The staff was decent. Location of the hotel is not very far from the main market area. The turndown is they ask for a security deposit. Something I personally do not like. Our room was pretty neat though. Also the bathroom was spic and span with clean towels and hand-towels. Great if you are looking for a budget friendly place
Hotel is small but centrally located and clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Buffet style breakfast included many options; finding seating can be an issue. Rooms were small but decent. Bed was very firm, which may be uncomfortable for many, but sheets were clean. The bathroom was small, but clean. The rooms are not sound proof, so all conversation in the hall and by elevator will echo throughout. Our room could use a new coat of paint, but other than that it was fine. I would recommend this hotel for a 1-2 night stay.
Budget hotel with good service. The rooms and bath is small but quite and along with all the amenities. Breakfast and wifi is free. The hotel restaurant serves Indian dishes too. Although the breakfast buffet lacks Indian flavors and dishes. A bus stop is at the hotel entrance. The reception provides bus cards to guide the commuters. Tuk tuks and taxies are readily available at the door steps. There is an Indian nepali restaurant right across the road from the hotel which serves good Indian food. The famous Indira market and prathunam is 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes bus ride. Department stores etc are around the property. Overall a good place to stay.
We a group of 12 members stayed in the hotel on 3rd Feb 2017. During check in the staff asked for deposit of Rs. 2000 per room (First time I have seen such demand, Although was refunded at the time of checkout). The behavior of the reception staff was very rude and was like they are doing a favour on us. The rooms are very old. The breakfast is very ordinary (again like they are doing a favour on us). All in all nothing special about the hotel and should be avoided as better options are available in the city.
We stayed 4 nights fro 28 th Dec.2017 up to 01 st Jan. 2018 Room nos, 321/323/324/325/326 Front office staff were very helpful but room cleaning service is not up to the standards,Once we complained about this to front office only they clean then the rooms.B fast buffet no varieties. All the food preparation was very poor standards. All meat dishes only the vegetables[ no chicken at all] Juices were more water [ no flavors] Fruits only melon & Guava [ some times only the guava] cheep fruits like pineapple. papaya not at all. When we asked any request from the F & B staff they were not helpful at all. Gray colour uniform Supervisor was not suitable for hotel service, [ very rude ]Good for Police or Prison service, Not enough bell boys to carry our baggages when departure. Room girls attitudes were very bad, No smile, always angry mood. We were stayed 4 nights at PJ Watergate hotel Pathunam [ 3 star Budget hotel] Very good food , Much more varieties at b'fast buffet , Different taste, Excellent F&B service, PJ watergate we always recommend to others.
Location of this hotel is good. Indra market and Pratunam market is walkable distance. For MBK center you have to take cab or tuktuk. Bathrooms are unclean. Water was getting clogged. Staff is not much responsive. Overall 3.
This is a very good budget hotel in the mid of the city. Hotel staff is very cooperative and offers an exhaustive menu for the food. This hotel has very good access to the shopping centre and other places of attraction.
Location of the hotel perfectly suits for tourist stays fewer days in Bangkok city. Walkable distance to both known markets and Tuk Tuk and cabs are easily available from the front of the hotel but don't forget to ask rates before getting in. It takes only 40 - 45 min to reach the airport from the hotel.
Stayed in this hotel with my group of around 60 pax in the year 2016.Rooms are decent ,good location, near to Indira market where all want to go for street shopping. Breakfast was ok. Overall good hotel to stay if traveling with low to medium budget
The hotel was neat and its located centrally with more access to metro and buses.. The free breakfast has variety of dishes with special focus on Indian food..The food taste was average and no problem with the service. the staff was very helpful and they also told about the nearby visit places..recommended.
