The location is good, food options even for picky eaters and lots to see if you enjoy exploring. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and inexpensive. The downsides were that the couch was ick, and on the 9th floor the walls were very thin and constantly being slammed by something very loudly, I assume from the restaurant next door.

last wow days of our five days stay were terrible. Air conditioner stopped working, night staff shifted to other room after an hour which had burning smell. Finally, we got shifted to third room past midnight. Pillows were too thick to sleep, I got neck pain.

Pretty much as advertised. The location is good. The rooms are good. Internet is fast. Room service is good. The check-in process was a little bit long, and the check in lobby is tiny and darkly lit. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet... the hotel right next door has a much better breakfast buffet.

Worn out mattress, poor internet connection (not fast, not reliable) clogged toilet system (it's not just my room, it's all rooms, i asked at reception and was shocked-they ask all guests to wipe and throw it in a small bin), my room had insects in the bathroom - i took a picture. everything in the room feels "done" and like it's about to break. location is ok, staff is friendly, but you can't have a hotel without basic-decent amenities like a good bed, a working toilet and a reliable internet connection.

Out of the way location next door to a nicer sister hotel where our breakfast was served Had roaches They sprayed saw no more No hot water they fixed it Had a jr suite so plenty of room No English speaking channels while next door in their other hotel they did Advertise a laundry It doesn’t exist had to go down the street and had it done for 200 baht cheap Lousy shower pressure Staff pleasant Poor lighting in room One hand towel no face cloths Great fridge and freezer had frozen water bottles daily a+ To upgrade to a smaller room next door was 1000 baht a day So we kept our suite With roaches they should of just moved us over complimentary Not good customer service

It's so close to embassies. There is more than one seven eleven nearby. pharmacy nearby. but it does not have a good location where you can eat local foods. The hotel is clean, the rooms are convenient. employees are helpful. A reliable place that does not require a deposit like other hotels. comfortable accommodation.

Not up to its Previous Standard Having stayed at I Residence many times over the years I have always considered it value for money. It is well located in a quiet Soi, the staff are friendly and the prices reasonable.I now feel that they have dropped their standards in terms of room cleanliness and the poor quality of the room furniture. On the positive, I had no idea they had a restaurant and was pleasantly surprised when I was invited to a buffet breakfast on the ninth floor on my last day.

I want to be totally honest here. I have stayed at i residence many times in the past and it has always been excellent, this time things were not the same. Given the lack of tourists the hotel is really struggling to the extent that there is minimal staff, the air con is not operating in reception, the pay tv channels have been cut, there are no tea or coffee making facilities and the room cleaning was not up to their high standards. Hopefully things will improve and the hotel will return to offering its high level of service at a budget price.
