Another great stay at my favorite property in Bangkok. I’ve stayed here on a number of occasions and I will continue to do the same. They love me, and I love them. Except for the one woman in the restaurant that told me to go to my room and order room service because she wanted to close the restaurant.

Great location but hidden in a quiet street. Yet very close to station and all the bars .restaurant. The bed is super comfy. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. Defiantly on my list when I am in BKK again .

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional – truly some of the best service we've experienced. The amenities are top-notch. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the breakfast spread each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Room service was prompt and the food was excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear the hotel takes pride in every detail. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely be back!

The rooms look a fair bit smaller than what is advertized. Sink in room as no separate bathroom. The bed was good and comfortable. But the rooms are not 32M2 as advertized on expedia.

Overall is good, but improvements are required for 5-stars hotel. Location: Average, in the middle between BTS Nana and Ploent Chit. Also in the middle of the street of Nana Plaza. I think the frequency of tuk tuk can have more especially it is worst when it’s raining. Lobby: Excellent, reception staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet: excellent and quite a lot of choices. Comfortable. Floor: sometimes smell the marijuana. I think the hotel can perfume on the room floor as same as the lobby. Room: Good air conditioning. Not noisy. Besides, I think the design of the toilet and bathroom can be improved. It’s shame if your friends or family saw your shadow when you’re using it. It’s very easy to fix if the hotel is willing to do.

I love this. I did not love being attacked by so many I have over 20 bites when the doors come in. This is still a five star to me because the customer service the beauty of the property phenomenon.

Power and air conditioning were cutting off after one hour. Reported issue twice just after checking in. At 3am, 10 hours after the issue was reported on first night, front desk manager didn't believe the issue so she came up to the room to see all power turned off despite key in power slot. I had to pack up and move rooms in the middle of the night. The next day - no apology, no consideration, and a full refusal to admit any problem The facility is modern, but not well kept. Stains up and down hallway carpets and in rooms. Location is great for central Bangkok.
