Hotel is at prime location - food, metro, night life is at walkable distance. Hotel staff is very helpful and facilities are well maintained. We stayed for 2days and overall it is good stay👍 I would recommend it is a best hotel with decent price.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfy as well. The only downside is, it's a little unsafe for staying in the new block of the hotel. Anyone could have the access to the hotel building. The bathroom does not have a proper place to keep/hang the towels and there's no door at the showering area.

I frequent Bangkok and like to stay around the area of Terminal 21. For this trip, we decided to try Sacha. Lobby is adequate enough to handle guests. 1 elevator or lift, but there are only around 8 rooms per floor so its not that busy per floor. Airconditioning is very strong, and sometimes too strong. It gets very cold and there is something wrong with the controls. It is not just in my room but in the other rooms as well ( we basically occupied half of the floor). Nice firm bed, nice pillows. However, the bed frame was noisy. I complained thr next day and the 2nd night was quiet. But by the succeeding nights, the creak started to return. Take note they have a glass showcase window instead of a wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. For privacy, drop the blinds but the sides still allow one to peek. Breakfast is next door and is limited in choices. We all stayed in the main wing. The smaller rooms are in the annex building. My problem is that the walls are thin. We can hear the other rooms: TV, talking or snoring loudly enough can get through the walls. Too bad, or else the stay would be rated higher.

This is a great hotel. Lovely soft beds, friendly helpful staff, less than a 5 minute walk to Terminal 21 or Asok BTS station. And the price is fantastic for a hotel of this quality in this location. Highly recommended

Stayed two nights here at the front of my vacation. I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks to stay at the tail end of my vacation too. No complaints. The room was well appointed. The bed comfortable. Couldn’t beat the location. Short walk to the Asoke BTS Station, Terminal 21 mall, 7-11 is across the street for easy snacks and water, great shopping and dining within easy access. Yes the road can be a little noisy but folks this is Bangkok. A city of 12 million. Good luck finding quiet. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed in this hotel for the 1st time recently for a total of 6 nights for a conference and a short get away. As I am quite familiar with this area, this hotel is near to the BTS system (Asoke Station) with less than 3 mins walk away and near to a popular and huge shopping mall Terminal 21 which they have one of the lowest priced foodcourt in Bangkok and tons of F&B outlets. There is a 24hr convenience store right across the hotel and numerous massage salon along the same street and 2 local eatery for some decent local thai food. Check-In was easy and straight forward. Was surprised that this hotel has 2 blocks. And I was placed in Blk 2, which Was funny I have to find my own way to the other block on my own. Thou it is just right next to the lobby, but no one from the hotel ushered me over. Neither did they help me with my big luggage whenI was checking out too. Infact the Grab driver was the one who help me with it. What was even more strange is that they have a second card to call for the lift and another card for the room door, which is quite troublesome if you have gone to shop and coming back to the hotel only to go through the hassle of looking for 2 cards. I didn't book my room with breakfast so no comments on their breakfast. The room itself was pretty big (please see attached pics), just that it is not properly lighted as the room is pretty dim at night and in the day time you have to draw open the curtain, which I didnt do so as I was at level 3 which passerbys along the street can looked into the room. The room has enough power points but if you are thinking of working in this hotel (or in this room in particular) will not be a good idea because of the lighting in the room and also there is no study table. Aircon - strangely they have a kickass size aircon unit for this room, which you have to set the temp a little higher otherwise, it can be freezing cold at 24C. TV - was decent in 32. They useda special coding unit for the different channels. But almost 99% of the channels are local Thai channels. The 1% that is not local thai channels that shows English movies or tv series, you have to change the audio setting to English, otherwise the shows will be dubbed in Thai. They don't have the usual HBO kind of channels. So happy channel surfing to search for the channels. Toilets - was decent sized however the toileries provide is less than desirable. Though they provide shampoo and body gel... but they are infact the same. Also what is lacking in the toielt/showers is a drying rack to hang dry your towels after we used them. They provided only the hook type of hanging which doesn't allow the towel to dry properly. Room safe and hair dryer are provided. Housekeeping - this is one area which this hotel has lots of rooms for improvements. Over the days that I stayed in the hotel, my bedsheets were only changed once despite that I didnt indicate to them not to change the sheets for consideration of the environment. 1st time i noticed a faint yellow stain on the sheets, but not on my side of where I am sleeping so I left it as it is. But it took them the 3rd day to change the sheet into another sheet with a small hole on it, which was not changed till I checked out of the hotel. Also, throughout my stay, there were incidents whereby my cups were not washed, toilet was not cleaned/flushed (because I forgot to), coffee/tea were not refilled after I have consumed them, toiletries were not replenished. Best of all, there was once that they were cleaning the room with me in it, they forgotten to refill e coffee/tea and to change the sheets and pillow cases 2 out of 4 were changed only. Overall, the hotel is value for money and recommended for their location, they would have gotten a 4 or even 5 star rating from me if the housekeeping were done properly.

Great location - Almost right behind Terminal 21! Very friendly staff. The check in process was fast and easy. Hotel is clean and pleasant. Good value for money. Will return to stay again on our next visit. Love the place!

the place it behind terminal 21, you can walk around 5 minutes to the hotel, but inthe morning or evening sometimes very crowded. if you first time, you have to notice that the hotell room is different buildingfrom the lobby, you have to get 2 card, 1 for elevator, 1 key room. it's nice , there convinient store in front the hotel, also when you walk from terminal 21 there is a 7-eleven too.

The location is excellent; 2 minutes to Terminal 21 and BTS Asok Station; numerous massage and beauty parlors nearby; 24-hour convenience store (7-11) just opposite the hotel; everything you need is right there, and being very near a BTS station and MRT station (Sukhumvit) provides easy access to other parts of Bangkok. Facilities are also excellent - spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, very clean toilet and bath. As we are situated on the 6th Floor, there's also a nice view from our room. The breakfast is also nice, with several ala carte choices and additional buffet menu. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. This hotel is really highly recommended.”

My wife and I had booked a room at the Sacha's Hotel Uno via Expedia from 3 to 7 Sep 17 to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. The room was booked on a non-refundable promotional rate, which we felt was a very good deal. We were very much looking forward to our getaway. However, a few days before the trip, my wife injured her ankle and we were unable to proceed with the journey as planned. I called up Expedia and explained the situation. The team at Expedia was very understanding and helped to contact Sacha's Hotel Uno to see if they were able to cancel the booking with a refund. I was overjoyed when I heard from Expedia that the management of Sacha's Hotel Uno had agreed to refund. I must thank the management of Sacha's Hotel Uno and the team at Expedia for helping to bring some sunshine back to our lives. We will definitely choose to stay at the hotel in future when my wife has fully recovered.
