It very calm and relaxing. It truly feels like a spa. I would stay here again. It's close to everything, the airport, malls, and night markets.

Room was okay. Clean when we got there. Staff never came clean the room even with the sign up requesting to do so. If you get there early they make you wait to check in and by that time all the floating breakfasts are sold out. Smelled of weed in the hallways. I don’t smoke. Staff does not enforce rules as needed. When it rained all morning one day, people that were supposed to eat their floating breakfast in the pool. Climbed up and were sitting on peoples’ room patios including a loud couple of girls I had to open my door and kick out. They advertise a gym but it’s so far you have to take a grab to it because it is not on site. Really not so satisfied with my experience. Definitely over hyped. And the location is not the best.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We booked the connecting rooms, since there were 4 of us. The rooms are very spacious with a small balcony to look out. I enjoying the tropical surroundings. Waking up to the different birds singing, was very relaxing. If you needed assistance, staff was very willing to help, reaching out consistently. The front desk, housekeeping, and shuttle driver were all very pleasant and polite. We used the shuttle to get to the BTS link, exploring all around Bangkok. It was our first time internationally and in Thailand, I really enjoyed the culture and exploring daily. Loved trying the different fruit/ food, riding the ferry and using the BTS links to get around like the locals. Overall experience was great, can’t wait to be able to go again!

Everything about this property was absolutely immaculate! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle to BTS, which is super amazing. And the area is wonderful! As soon as you walk in the room, you are hit with this absolutely amazing scent where you feel you have entered paradise! I think it’s a little selfish they wouldn’t sell it to me and they want to keep it for themselves, but I guess I’m just going to have to come back and relive this paradise haha. I would rate this property 1000/10! I can’t recommend this property enough. You will love your stay if you come here!
