Room was decent, but could have been cleaned more throughly. The older gentleman at the front desk is extremely rude and incorrigible. They also ask for a key deposit here which is not included in the booking details. Hotel also only provides one pillow and one towel per guest. No hand towels, no washcloths.

I extended my stay here because I liked it so much. It’s in a great area and the rooms are clean and comfortable with wifi, AC, mini fridge. The rooms are cleaned daily lobby is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was lucky to find this place , prices are affordable , rooms are clean with air conditioning and internet, daily room cleanings and very friendly staff. It was in a great location with lots of amazing food and close to Rambuttri village and Kaosan road. All other areas are easy to access from this hotel also

We are(4 friends) stayed 2nd dec to 5th dec in bangkok. The hotel reception asked 2000THB amount for deposit but we paid full amount through online, and it's refundable but hotel put unnecessary charges because of pillow cover stain. Its charged for 200THB, in before am I stayed so many hotels, no one asked for pillow cover stains this is new scam for us. So please be aware. ##SWANA SCAM##

Great Location with Clean, Simple Rooms

Hotel staff was very helpful in calling taxis and arranging transportation to the airport upon checkout. The room was clean with two free water bottles daily. They provided delicious pineapple cookies in the lobby that were a nice, yummy snack on the way in or out. Great location to local shopping, 7-Eleven, Khao San Road and a few Wat temples. It’s not a fancy place, but tidy, clean and in a good location.

Not the best location for getting Tuk Tuks but a 20 minute walk from Kohsan Road. Great place to stay for a few days of sight seeing in Bangkok. There is a free breakfast provided, but we missed it as we had trips booked. Good value for money with the price.

For the price this hotel is fantastic. Don’t be put off that it is close to road as you can’t hear traffic noise. Within walking distance of Khao SAN Road. Lots of shops, places to eat and 7 Eleven all close by. Safe in Room. Good Air Conditioning. Free Breakfast of toast, tea, coffee, juice or water. Large room.

It was very quiet in the room, despite the hotel is locate in a busy road. The service was good and unobtrusive. The hotel has a great lobby and free coffee stand in it. The location is very advantageous.

Gorgeous Hotel

Stunning and well maintained Hotel. The Housekeeping was great and my sheets were changed daily and the fridge topped up with water so I could take a few bottles out with me every day whilst sightseeing. Every night I returned the Night Security guard came out to greet me with a lovely smile and greeting so I always felt very safe and comfortable. Plenty of Tea and coffee with complementary biscuits in the lobby area; personally I would have preferred the facilities in my own room, but thats just me. It was actually no bother and the area was kept scrupulously clean. The Wifi was a bit finicky - not easy log in details and I had to ask for another as my initial one wasnt working - it took 5 attempts to find me one that worked! These details also had to be re-input on each floor and every time you logged on when you returned to the Hotel, but to be fair it was a strong, fast connection. The only bad thing about this hotel is its location. It is not near anything and you really have to work to get a taxi driver to take you there, as many said it was too far out or quoted a ridiculous price. Of course this is not the hotels fault (Its a Thai Taxi thing) but worth knowing, as it often took me up to 40 mins to get a Taxi to take me who would put the meter on. I travelled as far as I could on the Metro to the train station in Chinatown and hailing one from there as that seemed to work better and a return was around 70-80 Thai Baht in around 15 minutes.

Lovely hotel, close enough to walk to koh San Road, Yet far away enough that you have a quite night. Staff really helpful, rang our taxi to pick us up for the airport upon leaving. Free maps available and tea and coffee available 24/7 in reception.

Close enough to the main road but also very quiet

Overall a nice hotel ....offers free tea and coffee everyday with biscuits and toast in the morning! 5 min walk from the main road and a lovely security guard! The staff are helpful and they store your bags for the day if you have already checked out! Rooms were okay - fridge with free water and good air con! WiFi was not great in the rooms however and the bathroom could do with a good scrub. The view was also not fantastic! Good to stay for a short period - I’ve stayed in worse in Bangkok
