We stayed here for 3 nights with 6 couples and we loved it. This place is close to shopping areas and restaurants, so you won’t need any tuk tuk to go around. How ever if you are elderly people I would recommend to use tuk tuk for night market which is close but walkable upto 500-700 meter’s. As me or my group did not face anything in this hotel so I couldn’t share much about any bad experience. Good things is fast checkin but had to wait till 2:00 pm for the room. So make sure u inform hotel about ur pre arrival in advance.

We stayed one night, the room, was really good with amazing view, the pool area also nice and the staff were very friendly. The only thing that i didn't like was that it was full of these rude indian people, that they don't respect nobody except from themselves, they arrive at breakfast, with their armpits smelling bad next to you, a group of them, screaming one another and stealing you food inside from your hands, and after you feel so disgusting and the best to do is to skip breakfast... Terrible!

They put the brand name to shame . The staff couldn't care less about you . Their answer for everything is NO. The rooms are old with broken door hinges , broken kettles and hard beds . Not a place worth staying .

I stayed at this hotel from Jan 27th to Jan 30th and I am still not sure what to rate this hotel. I myself am from the hospitality sector so very well understand the nuances of the business but this hotel left me totally stumped. Pros – 1. Room was clean, large and comfortable with a fantastic city view. 2. Humble and super smiling housekeeping lady 3. Proximity to the Pratuman market and Neon Talad Night Bazaar 4. Availability of local transport – Ubers, Grabs and Tuk Tuks, Metro a little farther off but at a walking distance. .... ummm well thats about it Cons - 1. Drinking water on check in and after housekeeping every day was kept in the washroom. I found it strange unless it has something to do with local Thai customs and traditions, in which case I apologize. 2. Normally, star rated hotels come with a hand shower in the bath tub even if there is a separate show cubicle. This one had none. So basically, post every day after my relaxation in the tub I had to walk out and head to the shower cubicle. 3. Stupid me, I had forgotten to take my dental kit along. When I requested to be provided with one, I was informed that they do not provide dental kits. 4. The front office staff, which is supposed to be the brand ambassador for a customer coming into the hotel are rude and treat you like they are doing you a damn favor by providing check in service to you. 5. F&B staff – rude and racist. I would like to narrate this incident. I was having breakfast with my wife and there was a white couple sitting on the table next to me. (PS Apologies for the color reference however there is no racist connotation, the reference to the color you would understand once you read on) The F&B staff approached them thrice to ask them if they would like to have a cup of tea/ juices or water, if they would like omelets served to them. I requested them twice for an omelet which never happened as the guy just turned a deaf ear. The next day, I was on the phone while having breakfast and was looking out of the window when talking. Someone from the F&B staff just came, picked my plate from my table and just walked off. And imagine the look on my face when I turned to the table to finish off my toast and ham and the plate was missing. 6. The hotel clientele – during my stay all I could see were Indian groups and trust me when I say this, they were the kind which can literally put a fellow Indian to shame. I am an Indian and I am proud of it but feel shameful when Indians go abroad and make mockery of themselves – picking fruits from the fruit platter with bare hands, dropping fruits and food all around, pushing and shoving in the breakfast line as if their lives depended on getting the first toast coming out of the toaster, shouting and screaming in the lobby, pushing each other to get into the elevator as if this was the last elevator to heaven and all others would be going to hell. Given all that, even then the F&B and the Front Office staff cannot be rude and racist to guests – the very base of their business. Speaking for myself I am never returning to the hotel.

Hotel with money minded hoteliers.Never ever expected such a mockery of a international brand like ramada, they charge you the cost of towel for a small stain which I got removed in 5 bugs for which they asked me 1400 bugs.To add on if you want a cockoroach feast in breakfast you can choose to have a room booked here, as they are giving it compliment.Today's world of customer oriented world hotels like these are the black holes for tourism.

Booked keeping Ramada Experience in mind whereas it was opposite with very old unmaintained rooms very low level workers had no knowledge about any thing . Apart their breakfast was hilarious , they remove the plates from your front even when you are on phone. Not at all recomended

The rooms are quite comfortable. The hotel seems to be quite old but the rooms are comfortable and nice. The wifi is good. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The staff is very polite and understands English.

Worst hotel experience ever,Didn't expect this kind of service, from Ramada Chain. I am not writing this review to pick on antone, however it is just my experience of staying in this "4 star" hotel.  Tharatorn W. (Astt Fo Manager) very very disappointing & rude poor guy on reception ,don't know how to talk to guests, ill mannered , he should be kicked out of the hotel immediately. Staff is not coperative, even they charge for empty cups and plates in Hotel. Rooms are smelly with carpets , The smell of cigarettes permeates the whole building, The TV is an antique 21" outdated and bathroom looks like stone age , rusted broken taps and accessiories, Wifi not working, Breakfast is out of the category of Ramada Brand, worst and very little.., pictures shown on website and facebook are just made for fooling the guests,hospitality level zero... If any one wants to spoil their tour ,then book here. Really a big zero ...!!!

Nice location,,, right in the heart of city.. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety..ample Vegetarian options available.... Very clean pool... Large and clean rooms with all amenities... Enjoy every moment of stay.. Got at a cheaper price as compared to other hotels in vicinity... Recommend this to all

Staff is not coparative even they charge for empty cup and plates very bad service rooms are ok when I reached hotel my child is heaving fever no one in gate to even pickup luggage it was very bad experience at Ramada I never recommend this hotel
