Gym and pool is alittle small, but over it is in a good area and to hotel is clean

First night room service delivered a raw burger and frozen fries. Next day a AC leak made me slip and fall. They laughed. Check out was a nightmare when they put a hold on my visa. Poor View.

Easy check in Great breakfast buffet at a great price

nice place and easy to get everywhere. clean rooms. great shower. nice staff.

Covenient location to shopping mall and subway.station. Nice staff.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room adequately sized and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very attentive to our requests. The gym facilities were small with limited equipment. The rooftop pool was fine. The hotel was walking distance from the elevated train line station at Asok with excellent connectivity all over Bangkok. Overall a very good experience and we would probably stay there again.

This was a simple, clean and very well set up hotel, perfect for a visit to Bangkok. A short walk away is the Asok BTS sky train station, which makes it easy to get around. (there are, of course, the ubiquitous tuk-tuks and scooters as well.) There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, so great location. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and friendly. They attended to whatever needs we had.

I've stayed at many hotels along Sukhumvit road. Here is my quick review of this hotel. Quiet street at night Near BTS but still a good 7 min walk to the station Clean hotel but the wall paper in the room are peeling off Breakfast was decent, but it's average in BKK. Staff is friendly Their is an option for an upgrade to "room with a view" but it's a parking lot versus the hotel next door. For the price, you can get the same standard rooms right along sukhumvit. This is good for anyone who wants a bit of quiet at night but not too far from the busy streets of Sukhumvit. The hot water shower, good luck...the temp changes constantly during showering. I had one bad experience which was during check-out where they accused me of sipping on a gatorade and putting it back in the mini-bar. The first time they asked, I told them politely I did not use the mini-bar (as FYI, there is 2 stores right outside the hotel at the corner). Well, after another 5 min., the staff then showed me the gatorade, which I then this time got upset, as they obviously didn't believe me the first time. After they saw I got upset, they said "don't worry about it, if you didn't drink it", well, what did I say the first time! Frustrating to end my trip this way.

The hotel is centrally located and in easy walking distance distance of Terminal 21 for the MRT. The staff were all very helpful. A very pleasant stay and will book this one again if available.

Hotel is fine. The location is just ok. The staff are a bit disinterested. The breakfast is pretty good. Overall a decent place

Friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Made us feel right at home and like they have known us for years instead of days. The hotel is close to everything and getting around extremely easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Bangkok!
