Grand old hotel. We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment and it was dated but very spacious and comfortable. The beds very clean and comfy. Great housekeeping: the staff helpful and friendly, fresh water, tea & coffee delivered every day. Great breakfast. If it had a better transport options I would give it 5 stars and I would definitely stay there again.

Grand old hotel. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was a bit dated but comfortable and spacious. Great comfy beds, great housekeeping and powerful air-conditioning. The room needed some improvements. To start, a new mattress is needed. My husband and i got back pain from the mattress springs. Then, we couldn't control the room temperature and finally the hairdryer had huge balls of dust inside of it. Not the best stay here in Thailand but the staff and breaksfast buffet were good.

First off I want to give the biggest thank you to the Prince Palace Hotel. Our trip was truly made special by each and every staff member, they were the kindest, funniest, friendliest, and most hospital people I have encountered. Lets get into the details the hotel itself is located wonderfully and it is a short ride to most things you will want to see or do in Bangkok. The affordability was amazing from the room accommodations to the food and drink everything was reasonable and very good. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. And as I said at the beginning the staff is the shining jewel of this property I will return to the Prince Palace Hotel any time I am in Bangkok thank you so much

The bed was too hard. If a guest complains asks about it then you can offer a matress pad or two .You need to invest in matress pads. The bathroom sink drain plug is broke and didnt work properly.. I had to pull it up manually to drain dirty shave water and toothpaste water. Your staff is terrific. The service was very good. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of my stay. It is reasonably priced and very convenient on eating time avalable. The price of the stay is well worth the value. Thank you. I did recommend you on social media with buyer beware of the hard bed. I stayed in room 31712 for reference .
