Staff needs more smiles. Housekeeping staff was friendlier than front desk staff. Room had too much fragrance. So much so that it smelled like someone with too much perfume on. Bathroom should be stocked with more toilet psper than a half roll. Shuttle and breakfast buffet were very nice.

For the price and convenience, this is a really good hotel to stay. The free shuttle from the airport is easy and quick. Hotel was clean. Free breakfast was really, really good with lots of variety. Its not a Hilton or Marriott, but i was not expecting that. Overall, i was pleasantly surprised.

I have stayed at this hotel previously. I thought maybe the hotel might have improved. Unfortunately it hasn't. I usually do not leave a review if I am disappointed in a hotel. For this property, I will make an exception. The big problem I have with this hotel is the bed. I know that mattresses in Asia tend to be hard, but the Sinsuvarn Airport Suite takes the hard bed thing to a whole new level. The Orbitz website describes the Sinsuvarn as having pillowtop beds in all 163 rooms. Nothing could be further from the truth. I pulled the sheets and blanket back to see what was I attempting to sleep on. In America, it would be called a box spring. It has steel coils and a hard flat surface. This hotel puts a mattress pad and sheets on a box spring and tells Orbitz they have pillowtop beds. Feels more like a picnic table. I tried to sleep on this bed for a night but I could not. I checked out at 7 pm and went down the street and got another room at a different hotel. I had to be at the airport at 430 AM to catch a flight and had to get some sleep. If I remember correctly, their shuttle van to the airport is good and they had plenty of hot water in the shower. I travel thru Bangkok occasionally and will not be booking anymore rooms at the Sinsuvarn Airport suite.

Very friendly staff from the front desk, bell hops, housekeeping, and restaurant team. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very quiet relax place after a long flight And the staff was very friendly

The pictures are true to how the hotel looks , however, the beds are ROCK hard, the have this rug in the room and it’s a slip hazard because the floors are extremely slippery just because of the finishing on the tile. They don’t turn the ac on until you get into the room so expect to be HOT! Tv was blurry as all get out! Location is on an ally with steer dogs, they didn’t bit but will let their presence be known! Staff was very nice though and it’s close to the airport. However i won’t be staying there again.

We appreciated the shuttle from the airport. It was only about a 10 minute drive. Great place to rest between flights.

Worst ever, terrible accommodation, bath mold, towels very used, very hot, dirty restaurant, bad food ...

We spend a night there. The area is poor and dirty.

The room is very clean and the hotel location is very close to the airport.

Nice hotel with free airport shuttle and breakfast. The surrounding area is not for walking around but can’t beat the price for a quick layover. Very nice and friendly staff.

I stayed for a few hours while in transit. It is close to the airport and provides a pickup and drop off service. It was a comfortable place for such a short stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Not perfect, but great for the price and seamless airport pick up and drop off. Cold A/C, free coffee and tea. 15 min walk to a nice shopping mall with many restaurants, stores & food carts. I’ll definitely stay again

Hotel was in the middle of a swamp. the only access was a very poorly maintained dirt road. The smell in the air all over the hotel was horrendous. The rooms were in disrepair and very dirty. This hotel should be removed from the Orbitz listing as it is a disgrace to the Orbitz brand. Just. Stay. Away.

We waited a better hotel. Noisy place. But breakfast was okay.

The people were all friendly but the place just wasn’t up to being clean like we like. I wanted chicken and all they had was one piece and they had to hunt for that. By time they find and cook I couldn’t eat it so I told them they could have it if they wanted. We only stay the one night and come back hotel we always stay at. We thought we go some place different just to check out but it was a mistake. If you want a cheaper place to go, it probably be good for you.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are much better than what I've expected for this price. I am very happy with my 1-night stay after airport. Amazing breakfast and transfer to the airport(shuttle) are included. Thank you, Sinsuvarn Airport Suites!
