The hotel is old, and needs some renovations. The A/C did not cool the room.

The remodeled rooms and the pool. Also excellent location and helpful staff.

Research the area before booking. Great for the price!

beds get a F they are hard as a rock its like sleeping on a log. located in the middle of Bangkok two blocks from BTS. good western style breakfast. seen a few roaches. they sprayed strong bug killer during our stay. they didn't reply to two emails requesting adjoining rooms.

Close to sky train. Very helpful and accommodating staff

Don’t have too high expectations for this property. Not the newest, cleanest property for sure. But for $35-$50 usd per night and free breakfast buffet, it’s a pretty good deal. And the location to Nana Plaza is unbeatable.

Older hotel. Great location for nightlife. Not recommended for families. Awesome for a single guy. Breakfast was not the greatest, but included.

check in easy and quick, room was clean with nice space , cleaning staff easy to work with , drop box for key - when return get key no delay , morning buffet plenty of selection with food , drinks , fruit and breads ,and convenient to go to buffet ,

Terrible hotel, filthy, dirty and cockroaches laden. Rooms are dark and dingy. Would not recommend at all!

was impressed at the breakfast buffe and transportation

Overall experience was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was great, but..... there was a terrible roach problem. Other than that, it was okay.

One of the oldest hotels in the area but surprisingly well kept and rather well managed. Swimming pool area (and buffet breakfast) are simply adorable (yet not necessarily plush). Arriving to the Nana Hotel is simply put like arriving home (and I can only be grateful to hotel management that they have nicely accommodate me with a room on a 6th floor or higher). Thank You.

I was given a choice between a low-floor room (which I don't like) and a high floor room but with a twin bed (two separated single beds); I chose the latter. It appears that if you book through another reservation system (other than the hotel's) you will get a low-floor room (usually without any view). Other than this unfortunate aspect, though the hotel is visibly old (in dire need of refurbishment), it is still surprisingly comfortable and with an excellent location for Nana. Swimming pool is large enough and very inviting, so is the appetizing (but simple) buffet breakfast. I will not hesitate to book this hotel again if I want to stay in that area. Note/Warning: I saw a small cockroache in two different locations (bathroom and room; not the same one!).
