As posted earlier, I happened to visit phuket and Bangkok both with ramada . But to my dismay , Bangkok rooms were really not to the point of satisfaction and looked very old. All the amenities provided were almost ages old. You need to upgrade yourself periodically for satisfaction of your guests. But the same was contradictory in phuket where I was not almost happy to leave ramada. Overall message........upgrade yourself as per guests taste.

Nice hotel, I was looking for a place to stay 2 night around pratunam and found this hotel in my budget and location slightly outside of pratunam. The hotel is just near the entrance of rachaprapop soi 8 and you can walk to rachaprapop Station in less than 10min. Hotel was good although the furniture is showing old style and aging. Room was clean and hotel staff very nice. If you can walk 10-15min do not be afraid to stay in this hotel. We have walked from the hotel to central world, Erawan, Siam BTS without too many issue. Just take your time and enjoy the surrounding. Not sure if I will come again here as not my usual favorite hotel but I will definitely check it out in case I can not find other. The hotel has wifi in room. Although not very stable and disconnecting frequently, they provide toothbrush, shampoo and bath soap. Thank you for your service

The hotel asked me deposit 3.000 Bath. So when i checked out for a week, I still can not refund my money. It is the stupid DEPOSIT. I travel many countries and stay holtels, after check out...immediately have money refund !

Its location is the best reason to stay in this property. Near Indra and the night markets yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of market noise. A lot of good cheap eats within the vicinity as well. Of note is the nocturnal noodle stall right outside which comes in handy should you have late night cravings. Rooms are well kept but make sure to request a room fronting the street and not the wall of the bigger bldg behind it. Breakfast isn't fabulous butbgood enough to keep you nourished for long trips ahead. Service is superb specially their waiters. Priced right as well.

I stayed in Ramada D MA for 2 days. The most satisfied thing is their customer service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I could feel as a home because of their hospitality. On breakfast time, they take care each and every person closely. They look carefully who is looking for what and they help each and everyone. For the location, it takes only 15 minutes walk to Platinum Market and also 7 Minutes walk to Neon Night Market. For Pratunam Market Area, it takes only 5 Minutes walk. But for amenities, they are very old and some are just okay to use.

Excellent and helpful staff. Ask the concierge and he will help you. As a solo traveller I found there experience and knowledge to be invaluable. Air rail link a ten minute walk away. Or if your feeling brave use a Tuk tuk.

We didn’t end up here by choice, it’s important to note as i wouldn’t have booked here. We got moved from the Eastin due to “water issues” (never got to check in). Anyway, we selected this hotel out of the 2 options we were given thinking it’ll be up to par. The nicest part of the hotel is the lobby. The rooms are so run down, there’s stains in the carpet, mirror and tub. They give you “2 complimentary waters” as listed in the room sheet but they don’t tell you it’s the glasses bottle in the bathroom not the plastic in the fridge so beware because you will be charged. The staff was ok nothing to rave about except the bellmen who were very nice. I would rate it as a 2.5 star hotel maybe 3 but I’ve stayed at better looking 3 star hotels and def not up to par with 4 star hotels. They’re a plenty of restaurants/food stands/massage parlors around the area. For those seeking for a hotel with WiFi they have it too. Won’t be returning.

This hotel consider them as 4*, but the service is much less then 2* as per experience at many hotels around countries... service is worst, they talk to you like you are beggars.. In Room, they don’t provide normal thing like Toothbrush,, if we ask for that.:. They say to upgrade your room type for getting Toothbrush,, that’s worst thing listen.:: Breakfast is out of the category of Ramada Brand, worst and very little.. it looks like duplicate Ramada,,, Deevana By Ramada in Phuket was much better then this... the booking was done by Apollo Holidays, Thailand... there choice is really bad in this..

It's a decent , clean hotel located fairly close to the main shopping areas in Bangkok . There are abundant Indian restaurants and foot massage parlours right outside this hotel . The stay was comfortable but I would recommend it only for business travellers that need peace and quiet and an inexpensive 5 star hotel for their travel .

I check in on 6 October 2017, over view of the hotel is good from the room and other area, hence the staff are terrible from Reception to bell boy, I ask them to help with the internet connection and they could not help me with the wifi, I looking for IT they said that only one IT work in this hotel which start at 10am. I have an emergency document to send out and I borrow them the USB but they said that they don't have, what a hotel which do not have even one USD which cost only 5USD. I am looking for front office manager but they said that the front office manager in the meeting still not finish....All the staff are supper route, not polite and they do not get what we need are serious, when I talk to bell boy where we can buy the USB the guy are watching to his mobile phone enjoy with his youtube on phone and respond my question without see my face seem that....from A to Z this hotel service staff even more than terrible which I can not find any word to share, how disappointed I am. I will not recommend this hotel to other
