All staff are lovely, particularly the gentleman seemingly working 24/7 at the front desk. The unprompted upgrade (weirdly coincidental 2 minutes after I stepped into the room I had initially booked) to a freshly renovated room was appreciated, however it did not completely make up for the shortcomings, in particular the permanently closed pool, which was the primary reason why I chose this hotel (photos of the pool are still front & centre on the booking website I use, wotif.com) Good room with nice, clean bathroom with good shower, good aircon, consistent wifi, nice balcony with great city view (but needs some seating.) There were some other minor problems, but to their credit staff took care of them promptly. Staff & the establishment are seemingly trying hard to improve, but the pool thing is a dealbreaker & until they stop advertising it as a key feature, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great value hotel

Great hotel with very spacious room. We overnighted in Bangkok and stayed at Miloft Sathorn. We did not get to try the breakfast, but the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room was very clean. Hotel is in a quiet location. Great value for the money.

Very nice rooms

It was very pleasant. Food stalls and wet market very nearby. A bit far from MRT, but bike taxies, tuk tuks, and taxies were readily available for a short ride to Robinson's mall. There were a few incidents with Wifi, but overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I was checked into the wrong room and had to change rooms upon returning. Depending on room your may or may not have a safety deposit box and even if you have one it may not work.When I went into my second room it had not been cleaned properly as there was someone's shaved hair all over the counter of the bathroom sink. The most helpful person at reception is Miss Izzaree. Air condition in room 615 is really loud as was the fridge. It is correct value for the price of the room. Breakfast is no longer served.

Nice hotel, but shabby

Hotel itself is nice enough, but the owner scrimped on furnishings and supplied rooms with old, used furniture and a cheap mattress with a rag for a top cover. Open drains in bathroom, wouldn't even shower there. Balcony was wonderful, but owner supplied no balcony furnishings. Large fridge, but an old, small t/v with few channels. The only saving grace about this hotel is the staff, they were very nice. Also, lobby was lovely but furnished with old, torn, shabby furniture that didn't go with hotel décor.

It was a really nice to spend 5 nights in CNR. It was little annoying to have wifi access password changing every morning. But overall it was a comfortable stay there. Next time if I come to Bangkok, I would like to stay again in CNR.

Great hotel, service and staff excellent

Great value for money hotel, all reception staff spoke English and were always courteous and patient with my endless enquirers. Helped solve a lot of language problems on numerous occasions when I needed directions or advice Room was very spacious for the price with a balcony looking over the city - great view if you disregard the local accommodation. housekeeping every day and also on request outside normal hours bathroom had great shower with hot or cold water and well furnished with complimentary toiletries as an add on Unfortunately nearest bts station 15 mins walk at a minimum, however local transport (Tuk tuk or taxi) easily available outside the hotel 50 bhat to bts 100 bhat to central bkk. Over all if you are on a tight budget then this is definitely the hotel for you Local amenities are in abundance with a 7/11 and Tesco Metro within 2 minutes walk also plenty of food stalls with a brilliant selection of local delicacies. If you are working with a tight budget then this is definitly the hotel for you!!
