Overall it was a good stay. Got this deal from Agoda Secret deal. Didnt pay too much to complain about. But they can improve alot of things to stay competitive with other 5 star hotels. The furnitures and internet can be upgraded to a modern feel. Staff were friendly, room service, shuttle service was excellent. Expect to see lots of Indians here if you stay here.
We had a great stay on this hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great. The hotel is located near a BTS station and a shopping mall, and they have a private tuktuk to get you to nearby places. The bad things about the hotel are, it is located in a smaller lane where there are dirty water on the road, and when it rains the road gets flooded a little too, and it's better to use the hotel tuktuk to get to the nearby places. The room is also a bit dated although it's still ok. On the studio room the toilet and the bathroom are separated, the bathroom layout is a bit unusual and unfortunately no clothes hook/hanger inside.
We came here in June a great welcome and a good hotel in a really good situation. The rooms are a little dated but I hear there are renovations soon.the staff are all great and can't do enough for you. The shuttle bus is also very welcome because when it rains the street floods!. Our room wasn't as clean as we would have wished but the manager soon acted and all was good. I would certainly come back!
We arrive at 10pm to hotel, overall is good service and good facilities. Only one when we arrive they just prepare the room so must waiting about 10 minutes infront of the room door and they dont inform us before at front office.
Well located hotel, very close to Nana or Asok BTS (kind of surface train). Hotel offers free transport to any of these 2 stations up to 11pm. The road close to hotel area is in very bad conditions, so if you plan to come back to hotel later I would suggest to either take public transport or the parallel Sukhumvit 11 if coming back walking. Don't expect a nice hotel view on the room, in my case was to an ugly alley, but still quite at night. I took a suite, and if the supposed to be best room was in so bad shape after the years with so many marks and in need of a fresh painting, don't know how are gonna be the rest of rooms. Decent bed anyway and good breakfast in terms of variety, quality could be better. Room cleanliness could be better, the carpet in the corridor leading to room was dirty for as long as I stayed. There's a pool to chill out, while you have the feeling the rooftop could be put into better use, it's only partially used and the part used by the pool is like was built yesterday and still they have remaining to work on details. Just another option if better located hotels do not have beds at affordable prices for your pocket.
Room: Negative impression on the room as the closet door was broken and very difficult to open and close. In this case I didn t complain with the reception as I saw they already put some tape to "repair" it. Definetly not so nice. Hangers full of dust and quite dirty which actually doesn t help if you have white clothes or shirts to hang. Very noisy during all day including night as probably the walls between one room and the other are quite thin. Was hearing kids shouting at all hours. The following night had to call the reception 2 times in order to stop drunk people shouting and dancing in the room above. The light from the bathroom window (very light curtain) enters directly into the room also during early morning hours. A little bit disappointing that the cleaning lady didn t make the room in the morning and had to call her to remind it. Positive: bedroom large and comfortable Room bathroom: Very big and excellent the shower Pity no amenities on disposal like tooth brush and paste: this is fundamental to have in my opinion. Breakfast: For the hotel rate is above the expectation. If you are on a low calories diet you have all necessary food. Only observation it lacks smoked salmon and a decent amount of salad. Massage parlour on 8th floor: excellent and quality for money. Gym ok has all the equipment you need for a couple of days break Swimming Pool probably the best for this category of hotel in Bangkok. Check in check out services fine Finally I would give a higher rate but the continuous noise and the lack of details make it impossible to go above 2/5
Good location. Well appointed rooms. Great Beds, Plush and large and comfy. Large bathrooms rather impressive ones. Nice rooftop pool Houses the famous punjabi tandoori restaurant Great breakfast Very Helpful Staff Not much of any view from the room i stayed in
The Radisson Suites is a wonderful hotel. Professionally Managed by Mr Simon Ramsay and a team of truly wonderful caring people. The culinary experience is a journey to be enjoyed. Well poisoned for shopping and entertainment. Extremely quiet at night to sleep. And GREAT value.
The hotel has a shuttle to the train station which is very convenient. The room was very spacious. It overlooks the city. Breakfast was good. We reached the hotel at 9.30 am but they did not have an early check in which was very inconvenient.
The Radisson suites Bangkok is located on Soi 13. It's quite a walk from the main sukhumvit; however, the hotel does provide a tuk tuk ride to terminal 21, which is nice. We booked the suite which had a living room a tub. The room was spacious, clean and the water pressure was strong. Breakfast was nothing special. I had better breakfast from other hotels in the area. I do however like that they have an espresso bar, which make it nice if your a coffee drinker. The staff seem to be very nice and helpful with the guests. They seem like they go out their way to satisfy the guests I would recommend this hotel.
