Terrible noisy construction site

Whilst the room was ok there was constant drilling, hammering and other building constructing going on all day. No mention of this construction when I booked. No discount or refund for inconvenience just a promise I could rent one of the new rooms when they are finished. Wow really poor customer service

My Bkk Home

My stay at your Hotel is always top notch. Ive told many that its my place of choice while in Bkk. There are 1000s of hotel in area but none will ever take the place in In Residence/Radisson. Staff is unmatchable.. ( Ms Little, T. Sakkate and Ms Rain at front lobby are all like family)

Great Stay in BKK

We had three nights at this hotel. It was in a great location - down the street from Art Box (Hip Night Market) and was close to transit. Didn't make use of all of the amenities but what was offered was great. (Pool, spa, shuttles to near by locations / pickups) The bed was very comfy! Would stay here again next time we are in BKK for sure.

First meal upon arrival at hotel, we found a small cockroach in our salat. Meals and drinks were not changed. First room they assigned, the air in the room was damp.? Signed of dammage by water or himidiy in the room was evident. Gyps wall were smollen, gyps redone around central air conditioning vent, grey srains on white paint showing signs of moldong. The air was damp in the room to a point that even the bed covers and sheets were damp. We requested immediately to get another room, which the hotel management agreed to. The second room was in better condition. The air was less damp and there was no sign of humidity damage on the walls or on the paint.

We never had Wifi in the room. I could not have a conference, and I had to pay extra for network. But overall the location and cleanliness was good for the price.

Worth the stay!

II ordered airport shuttle taxi since I had a late midnight flight arrival. My flight had a delay of over an hour and yet the driver was waiting for me very patiently upon my arrival which I really appreciate. Very spacious hotel rooms with own kitchenette. Great location near Terminal 21 and major sightseeings. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very good value for money in my opinion. Overall had an enjoyable experience here and will recommend this hotel. Tip: Better not wait for staff to get you taxi, as this may take very long. Outside the hotel, it's usually very easy to catch cab anyway.

decent choice near trains w/great breakfast

The room interior was a bit dated and not as nice as I thought from the pictures, but we were given a free upgrade and the suite was spacious with separate dining and living area. Impressive variety of food for breakfast and some made-to-order options too. Dishes change daily. The pool truly is that weird red, I don't know who chose it but it's just the tile. Poolside bar seems to have limited hours. Good location but if you're taking the train, come from the south (Nana), it can be quite confusing walking from Makkasan.

True quality 4 star hotel.

Good quality 4 star hotel with spacious rooms (1 bedroom suite). Clean swimming pool and jacuzzi with poolside bar. Gym and onsite Thai massage. Excellent breakfast hot and cold buffet with western and Asian breakfast choice with fresh fruits. Polite and courteous staff throughout the hotel with an on demand free shuttle to Nana station and surrounding areas until 11 pm. True quality 4 star hotel..

It was a very nice stay. Location is great. Clean room, comfy bed. They have a free shuttle service (Pick & Drop) to Terminal 21, Bamrungrad Hospital, BTS (Asok & Nana). Staff was nice and friendly.
