Stayed here for 2 nights. Close to everything!! Transport, cafes, restaurants, nightlife etc. great pool and gym which is open til 11:00pm. Large quiet room with blacked out curtains. Would highly recommend and return.

Have stayed at this property a few years ago so when we had to stay a night in BKK the choice was obvious - Park Plaza! Arriving early from the airport one of the rooms was available (for early checkin) whilst the other wasn't - great service to offer this. However, it might have only been in room 708 but there are signs of wear and tear - with these prices (and when housekeeping is impeccable) why not fix minor things? Plus; having a massage therapist shouting out 'massage, massage' when entering/leaving hotel; it just cheapens the experience..

LOCATION: Located in a quiet side street, just a few minutes away by foot from Sukhumvit Road. Terminal 21 (best food court in Bangkok!) and many other restaurants, bars and massage salons are just around the corner. The MRT Sukhumvit Station and the BTS Asok Station are very close. Makkasan (airport link) is just one MRT stop away (Phetchaburi Station), aswell as the SANSAB water taxi Asoke/Phetchaburi Pier (very convenient for the Wat Saket/Golden Mount and Khaosan Road). HOTEL: Small, boutique style hotel with a stylish, modern interior. The wonderful, relaxing pool and the small gym are located on the roof. Being surrounded by several tall buildings, the rooms don't offer any particular views, but the rooftop pool and bar area is like a little tropical oasis in the concrete jungle of the Sukhumvit area - the prices in the bar are bit expensive though. The pool closes at 11pm, which is fantastic and not very common in other hotels, where the pools usually close earlier. The exterior is showing signs of age, but that is nothing unusual in a humid tropical climate like in Bangkok. The modern interior is also showing some signs of age (carpet stains in the hallways, for example) already, but the overall experience is positive. ROOM: Stylish, clean rooms with a decent size and enough storage space. Very comfortable beds. The modern bathroom is big, the shower is fantastic. The air con is very good and quiet. STAFF: The staff is very friendly and attentive. CONCLUSION: The Park Plaza is a great small hotel in a very good location with stylish, modern rooms and a wonderful and relaxing rooftop pool.

Had heard about this hotel from colleague's who had stayed there numerous times. So decided to stay here with family for five nights. Booked two rooms for four of us (we and our daughters). We arrived by an early flight and requested for early check in but rooms were full. Freshened up in the wash room and booked the breakfast buffet which was still on. Overall the stay was good, hotel staff and service was very good. Rooms were very good, quiet inside, beds very comfortable and showers spacious. Children enjoyed spells of swimming in the rooftop pool (even swam during a rain shower as pool water had warmed up) . Daily breakfast buffet which was booked with the room was good but vegetarian choice extremely limited. Also surprisingly except minor tinkering with the few Thai items , there was NO CHANGE at all in the daily breakfast buffet menu, which for us having same breakfast for six days was monotonous. The hotel concierge on duty were always extremely helpful in advising us how to get around Bangkok. Besides the legendary nuno, there were Ou and paen who was on duty the night we checked out. Main feature of this hotel is LOCATION. With the complementary drop to sukhumvit road in the hotels tuktuk, the city of Bangkok is just a short train ride Way in the sky train. Taxis also easily available . Various entertainment options also all available nearby. Asok station and the terminal mall a 10 minute walk from hotel.

It's a decent place with the decent price. Don't expect much. One of the major drawbacks is the view, if you open curtain, you are looking inside someone's living room. :) Maintenance of rooms is not that great. Service is average, our room was not cleaned til 4pm. The breakfast buffet is very average, almost nil items for vegetarians. The best part of Hotel is location, it's in middle of Sukhumvit, most busy and happening place in Bangkok. But that also makes sure wherever you go add extra 40 min to get out of the area due to very bad traffic. It's good business place being connected to SkyTrain but not for vacation, find something riverside.

Stayed in Park Plaza for 4 nights. Enjoyed everyday of their hospitality. Loved the room and loved the morning Breakfast. However, would prefer English the counter staff to be fluent in English. Don't expect them to call their colleagues for translation!!

Fourth time for us at this hotel in Soi 18, it feels a bit like home. If you're thinking of visiting this area, you really can't go past the Park Plaza Sukhumvit Soi 18. We had an executive room on the 3rd floor this time round, and it was terrific, with plenty of room. The breakfast was wonderful, and they sill serve the favourite Aussie spread Vegemite. We'll be back!! You've got to have margaritas at the bar area around the roof top pool during happy hour ... Splendid FUN! ... also try P Kitchen next door ... great Thai cuisine.

This is about my fifth stay at Park Plaza - the only reason one returns to a hotel is because it is value for money, comfortable and meets the basic requirements for all walks of people. Will definitely return!

Nice, smaller hotel in a quiet sidestreet with lots of things to do within walking distance. Food, nightlife, shopping and lots of things to do for kids, as well as walking distance to both Skytrain and Subway makes a perfect location

Stayed here for 3 nights before moving on to Pattaya. Excellent friendly & clean hotel. & very quiet at night. Tucked away from the hustle & bustle of the main road. Staff were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. 😁
