The hotel is in the heart of Asok, and adjacent to the elevated walkway of the BTS train as well as Terminal 21 mall. There are a gazillion choices for shopping and dining. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff was outstanding in their customer care. I will stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was fine although extremely small and you had to turn sideways to get past the bed as it was right up next to the wall at the foot of the bed the staff were friendly however there is the constant noise of walkie-talkies of cleaning staff throughout the day and the night and it’s extremely loud so that was very distracting and annoying However the most annoying thing was that the Manager was very arrogant. I checked in 30 minutes early and instead of just being polite about it, he was quite arrogant in the way that he dealt with it and it just left a bad taste in my mouth because he could’ve been polite. He could’ve been friendly But he came across as acting very superior and gracious in allowing me to check into the room 30 minutes early I really don’t see the issue if the room is ready and it’s all set to go and someone turns up 30 minutes early. Why you can’t let them go in or if you can’t explain that in a reasonable way but I just felt that he was very Arrogant and how he did that so perhaps a little more customer service focus would be better. So what that means is instead of using this hotel for my next trip I avoid it because I just didn’t like that experience because there’s plenty of hotels in the area and many of them are at that similar price point.
