Staff are friendly, location is great, hotel rooms are big and convenient. If you have small children, this is not for you as the hotel does not cater the needs of the toddlers. My son is 2 years old, the age of running and screaming. I was often told by the reception to keep him quiet which you cannot control much. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place for families, leisure or business. They have free shuttle (Tuk Tuk) to MRT which definitely helpful if you want to go out for the day. Market is close by if you want to buy some food or fruits.

Wonderful place to stay and exceptional value. Owners are really kind people and the staff there, while not fluent speak English well enough to answer questions for you. During the day there is a tuk tuk available to take you to the local subway station. The hotel is located in a local neighborhood and is great for those who want a taste of regular Thai people life. I have had challenges directing taxi's there with my broken Thai, I would suggest pulling up the hotel on maps in thai and printing it out to make it easier
