Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit

The hotel is losing its luster. It used to be one of my favorite hotels in the city, but it's not being maintained as nicely as it should. Also - the pool area is really small and doesn't get a lot of sun, which is disappointing for a hotel in the heart of BKK. The staff is not overly friendly like most Thai's you come across. Wifi (at least last time I stayed) was another unnecessary and overpriced expense. I will stay again, but not as a first choice.

Hotel was located along busy road but near the subway and sky train. The room wasn't as clean as it should be but is was large and spacious. There is a pool on one of the higher floors but you don't have much of a view. Worthwhile to stay there if you are out exploring but not for luxury.

this is a greatest place to be. the room are very clean. hotel was very comfortable and located at walking distance of many places.

The hotel was spectacular. The rooms were very nice and we got upgraded as well, for no specific reason. I would stay here again!

The people are very nice, the hotel is a great stay.

Nice hotel, but extremely disappointing pool area for a hotel in Thailand. Good location, can walk to MTS and Sukhumvit action spots.

I had a horrible expereince with hotel staff. They were rude and were not willing to help me with my needs.

The hotel met my expectations. The check-in was fast and professional. The staff was courteous and efficient. We had a good room with a great city view. I was disappointed in the wifi availability. We had free wifi in every hotel we stay at in Thailand except this Millennium even small restaurants had free wifi.

Good location. Staff friendly. Breakfast good quality.

I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for the last couple of years but my company always put me somewhere else. The location is very convenient to shopping, transportation(sky train and subway...about 5 minutes walking distance), and of course plenty of entertainment and restaurants. For an executive floor room I expected a little more comfort. I think a loveseat instead of a single lounge chair would be more appropriate. Wireless internet connection was excellent! The bed mattress was really its real low point. The mattress was already sagging in the middle which was a big surprise and disappointment since the hotel is only about 5 years old...I think. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses with better quality mattresses immediately!!! Executive lounge staff was superb. They were always attentive, friendly and greeted you with a big smile each time you entered. One more comment; it was impossible to leave the buffet breakfast feeling hungry!

Great location with decent price. Internet was not included with the price and it was little high for 24 hours priced at 499 baht. Overall very nice hotel.

Nearby biz strict. Good for shopping but very old market only.

I have stayed at the Sofitel and this hotel and the Grand is better. comfy beds, great executive level, less crowded, good location.

This was a nice hotel in a very good spot. It seem like there was quite a bit to do. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was nice but I don't think that they would have bent over backwards as at some of the other hotels we stayed in. We only had three issues with this hotel: 1. Wifi wasn't free which was a disappointment for a self claimed 5 star hotel. 2. The business center closed early, we arrived at the hotel at around 6 pm but the front desk was able to help me with the flight check in. 3. The final issue was the restaurants, they didn't seem like they had very convenient hours and we ended up going from one to the other because nobody really knew much.

A 5 star hotel close to every thing yet far from noice. Very friendly and helpful staff. You feel at home. I will come back again

I have stayed here every year for 4 years now. The hotel is centrally located and near both above and below ground transit. The staff, rooms and if you go to the breakfast buffet are excellent. Only downside is the pool which is small and chilly for Florida standards!

Check was very easily and the concierge helped me organize a car for the week very easily.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit Bangkok. It is very a close walk to both the MRT and BST so getting around the city was quite easy from here, however you don't have to wander far to find great shopping, food or drinks. Upgrade to the executive club level if you can which will give you a great view of Bangkok's hustle and bustle, free wi-fi and free breakfast from their first class restaurant.

Too bad it was in the middle of the Gov. protest. The hotel was like a ghost town

Great location in Sukhumvit, staff was exceptional and the amenities with pool, sauna, hot tub, etc. were excellent. The upgrade to the executive floor at time of check in was well worth it as the cost was easily absorbed with the add-ons. Otherwise, the internet and massage services would be well overpriced. We checked out at 2 PM and they stored our luggage until after 7 PM while we explored the city until our flight, no issues. Would love to stay again.
