On entry. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are excellent and well maintained. The ambience and friendliness in most staff is very good but downhill there. 1. During the night. I tried to order food to my room. Called repeatedly but unable to reach. So called operator who transferred me to the same number which I could not connect in the first place. Finally walked down myself to order and found that almost 75% of their menu wasn't available. Anyway, the food was ok 2. In the morning, there are two breakfast venues. If we are on the club floors, really recommend it since the breakfast is high quality and good. But on the second day, we are forced to eat at the regular breakfast area where the food is cold, baked beans are like boiled in water. Coffee has only one option and I had an espresso the day before but today needed to pay for it. Finally the staff had the audacity to inform that we have been moved since they don't have enough guests and it's not profitable for them to have a better breakfast. Keep in mind, we are paying a premium to enjoy a better experience but are not receiving it.

Only good place for MICE but not for relax or travelers. Staff are not friendly definitely Operator girl on the afternoon shift, very very bad attitude, no service mind while I'd called to front deck but dialing wrong number I have been replied by frustrated sound from that operator girl no any greetings as hospitality standard of service sequence . I'm just sharing my experience while staying here.

Large hotel ,full facilities, taxi to central plaza Ladprow about 70baht Return taxi about 120 baht for U turn A lot of conference rooms .Breakfast is very normal .the room is spacious and clean . Toilet is clean. Wifi is 300 baht .

I booking by agoda app before entry to hotel just 15 minutes.Everything ok, Receptionist accept my voucher. I request twin room but she sent me to double room. By the way, Receptionist change room for me. Room was large, clean and full of facilities ,2 bottle water+ hair dryer as basic. This is good choice near Donmuang Airport.

A bit out of town, but easy to access to the big weekends market by taxi. Good room and nice setting. Food are great. A good hotel for taking good rest. Taxi sometimes is a bit of waiting. Overall a good hotel.

Very clean rooms. Good restaurants/5. Convention Hall is updated. But some parts are not. Not close to the Airport. Located on a “Interstate”. This place is moderate and many other hotels might be more suitable.

A wonderful hotel not too far from Don Meung. We stayed a week and would gladly stay again. The beds were perfect, air con was powerful. And the food!!! Wow. Loved the food. The bread was beautiful and tasted great. Can not recommend this place enough.

Hello, I was in BKK last weekend for a Business Gala Dinner. I decided not to bring any of my curlers and straighteners to give me hair some time to rest and breathe. I figured I should go to a salon to get my hair washed and styled instead. Upon arrival, I got a brochure at the reception counter. They had a salon in the hotel itself called Kann Kar. And there was Rama Gardens name on it, so I figured it was probably their in house Salon and I would have trusted their salon more than any others which are on the streets. It says 300 baht on the brochure but when I went to the salon she wanted to charge me 500 baht. Which was fine with me, I just needed to get my hair done for dinner. I went for my appointment and she wanted to skip the hair wash. When I reminded her, she didn’t seem happy. She proceeded to wash my hair, scraping my scalp roughly with her nails. She applied conditioner and left it on for merely 2 secs. After she was done, I found out she was using Sunsilk... I use better products than she does. And the hair wash, I thought she was going to scratch my scalp out or pull my hair out. As she proceeded to dry my hair, she was constantly roughly tugging my hair. Like as though I pissed her off her whole life. She proceeded to curl my hair with a hair curler - Which defeats the purpose because I wanted to lay off heating tools. She literally fried my hair. (Reference with picture). She also roughly scratched my back while putting wax and combing through my hair. (Reference with picture). I also found out the hair curler looked rusty/burnt after she was done with my hair. I was frantically putting on my make up prior to that and failed to notice. I stomped off and she still expected me to pay. I went to the reception counter and all the receptionist said was to email me. I went back to my room to get changed and tried salvaging my hair. My boyfriend went with me to the reception counter this time. And all they said was that the salon wouldn’t charge. I’m not paying for that anyway! It wasn’t even about money! That was just about $20!!! My personal stylist spent so much time on my hair!!! Now it looks like pubic hair!!! On top of that, the receptionist had the audacity to blame the salon saying that they are just tenants!!! I trusted Rama Gardens hotel!! Because the salon was in the hotel and the brochure has Rama Gardens name on it!!! So Rama Gardens is not telling me that the salon has nothing to do with them!? When they are located IN the hotel and the hotel’s name is ON the brochure!? There was obviously no quality check done!! What absolute unprofessional and poor service was that!? It has been more than a week and I have yet to receive any email from Rama Gardens. I don’t think Rama Gardens deserves to be a 4 Star hotel with this service. Not only was there no quality check done but the audacity to avoid trouble by completely pushing the blame to the salon.

nice and good , clean room, swimming pool and great Gym, good environment, the staff were not that friendly, morning breakfast is not vegetarian-friendly, staff just stand, repeatedly requested for a hot coffee, but no response from the staff in charge, the coffee pot was on the heater but the heater was not working, not taken care of.

About 10-15 minutes to Don Mueang Airport by taxi depends on traffic condition. Approx 150 baht. Large hotel with a few good outlets. Staff were helpful and friendly but management needs to review check in and out peak hours as service could improve with a few more staff during peak hours. Rooms, fittings and furnishing are dated but beds and pillows are comfortable. TV is modern flat screens. Junior suite I was upgraded to was large and had a nice but also dated bathroom. Had my dinner at Camomile bar I think. The staff were nice and friendly. The duo who performed the music were fantastic. They both had great voice. Initially I had the place to myself enjoying my dinner, the live music as well as the attention by the duo. The played Bee Gees and hit my chord. Lovely voices and great song choices. Good for family with kids but hope the management would invest in upgrading the facility.
