The hotel is right beside a BTS station, few station away it will be central area and malls. location is only good for travellers who don't mind daily travelling on BTS and wanna stay away from busy central area with full facilities hotel in reasonable price. Staff in hotel was helpful and plus points was their kitchen amenities in room. The only downside was room seem to need more maintenance and the pool area was nice with a great view but water was really cold, which make it unusable.
We were very disappointed with this hotel. We booked a non smoking room with double bed and when we arrived they presented us a room that smelled disgustingly of cigarettes. When we complained and wanted to change the room they didn’t have another one with double bed- twin bed only. In addition, the bed sheets and bathrobes had many stains - that shouldn’t happen, especially not in a hotel of that category.
Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. The room was nice, clean and a good size. The buffet breakfast had good variety and really only lacked bacon and the coffee wasn't very nice. We had lunch here at checkout time and thought the food was good too (Thai food) We tried to enjoy the pool twice but it gets a lot of shade by near by tall buildings and as it wasn't very hot the water was too cool. Lucky they have a heated spa pool of reasonable size so we were able to enjoy that. We did not use the hotel massage spa as it is too expensive, for guests perhaps they could do a better deal. Overall the Jasmine is a nice hotel and the staff are friendly and courteous and it's in a great location next to the BTS station on a main road. I would recommend the Jasmine hotel if you get a good price on your room.
My wife and son will want to return to Jasmin when staying in Sukhumvit area because the skytrain is literally right outside the front door. Jasmin even upgraded us to a Baysuite from a corner suite, maybe it was my birthday? thankyou. The room was huge!! Loaded with a full kitchen (pots/utensils included - see my other USA reviews), coffee maker ( see my other review if it got posted), shower and seperate whirlpool bath, huge double (?) bed, my own desk and work space. My son could spread out his Pokemon toys and spinners in his own area. Thank you again. The breakfast buffet is comparable to other Bangkok hotels and the dining area is spacious. The staff is wonderful as the Thailand hotels usually try hard to be. Room dining service was a treat to have experienced also. Fun to eat in because we had space to eat. yep. We shall look at returning again
I stayed in this area countless time and didn’t like walking around at night because it was dark and secluded. So Jasmine resort hotel is perfect solution. BTS Phra Khanong station is right at the door step! Internet connection is quite strong and stable. There’re the fridge (this is important for me as I often buy fruits/cake so I need the proper refrigerator not those mini bar cooler), microwave oven and washing machine in the room. However, room conditions are not as good as shown in pictures. Also, breakfast is just average. This hotel seems to be popular among Chinese group tour so... (fill in the blank).
We had a long stay, several weeks, at the Jasmine. There are several of these in town, and the location isn't ideal as there isn't much near by, but the hotel itself is great. The room was very clean and service was wonderful. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a BTS station out front that is easy to access and makes the city more accessible. The food is decent, and about what you would pay at any restaurant. The only complaint was that we wanted to add a day but couldn't get a response via email and front desk staff told us to book online. It would have been easier for us to have hotel staff coordinate the booking and include it to our existing reservation and we were frustrated by the inability of staff to do so. Overall, however, the hotel experience was very positive.
This resort has a great location with short walk to shoppingmals, nightlife and many attractions. And the hotel is a short walk from train station. My room (more like a small appartment, with kitchen and separate bedroom) in 29th floor had a great view of Bankok by night. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
I have been staying at the hotel for more than 5 times since its first open. The condition of rooms in the lower floors are badly maintain. You can tell from the room in the hotel that it hasn't been renovated for a long while. The towels are shabby too.
Suite style hotel. Complete with washing machine and kitchen utensils. Perfect location, BTS station right infront of the hotel. Friendly service staff and very helpful concierge. Accetable breakfast spread. Request to House keeping promptly attended to. The only con is the hassle of having to relog on the wifi to access the internet either for the handphone or notebook once these equipment leaves the hotel wifi network. For the past 5 years had been staying at the Adelphi grande suites Grande, decided to the environment, Was not disappointed with this new change. Service level is very close the Adeplhi, standard, On the other hand it is cheaper
Stayed here for a few nights while on vacation to check out Bangkok for the first time. The hotel is right next to the train station, so it was easy to get around. The room was spacious with a great view and cooking facilities. Bed was comfy, room was clean. They actually had a laundry machine (washer only) in the room, which ended up being amazingly convenient. Not too much else to say. Pool was nice, but the water was cold. At the end of the day, it was a solid hotel, but nothing to write home about.
