This is my 100th review on Trip Adviser and I am extremely happy that It is about one of memorable event at Jasmine Hotel. Attended 2 days conference here. All the facilities, arrangement was excellent and staff was extremely cordial. Food was delicious and served well. I was surprised to receive vegetable items on my table, I just asked counter that is there any veg food? There was no but staff realized and gave me 2 veg dishes, specially prepared for me. I was positively shocked by the service. Evertthing is best here, located in heart of city and is easily accessible by BTS, MRT whenever you can't have taxi (Asok has always traffic)
We are looking for a place to stay at after going to soi cowboy and ask their staff if we can used emergency used their comfort room the staff was so arrogant and say if we are not their customer or guest we can't used their comfort room this is the place you don't like to stay at because of their staff so we find another place asome suites is not that big as jazmine but very friendly staff
I stayed here for 2 nights in May the hotel is situated close to the trains bars of Sukhumvit road. The staff at check in where very helpful and could not do enough for you nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is buffet and something there for everyone's taste. The pool is small but ideal for a quick swim. The rooms are excellent I was in a deluxe room and could not fault it at all. If ever I am in Bangkok again I will be staying here I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and is up there with the best of them
very good location, the staff so so helpful the room is superb very clean the bed so comfortable.but 1 more thing please find a Muslim stall I'm sure I will recommend to all my Muslim friend to stay at your hotel.1 stall is enough.overall is superb
This was the first time i visited BKK and i was SO Glad that i chosen this hotel! I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and i have booked an executive suite, when i checked in, the hotel has kindly upgraded my room to corner suite which is bigger. This hotel is operated by japanese, the staffs were all very friendly and helpful, you will see alot of japanese stayed here. Firstly, i like the how the suite room is secured, they have a locked door before the room which can only opened by hotel guest who stayed at that wing. The room was huge and the bathroom was super big too.In the room has a fully equipped kitchen and a big fridge. The room was decorated in wooden style but was very clean. The only thing i disliked was the room door, they only have a turning lock without the door clip lock. The buffet breakfast was on the same level of the suite room, hence its very convenient, buffet spread was decent. The best thing is the location! It is within walking distance from the BTS or MRT. Dont bother to cab or even take a tuk tuk as the traffic is VERY BAD in that area or Chit Lom area, hence a hotel with a good location is very impt. Even if its cheap, you wont want to jam in the traffic for 1-1.5 hour just for distance of like 2-3 MRT station. Beside the hotel has a mall, they got decent japanese resturant, subway, starbucks, boots (cosmetic) and a 24 hours supermart, opp hotel has 7-11 and family mart. Though it was near the drinking area, but there are always police patrolling so no worries. If you want a better mall, just walk a few min to the BTS Asok, and it is link with a big mall, Terminal 21. Terminal 21 got alot of things to shop and buy and several popular cafe such as After you which is lesser crowd than the one in Siam Paragon.
all room have complete kitchenette that's what I love, you can cook your special meal where you feel like home. The area have space for you to cook and big dinning table. Working station also wide enough for your to put laptop on. Bed not really best friend for me but ok to sleep.
Location Right on top of a mini-mall. Grocery store, 7/11s, food, restaurants all literally right there. 3 min walk to Asok BTS and lots of shopping around the area. Plenty of street food on Soi 23. If you're looking for adult fun, Soi Cowboy is literally right across the street. Room Make no mistake, this hotel is old. The decor is dated. Having said that, clean rooms. Spacious, quiet, good AC. Cable TV is good and I enjoyed my time here. Hard King sized bed but i like that. My room was a suite on the adjacent building so late nights meant i had to enter thru the main lobby and then cross the pool area to excess my building. During the day, it was a straight elevator down to the mall or main road. Amenities Usual stuff. Buffet breakfast which was decent. Room service is a mixture of local and western food. Pool is small but decent enough. Wifi was sufficient. Nothing spectacular but better than most hotels. Service Friendly staff. I checked in late and checked out late and there was no hassle. Able to direct me to spots when I needed directions. Overall a good bunch. Overall If you're looking for a functional hotel with a great location this is the place to be. Terminal 21 is a short walk way. Emporium is one stop away. And like I said, if you're a dude looking for fun, Soi Cowboy is right there. I stayed here for business so i was only here 5 days and 4 nights. Would have had no issue extending my stay at this hotel. Prices was decent as well. I would stay here again.
I have been live in Jasmine City Hotel many times. This time I stay from 09 Mar to 13 Mar. Hotel 's staff always friendly and good service. If get promotion or special price, it is recommended to experience.
I had a full week at this hotel. My room I think was called a jacuzzi suite and it was capacious. Comfortable bed with nice linens, great bathroom, handy and tasteful small kitchen with dining area in case you want to semi-self cater yourself. The location is ideal, lots of cool places to walk around. For those like me that suffered some jet lag, there is a very friendly and delicious restaurant over the road that is open until 5.30am. Despite the hectic location, the room was totally silent. Reception staff were a little aloof but I don't much care about that. I don't particularly stay in hotels to make friends with the front desk but they could possibly have been a bit friendlier. It's a big hotel and like I say, I do not much care. Only really poor point about this hotel is the internet. Sure it works and it is fast enough but you have to log in using a code which they cut out of a book and give to you. That in itself is not something that I have not encountered before but the system refuses to remember your device. So each time it goes to sleep you have to enter the code again. I had three devices with me, so I also had to remember which code was for which device. I don't know the point or purpose of such a system but if you are going to be working in Bangkok as I was then you risk getting annoyed with this. I'd go back in a heartbeat despite the internet bumfoolery
I stayed here for 3 nights around New Years Eve. It is an older hotel but they keep it very clean. Because it is old the rooms are larger than what you might find in a newer hotel. As to location, it is a mixed bag. As others have said the general location is very good - close to public transport, and shopping malls (for the air-conditioning!!). There is a great park nearby called Benjakiti Park - I highly recommend a visit, particularly in the evening with the people milling about and the lights of the skyscrapers surrounding the park. But the immediate area surrounding the hotel is just ok - the little shopping center in the building is looking very tired, and the shop houses across the street are very old and have not been kept up - could be coming down for another condo. The gym at the hotel was quite nice. The pool was small with plenty of shade to stay out of the direct sun. The only problem I had was that I brought my laptop, and my login would die after a few hours if I didn't use it so I had to keep logging in. The person at the front desk said (if I understood correctly) that after a few hours of no use you had to re-enter your password, so I had to do that several times a day. But the check-in and check out was good, big clean room, so I would stay there again.
