Great location. ! Great staff ! Great rooms ! & Real Thai neighborhood @

My room was great. No complaints here. I woukd definitely come back.

Nice hotel, easy to get out to Taxi or walk to store. A little bit far from BTS we have to get Tuk Tuk ride. Hotel has shuttle service on the schedule to BTS station. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room were clean and bed were comfortable. The furniture a little bit rundown but the shower and bathroom are nice with hot water and good water flow. Only one thing we don't like there are tiny cockroach coming out at night.

For about $30+ USD per night, the hotel is a great find, The hotel is in a great location, a real Thai neighborhood and not that far from the major BKK attractions. The rooms albeit are smallish but are comfortable and very clean. Cable tv is limited to 10 channels. The staff is very, very honest. Breakfast is good +. Hotel's free tuk-tuk service is good. Remember to tip !!

Great value, comfortable beds with hard wood floors so the rooms are easy to keep clean. Good hot water but it will turn cold for a minute every so often, then back to hot. Cable television but there are only 3 English channels fox movies and CNN and BBC. The breakfast is great, lots of options and they have egg station so you can get freshly made eggs how you want. Best hotel I have stayed in for $25 dollars a night.

It is fine if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport prior to an early morning flight . It is fairly affordable but you get what you paid for... The bathroom is a bit of a disaster and no surprise I couldn't get any hot water from the shower...

This hotel is not far from Silom and the entertainment district. It's a great value for the money and they are usually full. I've stayed here repeated times and found the staff to be the greatest asset of this hotel.

If you keep your expectations right this place is a good value. I booked for $24USD a night. Room was clean, had WiFi and breakfast was cheap at $130 Baht. Just don't think it's going to be fancy. It's in decent shape, and okay location. You enter via what looks like an alley though. If you're okay with all that it's a solid choice esp if you're on a budget.

MOSTLY VERY YOUNG UNTRAINED STAFF. A FEW OLDER SOMEWHAT KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. SMALL ROOMS, VERY SMALL BATHRROOMS, BUT BOTH IN DECENT CONDITION. BREAKFAST OK / GOOD. LIMITED CABLE TV, MAYBE 20 CHANNELS. HOTEL LOCATION IS NOT CLOSE TO MAJOR BANGKOK ATTRACTIONS, BUT OK NEIGHBORHOOD. SOME 10 MINUTES (W / RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC, 20+ MINUTES ) BY TAXI TO BTS / MRT ( BKK MASS TRASIT SYSTEMS.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. This booking was for some friends of ours who were first-time Chinese international travelers. They enjoyed having a tuk tuk shuttle to the BTS and shopping area. Their room was clean and comfortable, though small. The bathroom requires that you cllose the door to use it. We believe they would choose this hotel again if they traveled to bangkok again.

For the high season it was resnabley priced. Location great and service was good.

An excellent value within walking distant of Silom/Convent Road where a hotel of the same level would cost twice as much.

There is construction around there that I can hear it loundly everyday. :-(

the hotel is a little difficult to find. It has free tuk tuk to BTS. Friendly staffs. Spacious and clean room.

Off the beaten path, but I liked being in this neighbourhood. Everything that we needed was around. Food incredibly cheap in this neighbourhood, about a dollar a meal not including drink. About 2 kilo to downtown center.

i got there realy late at night ,staff was very professionel and very friendly. once you start to know where the hotel is situated then trust me you are very close to everything .you have the metro near by ,the skytrain train is near by .this was my first trip to bangkok ,it wont be my last and yes i will definatly go back to i residence hotel .but again once you get there find out where you actually are and you will see that everything is very close by.that hotel has a great location ,rfoom were clean ,friendly staff ,all together great

THe hotel furniture and amenities are dated. It needs some updates. The location is not bad, but is not perfect. No many good restaurants around the area.

Compare to the price, this is clean and good hotel for many ways. Little far from the sky train/subway station but still walking distance. They always make me wait for the checking in but (this time was my 3rd time staying in this hotel)will return to this one for my next trip.

No complaints for the price we got. The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. They provide you an hour of free wifi and also have computers available in the lobby. They have a free tuk tuk that runs hourly to the Sala Daeng sky train which is very helpful, but otherwise the location is not great. We had a hard time finding cab drivers who knew the hotel.
