Stayed a extra day it was so nice. Best brunch and view I've ever had at any hotel.

Amazing hotel. We had a small issue with our showeR they upgraded our room to a huge suite. The breakfast is also amazing. Amenities are great restaurant at the dome is also incredible. Overall I would come back and recommend it to anyone else .

Hotel was great and rooms were pretty big and clean. Staff was also very polite

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and cosy, the service was attentive and friendly, and the location was convenient. If you are booking online and you can add breakfast on for a cheap price ($10) I would recommend it. It was our only regret. Otherwise the breakfast costs $26. We didn't have the breakfast there but we used the pool in the morning while other people were eating and it looked delicious. Not worth $26 but definitely worth $10.

Ilebua was amazing. From the moment you checked in up to the moment you checked out. Staff went above and beyond to assist

Beautiful room, wonderful executive lounge, slow checkin with many errors.

The front desk and the lobby area is not so good in my opinion. Was mis charged for two bottles of water for 240 thb when checking out, the staff didn't bother to verify if I drink the ones for free or the ones that are not free, and he's not so friendly, maybe his just too tired lol One of the taxi they got me from the lobby didnt use meter, the driver asked for double the money compared to meter. I didn't realize there is a front gate until 2 days later because the lobby is somehow leading everyone to the back door which is only for getting a taxi, it feels like if you wanna go out, taxi is the only option. They promote trying to save the environment but I get 3 paper cards each day at the door telling me they skipped morning, day and night time room make up because I opted for do not disturb

Stayed for just one night after returning to Bangkok following 2 week adveture tour through Thailand. It was fantastic. Room very comfortable and clean. Service was outstanding and friendly. Food was excellent. Would absolutely recommend to others. An oasis of comfort in a big, busy, hot and chaotic place!!!

The check in process was terrible but once things got sorted, it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel, great location, breakfast buffet had a great variety, room was spacious & clean with an awesome view of the city. Staff was great - sometimes a bit annoying but overall very friendly & kind.

I loved my stay at the hotel. I am coming back to Bangkok in a week and I had reserved Marriot for my next stay. I loved my stay so much at lebua that I changed my mind and reserved Lebua too for my next stay. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony.

Good location, excellent rooms- suites are worth the price. Cafe Mozilla recommended for food and Skybar is an added attraction.

We loved the hotel. We got an updated room. Spa was great.

This hotel is amazing everything about it! The people, the room, the pool area and it's in the middle of everything.

I was told that I should not look anywhere else to book a hotel and to just stay here. Best advice ever. Dont look anywhere else, just book this now. Service is unparalleled. View is unbelievable. Food is great. Just book it.

Very nice hotel! Very nice location! Awesome rooftop restaurant with excellent food, service and amazing view of the city! Rooms are very spacious with all commodities.

The service, staff, and accommodations are five star. The staff are super kind and devoted to each individual. The corner suite is enormous with a balcony off the dining room, a balcony off the bedroom, a separate den, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms, and an incredible view of Bangkok from the circular window configuration in the large living room.

Our friend order a limo service to pick us from the air port in Bangkok. Our flight was delayed for about an hour. When we got of the plane we did not see a sign with our name, so we end up taking a taxi from the air port to the hotel. Upon arriving to the hotel the women making our reservation mention the limo service, we told the women that we end up taking a taxi since no sign with our name was at the airport. We stayed at the hotel from October 18 2014 to October 21 2014. On October 21 we left the hotel for Burma, I was giving a bill for 2300 baht for the limo service, I paid the 2300 baht but I told the person that give me a receipt for the 2300 baht that I will speak with the manager regarding paying for a service that I never got. We got back to the hotel on October 31 for one night, I ask to speak with the manager that was rude and kept saying that the limo was at the air port waiting for us. I not blind person nor my wife.

It was Ok, not bad. Except the fact that they have a roof top, it is not the great hotel in Bangkok. Only Sirocco had a good view but staffs were not friendly and the room was not organized.

It was a very comfortable luxury stay and view of the river was fantastic.
