The hotel is in need of touch, love and care. On the surface it's fine, but when you start looking at the details you'll the the finishes are of poor quality and quite worn. When you enter the reception area there's quite a strong smell of sewer. That said I visited a friend in at least one other hotel and they had the same problem. I was first placed on the twelve floor which had a super strong smell of mildew, and perhaps.even stronger in the room. I did complain and they offered me to check an alternative room to make that I was okay with it, and ultimately moved me, which was great. The breakfast buffet is really good with a wide variety of options.

Location worked well for river and BTS access. 20th floor west view was awesome. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful, especially Nok and Kwan at the Stone Bar Restaurant in lobby. The reservation staff was kind and thoughtful to place us on top floor to answer my request for a high floor. Room was well laid out, appointed, and organized. Only problem was a thermostat we could not figure out. The A/C seemed to want us to freeze. We coped fine, short stay, so did not ask for assistance. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Economical room cost.

A lot rooms have defects. Need renovation. Again my room sink not draining, bedside lamps SS cable holder defected swinging. Now no international TV Channels. Stupid decision to save cost . International tourists like to see BBC, DW, CNN , international sports, boxing and so on. Front desk staff were not informed and asked me to wait for 1/2 hour to have Engineering to fix the TV channels Only Thai channels, it becomes a local hotels. With the changing world nowadays, people like to know what is going particularly businessmen. Staff training needed. They are lack of staff. No cooked fired eggs on the breakfast buffet station, long cub for fired egg. It is to save cost again ? All these dissatisfactions nobody want to come back . Front Desk supervisor Ms Saranya Yeram is very friendly and professional staff in handling complaints. Don’t loose her. she could a good manager.

5 minute walk to 7Eleven. We were in Silom district, and a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride to the heart of the bars and clubs and food! The hotel was good, not great. Not sure if it is the chemical they use in Southeast Asia but a lot of hotel has the same smell - like a cheap Lysol lemon scent (mixed with like the humidity). Otherwise, clean rooms, and nice staff.
