There are only two good points about this hotel. The soft bed and the good location. On arrival the only greeting I got was "passport' and a demand for 200 baht for keycard deposit. The room was basic but adequate, it had a lack of electric sockets. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom which was simply- filthy. There were spiders, cobwebs, flying insects and dirt everywhere, starting on the roof and down the walls. There was dirt between the tiles which was easily removable with a tissue, so I am wondering why it had not been cleaned. The toilet drain area had dirt and hair and possibly had maintenance before as the cover was off and a rubber washer discarded next to it. When we turned on the air-conditioner, a handful of black dirt was ejected. The hotel has a huge number of Chinese tour groups staying there and almost 24 hours a day you can hear them shouting and banging doors. A new group arrived at 0530 and it all started again. plus there were no empty tables at breakfast, so I had to return later and found the selection catered largely to the Chinese (rice and boiled cabbage for example). A taxi driver confirmed that there were a huge amount of bag thefts in the area carried out by motorcyclists, so we had to be extra vigilant when outside the hotel. At checkout, the same unfriendly service. And after taking back the keycards, all they said was "sign here" for the 200 baht keycard deposit back. Would I stay here again? Not even if it was free.

Tired hotel, needs an upgrade but cheap Nice and soft bed, and flexible staff Terrible breakfast Good parking Stayed here with our kids for a convention so we wasn’t much in the room, just showering and sleeping

The room was clean and spacious for the price we paid. However the breakfast wasn't as good. It is located 20 minutes away from Chatuchak Weekend Market but it is located in a remote place where there is no accessibility of nearby trains or buses. Thus, we had to cab out to nearest train station if out of budget. Better to go for somewhere in Pratunam city.

We stayed in this hotel this April. Loved the room and amenities provided, however it was very difficult for us to communicate with the staffs as they barely speak any English. Hard to order food and wrong food was served twice, but there wasn't much we could ask for as nobody could understand what we talk. Very less food options and room service not available 24 hours and most of the nights we had to either starve or get something from the only good mart close by "7Eleven". The male staff at the reception doesn't have any manners, was lying down on the chair when we first approached. The girls at the reception try very hard to help us, but couldn't do much as they didn't speak English well. Not much information and recommendations were shared due to this reason, the breakfast served was average, and having only a limited food options was a huge disappointment. No services available for early arrivals, not even for refreshing. Wifi quality was great though and loved the room setup. Thanks to all hardworking housekeepers and security, they did an amazing job. Sad that we couldn't express much in person, but hope that the management would pass the same to the team. Please do consider hiring staffs with good English and provide 24 hour room service with wide selections. For now, we would say the hotel is average. Not highly recommended.

Just check in today, haven't been to the room yet. My First impression of the Hotel Building is okay, not near from the city center and Unfortunately the reception at the desk have no hospitality attitude. I used to work in hotel, so that's also things i expected of staying at the hotel (Hospitality) . She cannot really give a good restaurant recommendation, not very helpful with a 'Place to Visit' recommendation next to the hotel. And also her colleague at the reception, unfortunately did not really helpful. Really different with the Front Desk reception who help us in Livotel Lat Phrao. And if you arrived early at the hotel, not to expect you could first 'refresh' at the hotel before you check in because unfortunately it's not possible. The Bellman who helped us with a luggage, has been assisted us properly. If only the Front Desk could maintain a good hospitality attitude, this hotel may can be one of my recommendation. But if you thinking if having a good service, I'm not really recommend.

I was stop one night in Bangkok before fly to see me family and this hotel not too far from Donmaung airport but very hard to find and also far away from the main road, I was arrive at night got the taxi but it took ne about 1.5 h, to find this hotel. I was arrive at the hotel 11.45pm I was starving but I can't find any things to eat no restaurant open the bed very hard couldn't sleep all night it was bad experience will not go back again.

The hotel is new and then the quality of the rooms is good and comfortable. I had a stay for one night in the suite and it was good value for money. Basics amenity in the room like flatscreen TV, safety box, basic shampo and soap, AC. Cleanliness was average. Free wifi work well. The hotel is local management and outside of touristic tracks so I recommend to choose for it only if you're familiar with Bangkok and Thailand. They have also rates for monthly rent.

Period of stay: 19th thru 22nd April 2016 This hotel is quite new so the quality of the rooms is good: clean and well equipped. The bed is large with a good matrass. Next to the fridge there is a faucet with a sink, but without the presence of cutlery present of doubtful use. The air conditioner is the normal type with remote (extra buttons behind sliding cover). There is plenty of storage space for luggage. The safe has a programmable electric lock. The usual extra's are there: water bottles and cups and saucers for making coffee using the water heater; shower cap; shower gel and shampoo. Positive remarks; - the free WiFi has a good connection in my room (on the 7th(US)/6th(UK) floor) with a good speed, even suitable for some online gaming (World of Tanks Blitz). - the very luxury shower: a "rain shower" and a handheld shower with 5 settings for the types of water jets. Also an electric boiler is connected to heat the water when needed. - The room has 7 free "dual" (suitable for US/Thai type and continental Europe type of plugs) wall sockets - the great TV quality, HD flatscreen - the midsize fridge which is larger than the usual minibar. And it is empty, so you can fill it with your own products. - the 11 light switches, so it will take a few days to memorize them all... - easy to use safe - ample storage room - sitting space; 2-person bench and a table with a chair Negative remarks; - cleaning of the room is below standard. Just take a look in the bathroom at the sink and the glass shower wall. During our stay (3 nights) no clean sheets were put on the bed. - no written information present. About internal services/phone connections ("0" turned out to be the reception desk). - no room service or laundry service present. Have not found the nearest laundry service outside yet during my 3 day stay. - the bathroom is smaller than usual. Hardly room for toilet bags, you have to arrange yiur items on the ledges around the sink. - location;   * many taxi drivers have trouble finding the hotel, due to the young age of the hotel.   * only a "7-Eleven" within walking distance (return trip is a 2x5 minutes walk). To find a restaurant or bar you have to take a cab ride of 50-70 THB. My advice: go to "Central Plaza Ladprao" and have great quality Thai meals at "Taling Pling" (avoid "Sizzler's": bad quality for high prices). - their breakfast (between 6:00-9:00) is 150 THB per person. Too much for the diversity and quality of the food and drinks offered. - bed sides are not symmetrical. Only on one side of the bed there is a small table and a light. So not possible to park mobile phones etc. on both sides of the bed. No "men and women are equal" here :)

Staying here for one night as location convenient for early morning flight. Unfortunately the room is in need of a very thorough clean. The bed linen is stained and the bathroom was in a terrible state. Could be so much better.
