The hotel was nice near main Punnawithi BTS station, so access to public transportation to walk or train to 101 True digital park shopping, foods and entertainment was ideal. Room was clean and beds were comfortable to sleep, Wi-Fi was fast connected, staff was helpful to explain taxis and Grab app for foods and transport,nice cafe downstairs, and Hafele restaurant across street. Only complaint the two dryers were down to dry clothes. Otherwise wonderful experience I would recommend hotel for local Bangkok experience, 7 eleven store next hotel.

Nearly always stay here now when I am in Bangkok. Such a quiet location. 7/11 next door. BTS 5 minute walk. Great value for money. All the staff are good, especially housekeeping staff. Easy to get to airport too.

I’m sorry but I won’t stay here again. This is mostly because of the ridiculous 2000 baht deposit. I’ve stayed in all manner of places around Bangkok and Thailand and at most a 1000 baht deposit has been asked for but 2000? Boy oh boy they have must regular problems and damages to ask for the level of deposit for a two day stay! Give me a break! That’s money I didn’t put into the little eateries and cafes in the local area - all in an effort to protect the light wooded furniture, electric kettle and sheets? Sheesh! Room didn’t even have a microwave! No..these residences that also offer ‘hotel’ rooms are not worth it based on the deposit alone. And here’s the kicker - I went to check out and the cleaner says the desk girl ‘is down stairs having coffee’ and I’m like yes but I need to check out.. yeah thanks I’ll give my business to places that I know don’t even require a deposit and the room offers more than this paranoid approach to business. It was only after I left that I could spend that money on the Thai economy not sitting in some draw being useless. Thanks but no thanks.

Second time I have stayed here with family. Apartment is a good size. Well equipped. Near BTS station and the airport. Nice to be away from the busiest areas of BKK. Staff very helpful. Always clean. No negative comments to make!

room was ok wifi needs to log on everytime hotel has no restaurant, ordered breakfast but they advised need to order night before was able to order breakfast night before and told them will call next morning for room service, but hotel staff delivered breakfast at 730am, which disturbed my sleep inconvenient to get a taxi although nearby for BTS

Spacious Room, Convenient Location. Friendly Staff

Stayed 10 days at the Olive Residence and really enjoyed it. Here’s why: It’s a 4-minute walk to the Punniwithi BTS station. There’s a 7-Eleven store right next store. Can’t beat this hotel for convenience. Staff were terrific, from the check-in clerk to our cleaning lady (P Klem). Front desk helped us order take-out food in Thai, called us down when the food arrived. They also allowed us to leave the deposit using our home currency so I don’t have a bunch of Thai Baht left in my pocket on the last day of my trip. Really accommodating. The studio room was spacious and comfortable. It’s showing its age somewhat (the shower water temp was inconsistent), but overall we stayed comfortably the entire time. We’d come back, and we’d recommend Olive.

Go to dinner early

Very few local choices for food and everything closes early in this predominantly suburban neighborhood. Unless you want to do 7-Eleven noodles get out before 8pm for a local meal.
