I came with fairly simple expectations, but this hotel genuinely exceeded them. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. For the price, the overall experience was far better than I expected. 7-8 mins walk to BTS

​I recently stayed at MetroPoint Bangkok and had a truly wonderful experience! ​The service was brilliant from start to finish—the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. It really made my trip stress-free. ​My room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, providing the perfect quiet retreat after a busy day. I slept great! ​But the biggest highlight is the location. It’s so convenient being very close to the new Yellow Line Monorail (easy to get to the station!). If you need quick and easy access to public transport to explore the city, this hotel is perfectly situated. ​Highly recommend MetroPoint for comfort and convenience! I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is very tired - looks great in photos but is not very well taken care of and staff seem disorganized. Security was questionable. If you are looking for something close to the action in Bangkok this is NOT the place.

It was only for one night but the room that was given to me was in the front, so it was very hard for me to sleep due to the noisy street and hearing everyone conversation that walked by. I was on the second floor. I didn’t use the shower because of uncleanliness. Again, it was just for one night and I was so ready to leave. But the guy staff at the front desk was so nice and friendly.

When we are checking in. The receptionist saying that we dont have reservations. She doesnt know how to check or where to check a guest. Manager left earlly for the day. No hi hello & welcome greetings. OMG ! The lobby is super dusty and dirty. The breakfast buffet is the same Daily. Coffee is not hot enough. Our room smell like urine & no iron/board. Horrible experience.
