located just several blocks down from nana area. great city view from room. staff was good . safe in room. lots of storage space. for those who want to do their own laundry or cook a washer and built in hot plate in room. on the down side the space to set up and use a laptop computer was not good . only space was a tall round metal table round and about 18 inches across. chairs were stools 2 that were high and uncomfortable. only other chair was a high back fabric chair in corner of the room. third night I turned on light in bathroom and saw cockroach .talk to staff at desk in morning they acknowledged the hotel had a cockroach problem and would treat for it stating thee room next to mine was cooking and this was a part of the problem . two more nights again saw cockroaches in bath room. even tho I had a non refundable room rented I decided to check out one week early. I rented at a hotel on SOI 7/1 that I had used before. in addition I noticed the management had posted notice in elevator that they were in process of removing carpet in halls and replacing with tile to help eliminate cockroach problem.

BTS close by, so, lots of restaurants around, parks and "fun"

I got there at 2am and my air conditioner sounded like a diesel motor and barely cooled anything down. Next morning asked to change rooms and the air conditioner was quiet but still didn’t really cool the room. This room also had cockroaches everywhere. Asked to change rooms again and they just sprayed roach killer everywhere and told me everything would be fine. Killed about 15 more roaches before giving up and leaving. Killed maybe 50 all together. Even decided to let a bunch live after deciding to bail. 0 stars! 🖕

I stayed an extra night because I did not feeel well after a long trip and no sleep the following day due to construction across the room. I work nights and sleep days. Happened again the following morning. Couldn;t get to sleep because of all of the constructing starting early in the morning and not ending until late. There are hundreds of hotels in the area for the same money. Pick a different place. More to come.

Good location but that is it. No sleep working at night due to time difference then go to sleep and they start rennovating the room next door. Looked like the whole floor was under reservation. If I wasnt so sick from all the travel I would have left but had no choice but to extend. I will provide more information on the additional nights stay.

Great location , good staff .... a lot of restaurants and bars

Good location with big outdated rooms, bad beds and the worst breakfast on the planet.

The room is more of a one bedroom apartment. Would be good for a long stay.

Very huge room and low price, you could find a good service apartment in Bangkok. There is a weakpoint of this service apartment because you can find only indian restaurant for your breakfast.

Although the suites were very large, The air-conditioning was not working. The room felt like being in an old man's apartment. Otherwise the room was comfortable and service were good. But no AC in May sent me to a guest house.

I would have said "stay here in a pinch without apprehension, as the room furnushings are a bit old. The pool doesn't get sun till the afternoon." A lot of people live here as timeshare or leased apartments. but... I moved to a different hotel which should have been better but which made me realize, the Omni staff were SO nice. So sweet. The new hotel staff were monstors in comprison. It was no cleaner and .. Well.. I wished I was back at the Omni. So don't have any qualms about staying here if you want to be in the soi 4 area. By the way they have a gym too. And a convenience store in the lobby. Massage also and good free Wifi in the lobby and rooms. The lobby is lovely to lounge in. Once again the other hotel I stayed at you had to pay for WiFi which got.very expensive.

Excellent...if you are from North Korea or The Congo. Think Saigon, circa 1948. Bed bugs. Paper thin walls. No hot water. What's not to love? At least Bangkok is right outside. 24th trip to Thailand.

There was a crack in the window letting in mosquitos, other than that, the stay was spectacular. Very clean, friendly staff, and excellent pool. Location very close to the BTS.

Would use this hotel again. Large rooms, breakfast not too good - not enough tables for the number of people using the hotel. Helpful staff, convenient location.

Originally I booked a qn kitchenette, carpet was dirty, walls paper thin. Water was leaking from ceiling in shower. 12am, Staff checked it the panel crumbled water poured out. I asked for discount, n rm chg I was told no other rms avail. Then I was upgraded that night to a rm 3x my price @3700 bhat a night, it was very nice, recently renovated. Only problem had bites on my ankles in morning. Staff were wonderful and apologized.

Rooms are spacious, clean and include a kitchenette. Friendly staff. The breakfast included in the price of the room is simple, served out of a small kitchen but served our purpose. If you are expecting a buffet breakfast you are at the wrong hotel. The location is great. It is in walking distance of the sky train and many great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Good Hotel in heart of Bangkok. House Keeping needs to improved. Need more hospitality from the reception areas.

upgraded to large 1 br suite, pool was nice and gym was clean. Carpet old and bath and kitch dated, but good location and very reasonably priced.

Centrally located on Soi 4, within less than 2 minutes walk from Sukhumvit and with another 2 minutes to Nana BTS Station, one can always flag a motor scooter for such short distances. Condotel was the perfect arrangement for one week business meeting. Breakfast was decent, but not buffet and had to pick up voucher and order daily. Although complementary internet service and tuktuk service were not offered as advertised.
