Well done! No, not my steak! It was the overall experience enjoying Sundays buffet at 11:30 am. We were warmly greeted by the head Chef Abri and the staff as we entered and were graciously seated I their large and comfortable dining room. The buffet was spectacular everything for all discriminating tastes was present and pizza that rivals the taste remembered back in New York was also on the menu. The seafood was fresh and obviously carefully selected and prepared. The oysters in a half shell were a delight. The staff was ever present and assisted us without being too overbearing. They performed their duties in a 5 star manner. Thank you. Live music was also provided adding to an overall excellent experience for Christmas eve 2017. Thank you Novotel. Well done indeed!

I would like to rate Ms.Nisa as good and responsible cleaner. She has clean my room for 16days as im staying there for business trip. Management should keep this kind of staff to serve the loyal customer.

This is not a hotel for leisure travellers. Too far off tourist traps.. or attractions whatever you call it. This is the hotel to stay if you have business near Bangna area for example Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre. The superior rooms are renewly renovted and breakfast spread is pretty decent.

Had good time at Novotel Bangkok Bangna, specially in case of friendly staff. Therefore would thanks to Gladys, Sao and Natty. Only thing is that you have to take Taxi to reach any destination BR from Austria

Hello there, I’m back at Novotel Bangkok Bangna. I’m pleasantly surprised by the service. The room that booked was already arranged despite my late arrival in the hotel. There was a personalized letter for me and the room air condition was already switched on when my luggage was pulled in. I’m not sure if this was Novotel’s service or was it my personal preference updated on the accor membership page. Either way, it makes me feel good. Thank you for the thoughts Mr Prasert Boonchu. Thumbs up! 👍

I regularly stay here and find thing unchanged in great hospitality. Excellent cleanliness, food, ambiance etc. Staff is very friendly and happy to help specially Ms.Mew at Deli cafeteria. Overall a superb experience as a home away from home.

Although the airport Novotel is much more convenient for an overnight stay, this hotel is far cheaper. Location is about 25min drive from the airport (still a ways from the Bangkok downtown area). The room is fairly basic, but lacked certain in-room amenities (toothbrush and shaving kid). You might be able to get some from the front desk, but I didn’t try. Room is functional and was clean. Nothing special about the basic room, but at about $60 USD per night I would not expect much either.

Stayed here many times before and around 10 times a year for Business. Rooms are refurbished and modern. Pool area could do with refreshing but still of a good standard. Bar Staff very helpful and friendly especially Khun Nat and Khun Sal. Good local shopping and eating venues nearby.

Check in as an Accor Gold member very good with attentive and professional staff on hand. Not sure if my room 1112 was an refurbished room but there was a musty smell in the room - maybe carpet? Good wifi signal in this room. One area I think the hotel could improve is the lighting. All areas are dimly lit and the bathroom particularly is dark with surround lighting on the mirror at a low setting and apparently not adjustable. This makes shaving/make-up hard work. The swimming pool area could do with some cheering up. It's a 1.5m pool surrounded by concrete. Room for some imagination with landscaping here. Standard of food was good with comprehensive breakfast buffet (hot and cold).

Hotel has gone for and is still undergoing upgrading, which is certainly good for an aging hotel. However, they need to look into how to resolve the flooding issue at their entrance & car park area during heavy downpour. Recently, I was caught in the situation where the whole car park entrance area was flooded & taxi that I was in refused to enter the flooding area. Ended up me alighting the taxi, taking out my working socks & shoes, rolling up my working pants, & taking the risk of walking through the flood to reach the hotel. In the midst of doing so, I fell through a drain of which I wasn't able to see and broke one of my toes. Upon reaching the hotel lobby, I noticed a few hotel guests stuck with their luggage at the lobby, probably figuring out how to get out of the hotel, rushing for their flight departure. Hotel staffs seem unprepared to handle such a situation and I know this is not the first time this hotel has flooding issues. Strongly suggest the hotel management to start planning a contingency plan to ferry their hotel guests in and out of the hotel during such flooding situation, perhaps by having equipped with a high suspension 4 X 4 truck or a modified high suspension golf cart, or even build a higher or thicker walkway from the hotel to the main road as part of flooding contingency plan. It is important to always keep your guests safe and convenient in getting in and out of the hotel in all sorts of situation.
