I wasn't expecting much from this hotel when i checked in. I booked it through MMT, India and i was told that the hotel has a swimming pool but only after check in I was told that pool is under maintenance. But I did not find pool in any of their facility list and I doubt that they have it. Good location at Sukhumvit, Happening place around. two 7/11 within 50 mtrs. Good breakfast Very good staff, one of the best i met in Thailand. Small rooms, closed rooms, don't expect much from rooms. i didn't have a sleeping comfort. But seriously not a bad place to stay. Hotel is good and problems i had may be my personal.
The room condition was not up to the mark compare with the rent. The floor are with dirty, torn towel provided, no face towel, insufficient light in the room. Moreover the took 1000 bth security money and while we chk out, they charged a 250 bth bill for a guide book which was not taken or touched by us. The showed that the book transparent paper was torn and looks intact. B4 chk out we asked them to chk the room in presence of us and they denied that they will chk it it after coming to the lobby. So be careful during ur chk-in and chk-out time.
Good for staying as a bachelor or business trips! Can't recommend for family! Management is good but employees are too busy to consider any feedback or special request! Nice breakfast with options but No Indian choices even though 80% crowd from Indian soil!
We had an excellent time in the hotel. Ms. Persia, the receptionist is outstanding. The F & B Manager Ms. Tu is very helpful. The general level of cleanliness is outstanding. Food is extremely good. The hotel is situated in a very central place. It is a safe and excellent hotel. We would recommend the hotel without any hesitation for a family stay.
Have a great time with le finix great staff. Hospitality is very good. Provide a good service.... very helpfull and cooperative staff... cleaning service is very good... i will always recommend my friends to stay in le finix hotel.
We stumbled onto this place while looking for another hotel but due to the tight roads, traffic and general feeling of "lets just find somewhere and have a beer" we ventured in and discovered that it was reasonably priced and very clean and tidy. The location is good with many food and drink options literally on the doorstep plus a never ending stream of taxis and tuktuks driving past to take you further afield. Overall a clean comfortable place to stay, friendly staff and close to most things. I would stay again when in Bangkok.
Rooms are neat and bathrooms are clean and tidy but breakfast is not upto the mark.As 90 percent of the rooms are occupied by indians so adding indian breakfast is a must and very far from nana mrt sky train station.
Again recommended by travel agents "AntilogVacations" not at good place to stay. They don't keep basic toiletries even. The place is also at a cramped up location. Food is average though!! Not recommended!
We reached bangkok after 2 days stay in Pattaya and the staff was so helpful especially Ms. Persia. Here the breakfast is awesome and the room is ok for that raate. Looking forward to visit next year also.
We reached the hotel for check-in at around 2 PM and we're welcomed by Bell Boy Mr Onn Wan who felt it was cool to yell at a customer because I asked him where is the area for check in twice. Since he has a decent Thai accent I found it difficult to comprehend hence asked him same question twice as ideally most hotel have a check in desk near the entry point unlike this place where you need to go to second floor to check in. When we complained the same at reception the concerned personnel spoke to him who was told that he raised his voice because of music however there was pure aggression in his voice. I have travelled to Bangkok 2-3 times prior to this and lived at Howard square and believe to have been treated with more respect and provided much better service. People like Mr. Wan definitely create a sorry image of Thai people who are in reality very sweet and courteous.
