This hotel is huge, and the corridors are spooky, worn furniture in room, room was not cleaned properly, the toilet was broken and even after we reported it, maintenance did not fix it. Some of the ladies at the front desk were cold and rude, the men on the other hand were all welcoming, professional, helpful and very attentive. Bell hops were great. The food was also great. The area around the hotel was not appealing and looks scary at night. Otherwise, the hotel is ok.

Very nice hotel rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and have a wonderful poolside bar and live music in the evening it has been a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable price.

the first nigh we arrived the Air-conditioning broke so we had to change rooms, then in the new room the Electric went out. on the last night there the Air-conditioning broke in the new room would no stay there again

Hotel was in a good location, pretty close to a lot of attractions, all levels of shopping & local markets. We arrived at night & was a little unsettling because it appeared we were going through an alley way & it was hard to see things at night but it was okay during daylight. Breakfast was quite nice and had a variety of options and only about $10 USD p/day. The hotel is huge with 4 towers. Things I didn't like: 1 - there was construction going on in too many areas. One pool wasn't available, not a big deal but it was the most convenient one and near the kids play area if you brought kids. 2 - the 2 BR suite I had was quite dated. I get what they were going for but the furniture was very old and smelt old. 3 - every day staff came to clean which I did not want & I did not put the sign on the door to clean which is what I was told to do if I wanted daily cleaning. They came anyway and ea day strands of hair was left in my bathroom in different spots and it surely was not mine or my son's. 4 - there was a balcony that we could not use and would not have wanted to because it was filthy and had equipment on it. 5 - there was a lot of peeling wall paper, cruddy floor drain in the bathroom, crumbling tile and a host of other things that needed attention. 6- the bidet looked scary so didn't use. I didn't make a fuss because we were out & about all day and came in late & hit the sack and we were up early and on the go.

The property was very nice, it was easy to get around. The staff inside was amazing and friendly. The outside restaurant staff could have been a little nicer. But great options to eat inside as well. Overall great stay and time but the property is older and needs to be treated. By the third day we started to see little roaches in our room. By the 5th day we were on our way out and saw more, we should have reported it sooner to be moved.

Noce place but could not control the air con too cool and water was cool not warm for shower, other than that everything else was very good and the staff were very nice to talk with etc. Would recommend to others but need to fix the air con too cold and the cool water for shower.

The hotel was good for me. Close to markets and ok as l like to walk. There roading improvement close but does not affecr the hotel. Breakfast is comprehensive and the staff more than happy to help. The taxi service is also and a safe option for transfers.. It was good for me , im staying again soon. I recommend this property😃😃
