Never been to a hotel with ruder staff. Only stayed for one night, thankfully!! The morning we were leaving we went to reception were we wanted to ask the lady on reception if she could book us a taxi. As she was too busy on her phone she actually told us to ''shoo''. I was so shocked i stood and stared where she repeated for me again to ''shoo'' saying she was busy. We came back about 30 mins later and asked for her to print our boarding passes where she told us to do it ourselves (yes this was her genuine response). However, the printer was at the back of the reception desk so i was really confused and asked her to help me. She repeatedly huffed and slammed things down but did print our boarding passes. When she handed them over she then asked for 500 baht, yes around £15 to print 2 pieces of paper!!!! We burst out laughing believing she was trying to have a joke, in which she got so angry she snatched the paper back off me and put it behind her desk. We therefore left without boarding passes and had to carry our huge rucksacks round with us to find a taxi as she refused to call one or even hold our bags for us. I wouldn't even expect this from the worst rated hostel, nevermind a genuine hotel. Nobody could actually pay me to stay here again, and i hope the disgusting lady no longer works there as I do not want anybody to feel as uncomfortable as we did that day. Just to add the rooms are disgusting.

It upsets me when I read a review written that compares a place to a $250 per night room. I think a fair review should be based on what you are getting for the money you spend. This hotel receives some lower reviews than it deserves, lets face it, it is an economy property. That being said, it has a great location with easy access to the BTS. There was always a taxi within a few meters of the hotels, but not a motostand close that I saw. Many good Japanese restaurants are nearby along with street food. 7-11 is a 5 minute or less walk. Breakfast at the hotel is enough to get by on and reasonable. The room is small but clean. Good a/c, hot water shower, tv, refrigerator, small safe, hot water pot are great. The mattress is a little old, but lots of pillows and I slept like a baby. The wifi from my experience was slower than I am used to, but it worked. I found the staff to be helpful. The lady at the front desk acted a little annoyed when I showed up 7 hours early for check...but she accommodated me and got me into a room. What more can you ask? Can the place use a renovation, sure, but then expect to pay more money. Like I said, for the money you spend it is a great value.

This Hotel is situated near Thong Lo Metro Station in Bangkok, the place is quite and rooms are huge, Toilets are clean. Service is very good, However Breakfast is same eggs and sausages always with Fruits , Juices , Tea and coffee. Room has a TV, Refrigerator and AC. No Elevators for upper floors.

This was my second stay - last was in 2013 and the two of us were both satisfied. I had read some reviews stating that the staff were unfriendly, I found this not to be the case. I found the staff - check-in and breakfast - to be efficient rather than friendly or unfriendly and the rooms clean - and importantly - quiet both times. Only one thing niggled me - despite one staff member fetching extra milk at breakfast, showing me how to work their dodgy hot water pot (buy a new one!) and allowing me to print off boarding passes at the staff computer, this same person wouldn't call us a taxi when we checked out. There is a sign on the reception wall saying something along the lines of "Free service, we will call you a meter-taxi". I was kind of laughed at and told,"No! Go out and walk over there. Many taxis!" It was relatively simple to get a taxi but we still had to walk to the end of the road in the midday sun, get sweaty before our flight and deal with a few "Can't use meter. 600 very cheap" before we managed to get a meter taxi to pull in ten minutes later. I'd have much rather waited in the lobby for a taxi to be called as was done the last time I stayed.

We booked this hotel as it was in the Thonglor Area as well as the BTS is just 5 minutes walk and we got it for a great price around 800 Baht per Day. I stayed in this Hotel from 09 th to 11 th December 2016 along with a friend and the first thing I have to tell you is that there was no Lift facility and our room was on the 3 rd Floor so we had to climb stairs every time we returned back. The Best thing about this Hotel is its Location, its located in a small lane very close to the Marriot Executive Apartments. The other thing which was good was the Free Breakfast which was not a buffet but you are given a Menu Card and you can select any one Meal.Along with that you got vegetable Salad,Cut Fruits,Yogurt,Orange Juice and Coffee. We were given a corner room so the view from one side was good but both the entrance door as well as the bathroom door were not closing properly so we had to use our luggage to keep them blocked. The Hotel looks pretty old and it needs immediate renovation. There were many Bars and Massage Parlors nearby. Also restaurants like Soul food,Sit and Wonder and Mae Varee [Best Mango Sticky Rice] are just 2 minutes walk.Sukhumvit Soi 38 which is the best place to try Bangkok's street food is also just 5 minutes walk.

Wouldn't stay here again. Hotel at the end of a dirty smelly street. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Staff aren't exactly friendly and my room was basic. Some staff were toy fighting in reception area late one night and were a bit noisy. Breakfast was rubbish. On the first day I found a hair on my egg and on the second day my partner found a hair in her soup. Don't bother there's plenty of better places to stay in Bangkok.

Initial impressions wern't that great but the place grew on me. Great location, breakfast with a coffee machine. Rooms were fine and clean. Staff were not over friendly but not horrible either. Probably would stay again.

It was awful . Disgusting smell of cigarettes in the room. The room has no window (!). When booking this was not reported . The staff is sleepy. But the hotel is in a quiet area. Next to the subway. the breakfasts are good.

This hotel has a good location at few min from BTS and in a quiet place. The atmosphere is relaxing. Inside the room, the decoration is basic and bed not too comfortable but its normal at that price. Good shower.

Really close to the sky train that will take you all over the city. The breakfast was really good and staff is nice. Rooms smelled a bit like someone had been smoking in them but otherwise they were clean and good. Worth the price and great location!
