The room was clean and the cleaning was done to a great standard everyday. Staff were cooperative and kind, allowed us to check in earlier without any issues and store our baggage after checking out. It's also right next to a 7 Eleven which is very convenient. The only drawback was the flimsy locks on the room doors, these could be improved. Otherwise very good and satisfactory stay.

Bad Experience

Unable to checkin since the lobby lights were off, doors locked & no staff present at the time. Now, I was checking in late around 3am but was told it has 24 hour service. No one picked up the phone when I called them twice. So my family & I had to drive around the area looking for available rooms at this time. It took us hour & half to find a small hotel. Now, since the hotel won’t refund the money to me. Got me quite upset. Time & money was wasted thinking that this hotel with its decent rating would treat their customers a bit better than that.

Cheap but not so comfortable

I stayed in this hotel back in 2016 with four of my friends (guys). Back then the hotel was OK. But in 2017 I booked this place again for my honeymoon. This hotel is not actually honeymoon material, but since my wife wanted to do some serious shopping, this place was pretty close to Indra and Pratunam market. So that was the reason I booked this place again. Back in 2016 this hotel had the best WIFI connection I had ever experience. But in 2017 it was terrible. You cannot even watch a youtube vidoe without buffering. Also since this hotel is running by an Islamic owner, you cannot expect poke related items in the breakfast. That is another con. Other than that the staff is friendly. Not too friendly. But Ok

If you are looking for Budget hotel with b/fast, you can choose this hotel. Other than that, we are very disappointed. Our room's air-cond leaking, TV only have 1 channel & very old wooden floor.

Good location, very close to Indra and markets

Good place to live. Very affordable Been the 4-5 times for weeks longer. Helpful staff Near to airport train so 40 bath to airport Close to Central, Indra, MBK, Big bazzar and many other shopping malls on walking. Good breakfast but menu just change twice a week so living few days, you get variation but longer a week then you get same menu 2-3 times a week. Condition is OK as what you pay but very tidy room service Wifi is better than other 5 star hotel nearby where I stayed earlier.

Home Away From Home

Excellent location - walking distance from shopping centre. Staff are excellent especially Kamal. A wonderful tour manager based at shadi homes called Mr John who not only gave us excellent tour packages but gave us Bangkok's number 1 award winning taxi driver Mr Khanthong for our entire duration. Felt happy and safe. Highly recommend this hotel as it is excellent for those females travelling alone or families with young children. Breakfast buffet was good. (Halal food!) The best part is the price. Great value for money and you will save further money on taxi's and tuk tuk as pratunam shopping centre/Indra regent and excellent eating places are just few minutes walking distance.

Hotel near to Airport Link

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean but bathroom floor is flooded with water after shower. They should look into a bigger gully hole so that water will flow easily. Hotel is near to Airport Link, about 5 mins walk to Ratchaprarop Station. Nearby to Pratunum Mall and many shops and eateries around the area. Nice buffet breakfast and strong Wifi in the room. I will stay in the same hotel on my next visit to Bangkok.

Great location, poorly maintained room

Unfortunately this was a classic case of location over anything else. The room we stayed in was pretty run down with an apparent mound problem on the wall beneath the a/c unit. This has just been painted over badly instead of being dealt with. Fridge smelled as though it'd never been cleaned and for some strange reason it would only work when the light was turned on!? The gentlemen behind reception was friendly as were the porters. Wifi wasn't great and the top floor is full of cracked Windows and panes of glass. Not good for when you have small children. We always stay in the Pratunam region as it's close to everything we need but unfortunately we won't be staying here again. It's just too much money for a unkempt room

The hotel was at most convenient location, more so if you want indian food. Indra market is around the corner. Only low point was breakfast, no vegetarian option and food vanishes by 9.40 unlike advertised time of 10 am. Overall, a good place, might book again.

The hotel was in a good location on the airport rail line. Room was nice but the air conditioner did not work so well because the filter was filthy. Breakfast was a nice full buffet but was not ready at 7:00 as promised.
