We stayed here for 6 nights in total. We really like this place the rooms were nice and clean - the view isn't really anything spectacular. But the rooftop pool and breakfast location is great. The staff is very friendly and the location is good - check out the local marked right next to the hotel, the food is top notch!
This hotel is really close to the BTS Chong Nongsi Station. Although is near, you don't really hear the station activities. There is a nearby 7-Eleven (7E is everywhere in Bangkok). There is some good local food right on its street and a MacDonald's at the next building. Breakfast is served at the level 10 where the infinity pool is. Breakfast spread are ok. You get the usual hotel breakfast. We booked the Premier room which is spacious and has a bathtub. Big Flat Screen TV that you can connect with your own Apple TV or your computer with your own cables. Service is really good from the front desk to housekeeping. There is one evening when we were supposed to be picked up by for our dinner cruise but the driver weren't able to pick up us due to the heavy traffic, the front desk staff actually assist us in getting a taxi and brought us to another street where the traffic was better and we get to our dinner in time. She always makes sure that the taxi uses meter fare. Good Job guys! We really enjoyed our stay here at I Residence Silom.
When I check in, Front officer welcomed with smile, polite and always very helpful to me. I got room on 8th floor that's nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast has more styles and good taste. Pool side is on the top floor with good view. Will be back again.
it's very good hotel, well situated, next to sky train and the swimming pool in rooftop is awesome. all this for a very reasonable price. the breakfast is buffet and quite good. I would recommend this hotel and I will use it next time I go to bkk.
I'm a regular visitor to Bangkok and find it hard to go past I residence silom Hotel for my accommodation. The hotel is very well located close to the BTS Station and Silom Road. Shopping Centre is a short walk up Silom Road. The staff service in the hotel is always friendly and accommodating. the rooms are large and very comfortable. There are restaurants and shops all around the hotel. It does have a pool . I'd recommend the Iresidencesilom Hotel if location, budget and convenience is a consideration.
A very good location hotel next to BTS ChongNonsi, very easy to travel around Bangkok. We conduct business seminar here with compliment Lunch Buffet. The seminar room was well set up and well equipped. Wide variety of food to choose from the buffet line and they were all delicious. Surely, we will visit you next time for the holidays. Thanks for great service.
I arrived early and front did a great job on taking care of me although there were many guests that time. Well trained and well managed. Cheers. I will be back soon. This is my favourite city and hotel ever for my tour.
First impressions it looked good, until you looked closer. The first clue was the condoms for sale on the kitchen table. The bed sheets were grubby, but the worse thing was getting woke up in the night by screams and moaning, and cockroaches crawling over your face! Give it a miss
Superb location with bts and at door step. 7-11 at lobby makes it very convenient to grab drinks and tit bits especially when travelling with children. Rooms are adequate but not much room to put luggage. You have to put them under the bed and that's when you discover house keeping staff cutting corners - very dusty. Other than this, generally a good hotel with great location and friendly staff
A short walk to Silom, where everything is happening, next to BTS station, quietly tucked away from the busy streets. The location is even better than around Sala Daeng station, where I usually stay. Price is its another big selling point. So generally, I would say it's really good value for your money. The down side? Room is a bit small, but OK. The bed isn't that comfortable, but not too bad. One of the two shutter blinds in the room is broken, couldn't be lift up or pull open, which, plus the weak lighting in the room, makes the room very dark even on the brightest days, which made me fee like living in a cave. I found that very annoying in the daytime. WIFI isn't fast enough if you would like to watch online videos. TV is the worst part. I didn't check but I'm sure it got cable. But the quality of it is like you are watching free to air stuff via analog signal far from the populous areas in 1980s.
