This is the third time staying at this hotel. Great location near to the National Stadium skytrain station and the MBK shopping centre. Fantastic breakfast- great choice, good quality. Stayed in the suite - really good sized room. Our bags were delayed and the concierge team were fantastic in following up with the airline for us. Would definitely stay again.

An enjoyable stay overall. Room was spacious, could request more bottles of drinking water, liked the shower gel and shampoo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was really good. Only wished it as nearer to the BTS station and sheltered all the way there.

Incredible modern hotel. The pool is beautiful. The rooftop bar area is gorgeous and the downstairs restaurant is also amazing. Great buffet too. Walkable distance from heaps of the big malls like MBK. So it’s a great location for shopping.

Can't think of a single thing that's bad about this property and their staff. You're quite literally in the heart of Bangkok, so expect it to be busy. This means getting a Grab is difficult (wait times at least 15 minutes), Tuktuk pricess are gonna be inflated (I get it) BUT there's lots to explore on foot and the amenities in the hotel is more than enough. The rooms were tidy and spacious, Rooftop bar and restaurants were top notch AND the hotel staff is some of the most accommodating people. Highly recommend if you're gonna be in the Siam Square area.

It's a very cute hotel and the rooftop pool is nice, though the pool area could be better maintained. It's centrally located in the city, but not walking distance to much other than major malls. Good for families - maybe wouldn't recommend area for young/hip people traveling.
