Disappointed with Hotel

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately this time was quite disappointing. The gym was unavailable and the clothes washing machine was not working. After contacting reception about the broken washing machine, they did not offer me a new room or fix the broken machine.

Disappointing not like the photographs as usual

I arrived at 11pm, the reception was prepared and it took moments to book in. The room was fine but no view and the balcony door no security lock. The safe didn't work. there is a free ride noted to take you to the local station but the service didn't exists. The TV in the room has one English channel. The multi gym was broke, the men's sauna center wall and ceiling were falling down and the pool was filthy. The doors in the bath room were rotting and the ceiling tiles had been removed. Rubbish bags, cleaning equipment and containers all were left on the pool floor area, it wasn't good. We asked for towels as we wanted to use the pool and they didn't turn up but it was ok as the pool was as mentioned filthy. To get a taxi you have to walk to the main road which is about 8 minute walk down the soi 11. The restaurant was not open either.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the hotel for three days I was there the elevators are broken down the water supply was bad the sheets were dirty.

Nice hotel close to bts rail station

Quite area and safe area, you can get a text in front of the hotel just about any time, nice swimming pool on the sky deck , rooms have washing and drying machine, stove with pot and frying pan, plates, bowls , hot pot, kitchen cutlaries , washroom has a tub and shower, great place for a family.

Nice enough hotel if a little run down.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. The gym equipment was broken. The safe in the room didn't work and there was only non English satellite tv. The staff didn't seem concerned with any of this so I left and stayed at a much nicer hotel for the same price. Overall a very disappointing stay. I would not stay there again as there are many other options in the same price range that actually have what they advertise.

Dirty & poor service

Poor service & very dirty. Thai places are usually at least swept and while things may not be super clean they are usually superficially cleaned. This place had dust and hair all over the floor. The bathtub was quite dirty. The water was brown (in all faucets) for the first several minutes. The sofa once white was a really gross brown. The counters were all stained (which is fine but they were covered with a lot of dust as well). Amazing layout and design of the rooms. Had a stove (but only minimal kitchenware- like 1 plate & two forks), washing machine, nice sized fridge. The pools was a great design but the water dirty and hazy. The gym looked ok. The sauna was broke. The internet only worked for about an hour in our three day stay and that was after several phone calls. The first call they answered, oh we will connect it... what it wasn't even connected?? Then when they finally told me that the password they gave me was wrong I was disappointed. Had to ask for water. Despite paying for a breakfast buffet there was not a buffet and they just fixed us a plate with eggs, two small hotdogs, and two slices of tomato. When we asked if there was something for our toddler (he was included in the reservation) they said no but finally gave a piece of bread for him (don't worry we shared ours). I asked for a child's bed or crib and it was not provided. Also the room for three bit only had two towels and a hand towel. We would not stay again although it could be an amazing plc.

NOT Good ......you will feel like a Jail

Over all hotel is like a Jail ...gym is not working.....swimming pool has no facilities .....no resturant in hotel. You can sit in lobby, which is very small. Hotel room facility is not up to the mark and WiFi is like a bull cart . Stay away from this Hotel. Only good thing is staff members Ms. Goy, Mr. Jack , Mr. Peter are good and very help full. Large comfortable room

I stayed at grace Sathorn for two nights in February 2017. The room was very spacious with great facilities including bathtub, washing machine, full kitchen and more. I only saw staff at the front desk and they were very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. If I'm ever in Bangkok again I will stay at grace Sathorn.

Nice big rooms but POOR WIFI

the rooms are very spacious and the bed was very confortable. The hotel has pool and sauna which was very good. The only thing to critize was the wifi, it barely worked in the room. But I would recommend it if the price was below 30usd the night.

Spacious, comfortable room

Hotel provides a free tuktuk on demand during the day to the nearest SkyTrain station - this makes it easier to get around Bangkok. All staff were friendly and helpful and they sorted out miner maintenance problems quickly and efficiently. My only gripe is that I booked this room because of the washer/dryer - being half way through our tour this was very useful but I was surprised to find that there was no iron or ironing board in the room. When I requested an iron and ironing board I was told that there is a 200 baht charge for this (£5). I consider this unreasonable and declined knowing that our next hotel included iron and ironing board as standard.

Hate It This Time

I stayed at this hotel before, and I loved it. That's why I returned to this hotel on this trip. However, my recent stay was a complete disappointment. The most horrible thing was the Wi-Fi connection that was disconnected every five minutes before it was set that way. Only one staff at the reception show enthusiastic to service. The rest didn't even smile when I walked in or out. The restroom was old and leaking, and the toilet smelled awful. I had to buy my own air refresher spray. Though the bed sheet, pillow cases, and blankets were clean, they were old and torn. I decided to switch to a different hotel in the area after giving them opportunities to fix these problems for ten days.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. The location is a little way out from the main centre and no real places to eat around there. The hotel staff although friendly made the hotel seem unprofessional the way they handled heck in and arrivals. We arrived 1 hour early from travelling and they wouldn't let us check in which was disappointing.

Nice view swimming pool

My booking was queen or king bedding. But my friend chceked in early and was given twin beded room. Was pay for early check in. At 1pm while i, checked in and requested for king and bath tub bedding. The reception told me not room at this moment. She offer me to upgard for next day, and i m fine with it.(Dont mind to pay for extra) Next day i when to ask for the regarding room, the reception told me they are full house and no room for me to upgard. Finally, get a king bed for us to change. (Untill insisted) 3rd day told reception to make up the room, while return room was not done. Asked reception why? Housekeeping forget to clean and lot of explained. (End up only change towel)

Nice pool in the middle if high rises and near tra

Pool is great although there are only three chair cushions. My room was nonsmoking but the floor was smoking so the hall was thick with smoke and it seeped into my room so was quite uncomfortable. Staff are smiling but English very limited and they have no authority so can not really help with issues or questions. Check the state of the room food on arrival. I had a big problem arguing I had not opened the chips. Also get the price you are quotes in writing. It changes and at checkout it was an argument Close to public transit
