great location, very clean. Pool not heated window for direct sun small. Sauna excellent. Buffet fantastic. having said that their main draw you in Picture is a roof top lounge that simply doesn't exist. When asked, staff explained that closed a long time ago. very purposefully misleading. Staff were ok neither an enhancement nor a deterrence just meh.

This hotel seriously needs a major renovation. Everything was so so old! The carpet was sticky, the bathroom accessories were slightly rusty, the towels were over washed (thin and slightly greyish). The mattress was also very old and uncomfortable. That said, hotel is located just beside the BTS and the location was excellent. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the check-in/ out processes were fast and smooth. Three stars for the staff, one star for the hotel.

A hotel I will return to.

Very much enjoyed my stay here, the room was amazing, the staff so helpful. The only negative I could find is the breakfast. The English breakfast items were often empty and not being restocked. But for balance, the staff were really helpful.
