Clean lovely boutique hotel that’s value for the money. Things that went well: Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was clean. Shower and water pressures were good. Shower drained well. AC, plumbing, Wifi all worked well. Elevator was fairly quick. Things that could be improved upon: Bed is a little bit harder than most. Could not get really hot water from the shower, even with only the hot tap turned on to the max.

The hotel is in a great location for Jurassic Park and Icon Siam. Lumpini park is only 2km away walkers or runners. If you like silver, there are a lot dispensaries in this area. The only thing the hotel needs to look at is, when you have a shower. The water goes into the area of the toilet and can be slippery and potentially dangerous for a fall. Everything else was great, quiet, food, options for the area. We would stay again for sure.

Nothing much around the area at night. Not many food options too. The room key is an old school physical key. So u will have to bring it around with u. But the stay is value for money. The place is clean and bed is comfy. Convenient to get grab bike. For the price that I'm paying, no complain.

The hotel is quite nice for its price as it shares a view to Iconsiam mall. However, it's not close to a train station but that wasn't huge problem I had but might be a dealbreaker for some. The only qualms I had was the water bottles refills aren't placed in the fridge which is good if you like room temp water and the ac turns off when you leave with the key so when you come back, the room is humid. The showers also smell like pee. The first two problems could probably be solved if you ask the front reception but you're going to have to deal with the urine smell in the shower. Overall, it was a cosy hotel with a sorta modern aesthetic. Would go back during Songkran.
