This property is convenient to Pratunam district in Bangkok. Paid parking was a surprise and not mentioned when booking.

The two rooms we had were smelly, specially the bathrooms. They tried to mask this with room fresheners but it only made worse our allergy.

Quiet hotel

Hotel is located on a very quiet street, especially at night. The only lift is small, slow as compared to many and it broke down multiple times during my 17 days stay there. My room was on the 4th floor!! Front desk receptionist Ms Sulaiporn is very courteous and helpful.

Over all hotel is okey . Air condition need to change and old and make too much noise. Lift is too small and slow . But hotel location is very good with shopping malls near by . Don’t miss neon night market with lots of cheap seafood for dinner .

Breakfast is below average. Food is not replenish when there are more guests arrived around 9.30am. Service at front desk are friendly. No amenities in bathroom except soap n shampoo. Location is good.

Only Good Location

Staff are friendly. Room condition is quite worn out (no central switch, bedside lamp not working). Location is very near Neon Night Market but during the day, you need to walk to Platinum Mall to find food. They got the worst breakfast (did not replenished food when is finished even though it was only 9.30am). Staff at restaurant couldn't speak English at all.

Walkable distance from hotel to several markets. Staff was helpful all the time. They will guide you and let you know what are the best deals around. Very good experience.

Always been going back to this hotel to stay every time I visit Bangkok due to the location that is walkable to Platinum/palladium/central world/siam paragon. Furthermore, the room are clean and the beds are comfortable too :)

Simple,Clean and no frills

Overall stays is average. Not worth to pay the price for boutique hotel, no facilities, no safe box, no bedroom slippers. Complimentary coffee/tea and 2 Bottles of water.i request for 1 king bed for solo guest but given to single beds instead. Room is clean and have musty smells, facing car park, both lamp is spoilt. Exclude breakfast. you need to pay 150 baht for a simple buffet breakfast and not much of variety. Nothing much to see or do around the hotels. Many massage parlours,street foods on carts for locals & nearby 7-eleven. Not even nearby Pratunam, Platinum mall as stated in website. Walking distance 500m it's look near but yet too far to walk out under hot weather and lots of traffic on roads. Best to go by Grabcar or Tuk tuk @100 baht. Nearest Bts Chidlom is about 1km away.

For a boutique hotel, it is consider pretty good! Very close to Neon Market and walking distance to Platinum Mall (about 8mins) walk. The hotel is facing a small room, so u can expect peace n quiet away from the noisy traffic. Depending on which room you stay (i stayed the furthermost room from the lift lobby), the wifi signal can be very bad. I gave up and decide just to use my own data in the end. When i booked this hotel, i saw through expedia website that show it comes with breakfast. When i printed out my booking confirmation, it didn't state that. So i called Expedia to verify and i was told that breakfast IS included and told me not to worry. Well, when i wanted to go for my breakfast during the stay, the hotel staff told me my booking does not come with breakfast! I think Expedia, you does owe me an explanation on this issue.

Affordable accommodation

This hotel is near the NEON night market which is accessible to shopping and eating of local thai food by walking less than 5 minutes. The staff offers wonderful help and recommendation for shopping and food. I stay at this hotel each time I visit Bangkok. The room size is big which my family loves too!
