Although the Lohas Residence does show some age, the facility was very clean, staff was present and helpful, and the rooms were comfy. The daily cleaning and amenities were great, making our stay comfy. I would recommend Lohas to others and the location is convenient as well.

Room has washing machine, good location, I have stayed at lohas a few times and has always been good. The bad things this time was air conditioning stayed at 26 degrees at lowest so woke up couldn't breathe a nd sweating also TV had no signal so only had a few rubbish channels and shower only had cold water

Room was dark and dank. Little natural light, toilet dripped the entire time, housekeeping picked up the robes and shower mat but didn’t replace them. If you go for breakfast, don’t expect a coffee. It’s not included and you have to pay extra at the coffee shop
