Almost everything is good. However, during the last day, about 6-5hrs from check out it seems that the air conditioning system in our room is no longer working. We felt hot inside our room and we weren’t able to sleep a little bit longer because of the warm temperature inside our room.

It was easy to take the shuttle to the airport for free but it only runs every few hours.. the area didn’t have many activities around and was a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. The food at the restaurant was overly sweet and not worth the price. The staff was okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay though the cleanliness could have been better, we felt comfortable.

Hot water issues

Arrived around 7:30 pm and went to teakettle a shower around 9:45 pm - no hot water. Had to get out of the cold wet shower to go to front desk. A maintenance guy came within 20 minutes and got us what was very Luke warm warm water for a shower! Very disappointed!

the cafe was closed for lunch service for taxi call, I was booked to the wrong destination, after i explained to him that it was wrong. He insisted that it was right . as a result I had to hire another taxi after I arrived at the wrong destination.
