first house. We feel very happy when we stayed here .We feel sad when we leave here.
