Staff were really helpful but still the management need to look at the hot water issue and best is to solve it during our stay. However, we were very happy with the breakfast boxes that been prepared properly. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Location is great if you are looking for a budget stay at the very heart of Chinatown in BKK.
It's a budget hotel, we picked here because we knew that we wound be here just for sleeping. The room was clean and well equip. There has a small kitchen in room which is really convenient for take away food. Khun Took at the front desk was really helpful, location of this hotel is very good but it could be really difficult for taxi to find the place.
I am giving the Check Inn 5 stars this review as they are trying to improve. Some painting on the walls (red? why? ) and nice blue curtains and at last some new bath towels . The TV's are still old and the viewing is nearly impossible. Please could you upgrade these and get a few more English channels ? We had a fairly good sleep but a couple of nights guests were rather noisy. Maybe a reminder sign to be courteous late at night would be good. Air conditioning needs to be addressed also. Ours only blew out really cold air. We booked two rooms and one had an issue with ants again. Free water was topped up every day. Cleaning was spot on. Staff friendly. The underground railway extension looks like it will be finished soon so when it opens, there should be no hassles getting to this hotel as a station is just a few steps down the road. There are quite a few eating places close by and at night Chinatown comes alive. This hotel is a real gem so continued upgrading will benefit everyone. Will stay again :)
Chinatown is a magical place, but beware, the place might seem unpleasant as it sometimes gets too crowded and there are some open sewers which makes it a little uncomfortable, although in the end many people from the United States and Europe have a good time.
Horrible. The photos of this hotel is absolutely far from the truth. The room we got didn't even have a window. We wanted to cancel when we saw the room, but the manager would not let us get refund, anyway we where super tired and didn't have the energy to change hotel.Luckily we only booked for one night. The manager said it was no rooms with windows available. The room was dirty, the bed was full of hair, and it was cockroaches in the bathroom. Disgusting really. The room had also a very bad perfume smell. I have never in my life stayed at a worse hotel, and this hotel can not be three stars, I can not understand. I would give it a half on a good day.
The Hotel is not simil like on the Foto! Totaly different! Dirty, smell,NO Windows in the rooms,NOT clean and rude people how working there!in the bed everywhere the hair, dirty, and disgusting!! hotel that has never been seen in our life! The woman did not say that the rooms without windows. In the ad not written wax! A bad surprise. The room smelled badly. We were looking for the hotel for hours. She gave the wrong addressa less zero hotel that is worth!
Front office staff is very helpful and nice. Make sure you take the hotel card so easy for u to show it to your taxi driver. Room price is reasonable n u have pantry in your room, which i think is good.
There's nothing wrong with the property But the bed is just so terrible I could sleep, basically u just sleep on springs And some of them are hanging out, And do your self a faver if u stay here don't buy the breakfast thing it's just sketch. One good thing they have is good reception they are so friendly, And the Wi-Fi is fast
This is a good quite location just of the heart of china town Food and shops all around Helpful friendly staff Having some cooking facilities is a bonus too It is well priced for the area If on a budget this is a good place too stay
