When I check in after 16hrs flight , our room keys doesn’t work at the first time . We got room view to hospital when you can see sick ppl ... that was really horibble. You can see from balcony sick ppl on the beds ... Shower head was loose and when I have shower falled on my head . Very bad experience with this hotel ...

Great hotel. Only 1/4 elevator was working the whole 4 days we were there so we did a lot of waiting but overall great location and we had a lovely stay.

The hotel is dated and really nothing about it stands out except for the powerful shower and breakfast buffet. Getting a taxi when needed out front is challenging as many drivers just don't want to drive where you are going. The hotel shouldn't let the drivers access to hotel business if they are going to deny rides. Also a lot of Indian and Chinese stay here so expect a lot of rude behavior .

Lebua is an absolutely gorgeous hotel, however DO NOT come here if you are trying to stay on budget. Talk about 5000 bahts per NIGHT when most hotels ask for 1000. Drinks are about quadruple the average cost, sneak in beer that's your best bet and it'll do the trick. Don't think you can come here and just take as many pictures as you want in the bar area because you will be sadly mistaken. Over all it's a gorgeous hotel but the staff are not very friendly at least not the ones by the front desk, I wish I could remember the mans name that we dealt with because he was a horrible "manager" ( I believe that's what he called himself)

Great Location. Walk outside and find plenty of restaurants, shops, thai massage parlors. There are many srtreet food vendors and if you want to be safe, McDonalds and KFC are nearby and so is Robinson's.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Best service we have ever been provided at a hotel. Staff great and treat you so well! Make sure to include the buffet in the morning because it is the best breakfast buffet I have seen at a hotel. And take advantage of the nice pool too! They also have a great rooftop bar and restaurant....it is pricey but the view is pretty cool!

Although this hotel is a bit pricy, it.was well worth the cost. The staff and the breakfast we're phenomenal. It is also well located for many activities in and around the Bangkok area. The new airport is beautiful, but well outside of the City. I would certainly stay at Lebua again.

I travel frequently in this hotel is top notch everything was perfect the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed a extra day it was so nice. Best brunch and view I've ever had at any hotel.

Amazing hotel. We had a small issue with our showeR they upgraded our room to a huge suite. The breakfast is also amazing. Amenities are great restaurant at the dome is also incredible. Overall I would come back and recommend it to anyone else .

Hotel was great and rooms were pretty big and clean. Staff was also very polite

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and cosy, the service was attentive and friendly, and the location was convenient. If you are booking online and you can add breakfast on for a cheap price ($10) I would recommend it. It was our only regret. Otherwise the breakfast costs $26. We didn't have the breakfast there but we used the pool in the morning while other people were eating and it looked delicious. Not worth $26 but definitely worth $10.

Ilebua was amazing. From the moment you checked in up to the moment you checked out. Staff went above and beyond to assist

Beautiful room, wonderful executive lounge, slow checkin with many errors.

The front desk and the lobby area is not so good in my opinion. Was mis charged for two bottles of water for 240 thb when checking out, the staff didn't bother to verify if I drink the ones for free or the ones that are not free, and he's not so friendly, maybe his just too tired lol One of the taxi they got me from the lobby didnt use meter, the driver asked for double the money compared to meter. I didn't realize there is a front gate until 2 days later because the lobby is somehow leading everyone to the back door which is only for getting a taxi, it feels like if you wanna go out, taxi is the only option. They promote trying to save the environment but I get 3 paper cards each day at the door telling me they skipped morning, day and night time room make up because I opted for do not disturb

Stayed for just one night after returning to Bangkok following 2 week adveture tour through Thailand. It was fantastic. Room very comfortable and clean. Service was outstanding and friendly. Food was excellent. Would absolutely recommend to others. An oasis of comfort in a big, busy, hot and chaotic place!!!

The check in process was terrible but once things got sorted, it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel, great location, breakfast buffet had a great variety, room was spacious & clean with an awesome view of the city. Staff was great - sometimes a bit annoying but overall very friendly & kind.

I loved my stay at the hotel. I am coming back to Bangkok in a week and I had reserved Marriot for my next stay. I loved my stay so much at lebua that I changed my mind and reserved Lebua too for my next stay. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony.

Good location, excellent rooms- suites are worth the price. Cafe Mozilla recommended for food and Skybar is an added attraction.
