My favorite spot in BKK.

The hotel does have a need of an upgrade, but I love the staff and the ambience. I've stayed here before and I will do so again. Very nice folks.

The place was falling apart. Very dangerous walking to the pool. The place smelt musty and damp. The floor in our room was rotten in 1 corner. But was handy to the train station and breakfast staff lovely and friendly but was the same food every day

The staff and services was very good with their understanding of English. Maids put two bottled waters in front the door when the guest don’t want to be disturbed. Just need a couple of towel racks in the bathroom. The WiFi service has a good connection. It was a good place that felt like home for 10 days.

Old and poorly maintained... pool closed.

Hotel is located right next to the Sky Train station and there are a few restaurants and shops close by. Housekeeping staff were friendly and prompt, but the hotel itself is old and crumbling, phone didn’t work, Internet is slow and gets disconnected often, paint is chipping and bathroom tiles covered with mold, front desk staff are lazy and not knowledgeable, I had an urgent delivery which they just kept at the reception without informing me (even though it was marked very urgent!) and when the shipping party called the receptionist was very rude and careless. The advertise having a swimming pool but it’s dilapidated and was closed during my entire stay (which i consider to be false advertising ). Oh.. and the breakfast is disgusting :(

They need to catch up a lot

Well the services are very poor. They offered at swimming facilities thats out service. I spend 12 days and never have the chance to refreshed . And Bangkok's hot. Communication between they staff is very little not English. Complicated big issued. The only thing I like was the location. Very easy to approach other's parts of Bangkok. From 1 to 10 stars 5 sorry big disappoint

The hotel located in front of the Saturak BTS station, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Bangrak area (Robinson shopping mall). With the low price offer so do not expect a Hilton quality.

When we 1st arrived in the evening after a long flight we were pretty shocked.. We think the photos were taken when it was 1st built.. Entered our room to a cockroach on the wall. ok. layed on the bed cockroach over the arm ..Not Ok.. Told the receptionist and we were moved to another room.. No cockroaches bit the shower didn't work. When we told the receptionist the next day all she said was Ok. We repeated it and she still said ok.... pool was Ok.. however you have to navigate your way to it as boards were old, broken and breaking... Don't bother with buying breakfast street food at the entry 1000 times better. Good point they let us store our luggage for 3 hours after to checkout. It is probably far from the worst hotel in Bangkok but don't get excited by the photos

From the outside the hotel doesn’t look nice but the room is big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Although I saw one small cockroach. It’s awesome just step outside the hotel lots of street foods and the skyline train as well. So convenient. To top it all the price is cheap.

Good service in uninteresting location

Really close to the BTS train stop but no food nearby. It’s located on a highway so there isn’t much interesting on the block. Appreciated free bottle water each day and received a free room upgrade. Breakfast was good. AC worked well. Floor was warped. There was a ceiling leak in the lobby.
