We hope can stay more longer everything's very perfect. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi Nice room soft bed and pillows , clean room , bathtub ,helpful and nice stuff , great breakfast Western style 2 different cheese , salami beacon sausages egg , yogurt many fruits etc. lots of bread, Thai food and some Indian curry food , Close to BTS station. High recommend, will be back again What else you need ?? It's perfect
Nice hotel in a good location. In 10 minutes you can walk to the BTS-station and there is lot of restaurants, massages and shops in walking distance. The staff is super friendly and everything worked out well. The pool area is also nice and never too crowded. The gym is also ok for a holiday workout. Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel is worth the price!
I love their suite! cozy bed, clean and service are good! The bathroom is clean. Location isn't that great to do shopping as it is far from pratunam area, though the hotel does provide free shuttle service to the nearest MRT station. There are few convenience stores outside the hotel.
The hotel is very basic and convenient. It is for the most part centrally located. I stayed there for the first 4 days of my 3 week Thailand vacation. The actual name of the hotel is Radison, the taxi drivers do not know it as "Resident Inn". Pros: centrally located, the staff were always polite and pleasant. Cons: The breakfast menu was pretty much the same EVERY morning and breakfast was not included..the hotel should look at including complimemtary breakfasts for all guests. The room was basic and I did not like the set up..(3 stars). Ps Jamaican Queen :).
People complain about the location and the road works outside the hotel. The road works should be complete by now and the location is excellent, ok the street is not exciting and full of bars and restaurants but it has a few and Soi 11 with all its restaurants & bars is a 5 min walk, the next street down in fact, there is convenience store opposite the entrance, BTS Nana skytrain is an 8 min walk, Terminal 21 shopping mall is a nice 15 -20 min stroll, also Soi 4 & 8 are a 10 minute walk for more bars and the infamous Nana Plaza. The hotel is very good, staff are very attentive & friendly, service is very good, rooms are clean, rooftop pool is lovely with a great jaccuzi which is bliss in the morning after a rough night, gym is good enough for a workout. The one bed suite is vary large and comfortable, breakfast is wonderful with very good variety, omelettes special mention. The Punjab Grill on the ground floor is a very good Indian. For the cost of a suite in a capital city you cannot go wrong with this hotel.
Good location short 10-15minute walk from BTS Nana on Sukhumvit on Soi13 off Sukhumvit. There's hotel transport on call to/from Nana BTS or Terminal 21/Asok. Better call for it if you intend to arrive by BTS and drag your luggage as Soi 13 is kind of broken with construction and not an easy walk with luggage. Some may also not be comfortable walking along the road after dark as some parts are quite residential and quiet. The hotel itself is really convenient with numerous 24hour convenient stores and small neighborhood malls on Soi 13. There's Family Mart about 15-20 meters diagonally across the main entrance. About 50 meters round the back there's plenty of food round Soi 11. The staff are very friendly, and pays attention to small details. Roof top pool is good for laps only and can get crowded if anyone else decides to be in the water. There's a separate jacuzzi. There's also a gym. All the lighting can be managed via TV and remote. Using the walll switches can be confusing as there are many switches and some just shuts ALL the lights off leaving you in total darkness. Had a corner room which is like a suite with separate bedroom with its own TV, walk in wardrobe area, separate work area and kitchenette. Diner has cozy feel with reasonable spread for breakfast.
We stayed in this Hotel for 1 night on a stopover at the end of August 2017. I was a little confused when our taxi driver pulled up at the Radisson but he was correct. Unfortunately for the Hotel the road outside was undergoing major works and was like a building site; however, the Hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the main road which was very helpful. Our room turned out to be a suite with kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, and separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, extremely helpful and very accommodating. We had a very late flight the next day and were able to have a late check out and store our bags until we left. They also organised a metered taxi for us to go to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The on-site restaurant, the Punjab Grill, which also serves as the Hotel bar, was excellent. Not only did they make the best cocktails (try the Long Island Tea!) but the food was exceptionally good. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay here and would certainly go back.
I stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights. I was shocked when I first pulled into the Hotel to see the state of the road outside the Hotel. It is currently like a building site as the local council repair it. I was very uneasy about walking along it and would not have stayed here had I known the state of the road conditions before booking. The hotel offered a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the main road which we used and it was a great help. My other issue was with the hotel staff who were of no help to me in getting a taxi. I asked reception to get me and my girlfriend a taxi, that would use the meter and bring us to the Grand Palace. The only taxi they could find was one that was charging a fixed price and was triple the cost when compared to the meter (managed to get a taxi back using the meter and found out how badly I had been ripped off). I was very unhappy with the service provided. Hotel staff should be trying to help tourists avoid scams like this and not tell the guest "its a good price sir". Leaving the above comments to one side the hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with plenty of variety to suit everyone.
Biggest mistake i did is booked this hotel non-refundable. Was given room 502, Room was like a bunker, no sunlight at all, from window all we could see is a wall few feet away. Wanted to checkout next day, packed and got my luggage down and begged manager Mr. Aum, the hotel is not our expectations, please let us go, but hotel refused to return the money back. Instead they upgraded in bigger room 706, but that was no better either. When rooms have lesser sunlight, they should have light color interiors in my opinion, and all rooms in this hotel are finished pitch dark, hardly any sunlight small windows and almost black walls and furniture, it was horrible stay. Windows can't be opened for fresh air, no balconies, sneezing all night due the dirty carpets and not fresh air and air conditioner throwing dusty air, got bad flu/allergy, requested the hotel a lot to let us go, but they didn't listen. Air-condition was dripping all night and made a water pond in the room, i took pictures, wish i could uploaded them here. Doors were not closing properly and one had to push them by force all the time. Breakfast was not good either. Rooms didn't have plates, cups, etc. Location was very bad too, 10 minutes of heavy rain would flood the fully dug up this thin street, that means you can't walk out of the street to the metro and pay the taxi drivers unreasonable amounts to get out of this hotel and street. There are much better locations and hotels in Bangkok for the same price. Will never stay in this hotel again.
My Husband and I had a overnight stay at this Hotel before our flight home, Hotel name rather confusing, couldn't find In Residence but Hotel Raddision! The suite is a good size, almost double the space of ordinary hotel room. Great buffet breakfast, great staff, lovely soft bed, Busy hotel but couldn't hear any noise in our room. Road works were taking place at the time of our stay but a complimentary hotel tuk tuk could be taken to the main strip to bypass the works, Lovely Rooftop pool nice place to relax and chill from outside hustle and bustle of the City. Plenty of shops bars and Restaurants within walking Distance.
