Single traveler. Friendly and professional staff. It took longer than usual for them to check me in but they eventually found my Expedia booking. The wrong name was on the tv (guest welcome message) in my living room area. One of the rungs on the pool ladder was broken & I nearly fell in. I called it in & the operator said they'd fix it. Other than those little things, I had a great time. I'd give it a 90 put of 100. Would definitely visit again.
