Good location if you want to be near nama plaza. Everything is within walking distance. Staff pleasant. Room size and hotel good for the price. Draw backs, housekeeping overworked, room should have been cleaner and it’s hard to get room made up yet the housekeeper where ruining around. Easy trying to get everything the shower head was about a foot short and the bathroom was soaked when finished with shower, literally a flood. No backup toilet paper roll. It had a washing machine with no detergent? Everywhere I have stayed with A washing machine gave you a small packet of detergent for one/two uses. Pool area was unkept. Breakfast was rough, a lot of food was cold and old. No menu in room. It had a great closet, plenty of space and shelves for clothes. Great pillows. The AC unit in bedroom is on the loud side. Staff was friendly.

Our suite was large, spacious and clean. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent for westerners as well as for locals. The swimming pool is beautiful. The hotel location is close to good shopping and to skytrain. We have stayed here before and will again.

On arrival the car park attendant helped us to park in the private car park The reception and bell staff were always very friendly I liked the there being several security guys hanging around the front all night watching people coming and going Our additional requests were carried out efficiently The maid was very friendly and did a nice job in our room every day Importantly, it was very near the restaurants and coffee bars on Soi 8 and Sukhumvit We will certainly stay here again when we visit this part of town Thanks, guys

The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good with many selections. Our room is spacious, has balcony, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator and many awesome things. But the maid service needs improvement! The maid did not cleaned our room for 2 days since we were there! Although we turned on the light indicator for maid service before leaving the room, returning 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned. When we asked for fresh towels, she apologized for not cleaning the room. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are empty since the first day we checked in. We informed the staff about the incident upon the check out.
