The location is great -- sort of secluded at the end of a street, but still close to all the action Pratunam has to offer. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had at a 3-star hotel. Awesome rates.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful giving information to attractions in the area. The breakfast buffet was good at the cafe in the motel and had a reasonable menu depends really what your preferences are. We came to tour Thailand and not stay in our room except to refresh rest and sleep and found it very comfortable. If we return I would stay there again unless we decided to just be nearer other parts of Bangkok. Access to public transportation was with in walking distance such as trains and buses.

On the up side, the hotel is on a safe street close to all the main malls. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel that is incredibly popular with locals--always a good sign.

First, the bad. It really is at the very end of long alley, making it super isolated. If it had a more lively lounge or restaurant area, it might feel less so. My room was also a little rough around the edges. Yes, the room was modern and pretty clean but there was an fabric chair that was filthy with cigarette burns even though I was in a nonsmoking room. Also my tv was broken. The good: it is a pretty good deal for what you get. I also looked at more centrally located Wendy house and Reno hotel and the room where much older and dirtier for the same price or higher. Also the free tuk tuk service was a nice addition.

Stayed 3 nights.Clean, good breakfast and staff polite.Tuk tuk available 24 hrs. They will drop u to the main road.Lots of shopping mall. Easy to return, call the hotel and tuk tuk will come within minutes.Just wait at the spot where they drop u earlier.

Overall experience was satisfying and good. Staff were polite and service at restaurant was good. Food was quite good as well, menu selection was not bad. Nice hotel pool and garden. Easy walking distance to beach.

very decent ,nice and clean simple hotel, location is good even thou its really inside the street but you could walk 3 minutes to local market and could enjoy indian, pakistami middle eastern and african food , lot of wholesale markets for inexpensive shopping

Standard rooms are rather small. No where to put a big bag. On the floor, means squatting or bending down. On the bed, means having to lift heavy bag up & down, so not so convenient. However rooms are modern with excellent shower where there's plenty of room to soap up without elbows banging the walls, & plenty of space for toiletries. Friendly staff.

The cab took a while to find it b/c it is practically in the middle of nowhere, but once you do find it, it's a great hidden gem. Clean, sleek, and friendly staff. Free internet on computer in lobby is great. Sometimes a tuk-tuk would be available to take you to the main stretch, but it was sometimes under repair. Wifi didn't work so well in our 3rd floor room, and checkout was extremely slow. But otherwise, if you aren't in a rush, a great place to stay for the price!

The hotel is very clean, very important to me, because I'm very allergy The breakfast is good, and the dinner is good too.

The hotel staffs are friendly and the location of the hotel is great ! I would live there again!

Nice Hotel

hotel was clean, staff was friendly - but expected a tip for any duty performed. the hotel was LOUD, I cant stress this enough - I could here every foot step made outside of my room, the couple in the next room and the crying babies at 7 am.

I arrived early (<9 AM, from an overnight flight) not expecting to be able to check in - but only to leave my bags, while I explored the sites. Instead, I was allowed to check in, given an upgrade (apparently to a room that had not been used the previous night), and thus had a chance to recover from the trip. The staff was wonderful (they apparently respect age). The manager even interrupted his dinner that evening to give me directions to a reasonable source of good Thai seafood and saw me to the hotel "tuk-tuk" to get there. The hotel is several blocks off the main streets and could be difficult to locate (I had no trouble). The rooms were typical of good Best Western rooms in the US, brand new, and very clean. They also had a very good breakfast buffet. Overall, an excellent stay and great deal.
