In a short span of time me & my friends had a great quality time bonding in this hotel. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed in town. It was not just a hotel. It was a home for us for 3 days. The service is commendable. They provide every guests a superb food and exquisite service. A very accessible place to the many nice establishments in the Bangkok. The ambiance of the hotel is very cozy and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and approachable I would like to thank Ms. Tess and Ms. Poo for assisting us so well. We love staying and the good service of Lohas Residences keep it up and more power! Godbless.

This hotel is ideally situated and within walking distance of attractions . I especially liked the fact the rooms have kitchen with full use of washing machine . Roof top pool relaxing and very quiet. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on food .

My family stayed in this hotel for a week and I have to say I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very nice and always ready to assist. Their foods were marvelous it so many choices and all very tasty. Special thanks to Ms.Tess and Ms. Poo for handling our accommodations and taking care of us .5star is not enough will definitely rated 10star for the excellent service and a well manage hotel. We will definitely coming back again.Thank you, Lohas Residences.

I stay here on a regular basis and have found Lohas to be far superior to other mid price range hotels in the Nana-Asok area. The hotel is situated near the end of Soi 2 and therefore very quiet but has a dual frontage with Soi 4 so it is only a short walk to a 7-11 store as well as the eating, drinking and other entertainment areas (guest friendly if you like) of the go ahead Nana district. It has a very reliable on call tuk tuk service to Sukhumvit Road and from there it is only a short walk to Ploenchit BTS station. The hotel has the usual basic breakfast offering (egg station and miso soup both good), sunny roof top swimming pool (not a lap pool though) and gym. Where this hotel excels is with the in room facilities (basic room is 42 sq m) which include a good kitchen area, large frig, tv, dvd player, good wifi, work desk in good natural light, safety deposit box, washing machine, iron & ironing board (latter two rare in hotels but much appreciated by the traveller). As other reviewers have noted the entire staff is friendly and and cares about their customers wanting them to come back (not like some hotels I have stayed at where staff don't care and have the attitude that there will be another mug walking through the door tomorrow ... maybe?!). Problems do occur from time time to time but the staff members do their best to attend to them and rectify. As mentioned before I stay there almost exclusively and it is a hotel where families, couples and solo travellers can all feel comfortable.

First time here and would come back. Really liked it. It is a little bit of a walk from the top of the soil but I needed the exercise so if you don’t mind a stroll it’s worth it. There is a hotel tuk-tuk but hey that’s for lazy people!

Good spacious rooms with excellent facilities and friendly staff for the price, however the place is now dated and in need of refurbishment. I had constant issues my room with the shower either not working at all or after maintenance had repaired it (4 times in one day) it would either be boiling hot or cold with no in between. Air conditioning broke down and the kitchenette had issues with ants. Apart from these 3 issues the place is actually ok, The swimming pool is nice and wasn't busy, the Tuk Tuk service to the shopping centre was always available and its was accessible from Soi 2 and Soi 4 which is convenient. I get the feeling the staff try their best to keep this place running and the guests happy but it really needs a refurbishment and some investment.

Room was big but they have 3 different lobby. Lobby 2 and 3 is away from main lobby is it’s rather quiet. Anyone can walk in and get access to any follow without any security check. Fire escape door is left wide open. Only additional camera is at the back lane leading out to another street which doesn’t have any door. Air condition was making lots of noise at night. Bed and pillow are so soft that they sink the moment you lie on them. I stay at other place like Centrepoint pratunam. They are way better than this location. Lucky I only stayed for 2 nights.

I like to gave a review to hotel were we stay for a days our children really enjoyed because the room is clean, big and comfortable we feel we are in our house. The staff are very nice , helpful and friendly they smile always they talk nicely especially to Tess and poo who assist us.and also the service called tuktuk its 24hrs free drop on the main road was very great..surely we come back again hope too see both of you next year.thank you lohas for a wonderful experience.godbless and more power

This was my worst hotel experience in Bangkok from my over fifty times trip during the last 35 years. Although the room size are good enough but the problem with the various problems including weak WiFi etc I encountered. I didn’t enjoy my stay this time.

From the moment you laid eyes on their hotel you'd really say that this would be your Home away from home. Upon alighting from my taxi, a warm welcoming smile from their staff greet us, not to forget the refreshing glasses of juice they served us while waiting and filling-up on the guests infos & details. The Receptionists..oh before i forget, one of them happens to be a filipina from bulacan, were very helpful, even suggested on where to go, the fastest and cheapest way. Ok, the hotel is a bit far from the malls or shopping center, but hey, they (hotel) have this transport called "toktok" that serviced hotel guests for free (for free, so no worries,ok) 'til the corner of the main highway. then from there you could take any rides you like or wanted.whatever suited you best. but for me, 'twas never a problem. I love a good walk. 300m?500?or even 1km or more..the thing is, i am on vacation. so id love to enjoy every inch of my steps.not to mention the benefits of it...you'd surely not be able to step on uneven grounds accidentally if you do that.hehe.. The room is ok. there's washing machine, conduction cooking stove, fridge, micro oven, toaster, heater, hot & cold water system all working.oh the bowl...toilet bowl specially for ladies..saw those japanese made toilet bowl that spray and wash down hands free..hehe. wifi. ok wifi is a bit slow, well folks, for me it is just an addition to an already comfortable stay. if you really wanted to have a strong internet better check-in at the Marriot Hotel or Dusit and the likes. or you could buy a local sim card which offers 1-3Gb internet for 219 to 350 baht only. that way, disconnection isnt most likely to happen. We're staying in bangkok for a supposed a week holiday but felt the need to extend my vacation, because 1 week, still isnt enough for me,(" 'wa pa matagbaw" to say in our Local tounge) the receptionists were very helpful to accommodate our extended stay despite their high occupancy. In General, the room we are stayin is great!, All staff from front desk to housekeping made our stay comfortable, friendly & hassle free...DEFINITELY a RECOMMENDED HOTEL.
