Pas Cher Hotel, Bangkok

This hotel is centrally located in Silom. From the Saphan taksin bts, it's a short walk to Robinson department store. The soi is directly opposite. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room clean and spacious. If you had added breakfast to your room rate, you collect your voucher from the reception each morning. Breakfast is varied each day with foreign and Thai offerings. I would stay here again. Travellers tip: There are dining options close, Baan glance soi (large variety menu) and "home" (a pizzeria) both almost directly across from the hotel.

We stayed two nights with a baby of 14 months and a couple of friends. We arrived late and the driver that we book through the hotel just fall asleep in the way :O We were very scared all the trip and we couldn’t speak with the driver as he didn’t speak any english!!! The room and the bathroom were very simple but comfortable, clean and spacious. We asked for a crib but it never came. The location is good: centrally located and easy access to MRT and the pier. The ‘rooftop pool’ is… not a pool. Breakfast was a bit poor, there is very limited options (bread, sunny egg, orange juice, fruit and coffe). Staff did not speak English but they were friendly. The transfer to/from airport was ~1200baths/way. Overall ok, for what you paid. Good if it is just to sleep and go around.

Nice clean rooms and is very close to the high street. Swimming pool on the roof is more like a Jacuzzi and closed at 8pm. The room.we had was big enough and the bed very comfortable. However after a particularly heavy night of rain we awoke to a pool of rain water in the room. The hotel provides a free breakfast, which is a nice touch but don't expect a full English. Thai food seems to be the norm with only a small selection of what I would consider 'proper' breakfast food. The security guard on the door is lovely, always greeting you with a smile

We stayed for 2 nights. Arrived early and couldn’t check in until 2pm, the security guard is possibly the nicest man you’ll meet there! He put our bags away for us in a locked cupboard and we went to get lunch. We came back at 1:30 and our room was ready. The room was clean and spacious however the shower was constantly cold. The ‘rooftop pool’ is a bit of plastic in the roof but it’s ok, not the best view and not the cleanest. Breakfast was poor, there is very limited options. Overall a bit pricey for what you get.

This is my second stay at this hotel but I'm never coming here again. The foreign currency that i kept in the room's safe box went missing after the housekeeping cleaned-up my room. I had stayed at the lobby while they cleaned the room. The person who stole the money did not take all the cash but a few hundred of a foreign currency that is equivalent to 1000 Thai baht. What disgusted me the most was the reaction of the hotel receptionist. She immediately denied that the housekeeping or anyone would have stolen it. She replied " You can complain to police station but housekeeping no take money". Two days later, I asked another receptionist for their manager's number and she plainly refused. This incident has been a big lesson and a great disappointment.

Our experience in pas cher hotel was very average. Room was way too small, breakfast was very bad , price was moderate and location was quite okay. Stuff did not speak English. Breakfast was cold and full of bugs. Don't stay there if you are looking for some good quality stay in Bangkok. There are much better hotels with this price.

The hotel is very basic when it comes to amenities and services, but its a good and decent place to stay at, specially when you'll be out all day discovering Bangkok city. They provide a breakfast buffet, which is great though we did not get a chance to have it. Some positives: 1. Great Connectivity 2. Centrally located and easy access to cabs, MRT and the pier 3. Comfortable beds Some drawbacks include that the TV channels are extremely random on their connection and the AC was too cold.

very clean and comfortable room at a very affordable price many of the other guests were multi repeat customers includes a small buffet breakfast great location in Bang Rak, Bangkok close to transport, eateries and shopping

It's a new and clean hotel but location is not good. it's in the totally dark road and it was so difficult to find it for body knows it Breakfast was not bad.fried egg, chicken sausage and two kinds of Thai food and the other side jam, butter and watermelon slices. Totally it was good but we changed our hotel because of the's a little far from famous Silom nights😉

Pool 1/5: water condition really bad, we are group of 4, after using the pool, we all have skin problem. Also never saw any other pp using the pool during our stay. However it's a good view at the pool Breakfast:3/5 simple with limited choice Room:5/5 room simple, clean, got everything you need. Location : very good location if you need to use public transport. Very close to boat and sky train station. The door man( security) at front is very friendly and always smiling. Overall, happy to stay again but the pool condition have let the hotel down and make me consideration to rebooking again.
