We somehow made a mistake in our booking, so when we arrived late in the evening we found out that this was the day we were supposed to check out. So basically we made a no show, and showed up after this no show. Big bummer, big mistake - our mistake. But management had no compassion or ideas to keep us as happy customers. They simply didn't seem to care: The staff could not refund us, they could not partially refund us, they would not give discount on a new room (we still needed a place to stay) - heck, they wouldn't even help finding a bottle of water for our infant that was thirsty after a very long day of traveling. That is a lack of compassion for the well being of guests in need of help, which disgusts me. Would never engage with this place again even though it was our own fault that we booked on some wrong days.

Excellent hospitality. Staff was very helpful and polite. Food quality is average. Standards of cleanliness have slightly gone down since our last visit. Bed sheets were not changed in the seven days we stayed. Location is excellent. Inspite of requesting a front facing room we were given a room at the back with no view. Yet the stay was very pleasant. Thanks !

We stayed in two bed designer suite.Very comfy for our family of 4. Great utilities, bargain for what we paid. Wish they had more food variety in hotel though but we did eat out. Shuttle bus takes you to station where you can also walk but road are really smelly. Close to Patpong Night market where we went twice, and also 2 stops by train to MBK Market.Would definitely come again

The room I got was very spacious and hotel amenities were amazing. The concierge greeting me every morning when I left the hotel was very nice and friendly and check-in and check-out was smooth. I don't remember his name, but he even goes out to the street to let the Uber drivers know where the entrance of the hotel is since they usually get lost finding the entrance, especially at night!

Very convenient location to shops, nightlife, restaurants and city transport just off Silom Road. A short walk to elevated and underground railway stations, close to Lumpini Park. Large, clean, functional rooms and apartments, cleaned daily, with good appointments. Nice little bar and restaurant downstairs, pool, spa, fitness centre and coin laundry. Breakfast included in tariff, and very good selection of items. Very friendly and helpful staff. I could not get the “hotel ratings” section to register but would rate service, rooms and value as all excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

My husband, 7-year old boy and I stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite in late March. Check in / out and staff were very pleasant and efficient. Suite was lovely, comfortable and spacious with a kitchen (stove, fridge, utensils, etc.), 2 bathrooms, dining area, living area w sofa, arm chair, coffee table, tv and desk. Safe is provided. We were appointed a suite on the fourth floor (low). No noise issues. Slept well in comfortable bed. No patio (some suites have patios). Despite the spacious and well-appointed suite, house cleaning was less than satisfactory upon arrival - hand smudges from previous guests on mirrors, cabinet and door handles, table and counter surfaces (see photo), and red/brown stains on floor near entry way. Bathroom caulking / grout around the tub / floor area was moldy in sections and needs maintenance (see photos). Couch had small holes and runs in the fabric (see photo). Bedroom linen in the 2-single bed room had pen marks / stains on it (see photo). This turned me off a bit (reflected in my rating; had the rooms been properly cleaned, I would have increased my rating of this property by 1 point) but the overall feel and look of the suite was nice (rating of 4) once you get past the substandard cleanliness. Of the six places we stayed at during our 3 week trip around Thailand, this was the least clean. Too bad because the suite is otherwise quite nice. We were advised that the pool was closed for renovations (disappointing as this was one of our selection criteria when booking 5 months in advance; reflected in my overall rating), but they offered a free shuttle to a sister hotel w pool 5 minutes away (which we didn’t visit). They claimed we should have received an email advising of the pool closure, but we never received such an email. We wanted to experience the lunch buffet (~250 baht Monday through Friday starting around 11am), but were told they were fully booked. Disappointing that guests could not eat at their own hotel yet non-guests were given priority (tour buses; also reflected in my rating). Instead, we ventured across the street to a lovely Italian restaurant and were pleased we did! Food, drinks and service was excellent. Owner trained in culinary school in New York - simple, delicious Italian - highly recommend. Note - this restaurant will be relocating to another area soon. Location is a bit far away from main attractions (also a reflection of my lower overall rating) but BTS was within 5 minute walking distance. Taxi and tuktuks available out front on demand. Note - do NOT hire a tuktuk driver who offers you super cheap rides (~20 baht) as they take you to merchants commissioning them in hopes of luring sales in their shops. Overall, our stay was comfortable in the impressively large suite once you get past the substandard cleanliness and extras like pool availability and location. Would I stay here again.... I’d perhaps look at other options closer to main attractions and cleaner rooms. Earlier in our trip, we stayed along the Chao Phraya river and the location was excellent being so close to main attractions. Safe and happy travels!

Pool was closed for rebuild , this info should have been clearly listed on the All Hotel booking sites, before we booked! All Bit sly if you ask me. Cocktails no “mint”in the whole hotel for cocktails, ridiculous. They do buy 1 get 1 free, has to be the same cocktail how commercially stupid is that . Just make the cheapest one free! Got it. Also Need the full ingredients of cocktails listed out on the drinks menu. One cocktail when we asked had just had "Vodka and orange" in it! is this not just a " vodka and orange" rather than a cocktail ! Staff nice Location good, close to lovely lizard filled park.

Two weeks after booking this room (on a non-refundable basis) because the facility had a swimming pool we were advised that the pooll and surrounding area would be closed for major refurbishment. Surely this was known at the time we made the booking? So, in reality we were sold the room under false pretences. The room size was large which we appreciated for our three-day stay. There are plenty of restaurants close by and good access to both the Skytrain and MRT. Sadly, the room furnishings were very tired. Threadbare bath mat and large stain on bedroom carpet. Breakfast was minimal and breakfast room staff were disinterested at best.

Very spacious and clean room and just what we need for 3 ppl - it's more comfortable than an extra-bed in standard hotel room, better value for money, and best it has two bathrooms. The rooms also have large windows offering view of the city and adequate sunlight. The location is quite convenient, near Skytrain and MRT station, and also Patpong night market; three stations to Sathorn Pier; walking distance to Lumpini Park and even Erawan Shrine & Siam but it could be quite hot walking half an hour... The quiet neighborhood of Silom and Sathorn turns out to be a great place full of cafes and gourmet restaurants. We got 2 complimentary Pad Thai for dinner and the restaurant in hotel was good, though we didn't take the 350B breakfast which sounds very affordable. The staff were very helpful and greeting us with smile anytime. We booked a taxi to Ayutthaya and enjoyed the one day trip. However taxis in Bangkok ask for high no-meter fees for normal in town rides, which is so annoying so that we turned to use booking apps and it helped a lot.

Well within the city limits , spa is good rooms are huge and clean hotel staff is supportive, for people who don't eat beef or pork you need to check the content kept in menus , rest quiet a variety in breakfast best part is studio apartment so you can also cook by yourself
